I planned to propose to my girlfriend and wanted to arrange some flowers on the rustic arch I had built her. I walked into Rosebay Florist with little idea of what I was doing and left with a comprehensive list of instructions and a promise to reserve some flowers the next day for me. I received a call the next morning from the owner who had saved me a bunch of my selected flowers, and when I went in to make the final purchase, all the ladies gave me advice on how to arrange the piece. It turned out great and my girlfriend (now fiance!) loved them! Would definitely recommend this place for all your florist needs. Thanks again Rosebay crew!

I ordered a bouquet and it was just perfect and just so pretty. They were so helpful and patient when I called to order it. They had to deliver it twice as the 1st attempt the hospital wouldn't take it due to Covid even though they ok'd it before. The owner then hand delivered them and went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Not being able to be there with a loved one and you made the prettiest bouquet for her. Ordered a Christmas bouquet on December 23 from Saskatchewan. Customer service and friendly conversation was the best! New owners and she's was absolutely lovely. The owner takes great pride in her store and the flowers she puts together. Friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. Flowers are so much better here than the ones you buy at Save-On, Safeway or Superstore. Nothing is cheap anymore these days yet I helped a small business owner and very fresh flowers and none of the buds were wilted or broken at the stem. Top notch flowers and plants here. Highly recommend buying flowers here for that special someone, well worth it!

Bought for Mother’s Day and ordered online since stores aren’t currently open. Flowers are nice and all, but not at all what was depicted on the website. We went for the premium and it looks like we got a standard bouquet. I feel like they ran short of flowers, but didn’t want to cancel or call people who ordered to rearrange a different type of bouquet. I’m disappointed in the money spent on these. I wouldn’t order again after this experience.
