Sent an arrangement to my 90 year old grandma a few week back and it was an awesome experience. Being thousands of miles away, its always difficult to know what you're going to get. They have many pictures online, but its so hard to decide on the perfect one. I sent an email inquire and quickly got a response back from Jerry, even though I believe it was almost 11pm their time. He suggested going with the designer choice arrangement with a color preference and a budget. So I ordered it online for a delivery two days later. The arrangement arrived in the morning as promised. My grandma and the family were just floored by how beautiful and stunning the flowers are. They said they have never received anything even close in all the years I sent flowers by other florists. Everything looks so fresh and they lasted very well. I almost never write reviews, but I have to say how grateful I am for your services. Jerry even emailed me a picture of the arrangement. I don’t know where to start but I can say this is the worst flower shop I have ever dealt with. I went online to find the perfect flowers for my daughters birthday to give her a smile after a very tough year. I ordered the flowers 10 days ahead of time. What was shown in the picture is not anywhere near what she got. I wanted beautiful and she got an ugly mess. And I think they were forgotten and when I called late in the afternoon to find out why they weren’t there they got thrown together. If I could post the pictures everyone would see. She even called my daughter to convince her that they were what I had ordered.
