I ordered roses for my gf on Valentine’s Day and instead of telling me early in the day they didn’t have enough they waited until every flower shop was closed to inform me that they couldn’t make the delivery. Totally ruined my valentines. Thanks.

I have been coming to this Florist Shop for the past year quite regularly for well-taken care of plants and beautiful bouquets. The store is extremely charming and graceful. Esther and Althea are kind people who take the time to know who you are and are accommodating toward the people they come across. This shop is worth coming to every now and then!

My Family and I have been meaning to give a review to this lovely establishment for a little while. Back In July my Sister got married and these lovely humans helped me and my family out with doing the three arrangements and bouquet for us within a two week timeline. The Flowers were beautiful fragrant and lasted threw out the day and days we had them. Handling the hot July air for one of them was outside all day. the Flowers we received and arrangements we had lasted for a few good weeks, much longer than some we've had at other florist proving that they use fresh flowers. My Family and I would not hesitate to go back to Queens Park Florist to do more business in the future. I ordered some flowers for my mother and they were absolutely gorgeous, I needed them to be perfect and they were, they took down all the details and called ahead to confirm someone was there to recieve the flowers which I appreciated since the flowers wouldn't be left out only doorstep to get damaged or stolen. The flowers were very nicely wrapped to keep them nice and they were so fresh and smelled nice for days afterwards. I could tell a lot of work had been put in to them and my mother appreciated them as well, bonus points for me :) If you're looking for a place to do arrangements for an event they do a very good job as well, I went to a friend's wedding recently and they had used Queen's Park as well and the flowers were all nicely matching and the bouquets weren't too large and obnoxious or too small that you couldn't see them, they looked so nice all around the room!

Bought a Thanksgiving arrangement for a large dinner celebration for about 30 friends and family. When the arrangement arrived this afternoon, I was blown away by how beautiful it was! The delivery person who came to our door was more than helpful placing the arrangement on our table. She also informed us on the care of the plants in case we wanted to have it last a little bit longer than the event. Overall, great service and great flowers!

Don't waste your time with this florist. They were given specific instructions to make a surprise delivery. They couldn't even get that right and called and immediately ruined the surprise and told the recipient of the flowers (myself) and asked to change the delivery time from what was prearranged, tacky. When I called to address this issue, there was nothing but excuses. They then delivered the flowers at least at the prearranged time, however when they arrived, the flowers were not fresh and the bouquet was not professional quality. I then called the flower shop to speak to the manager who only continued to make excuses even when I offered to send pictures. The owner offered to have them picked up and exchange from the same batch of flowers, so clearly this was not going to be rectified. I declined. I told her it was a waste of my time and that after multiple phone calls previously, I was done dealing with them any further and would simply post a review. The manager then called me a liar. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience to receive something that was supposed to brighten my day and actually have the flower shop and it's staff, ruin my day. After I got off the phone, the manager then called my husband who ordered and paid for the flowers to tell him that I threatened her with a bad review. My husband told her to leave it be as she'd already made a mess of things. I think they need to be reminded that I review is exactly that...a REVIEW. A review is also to let others know about the service either good or bad. Unfortunately, this time it was bad and I will voice my opinion and not be bullied by the flower shop manager. The manager was much more concerned with a bad rating than fixing the problem or even so much as being kind and sincere. This was supposed to be a beautiful day receiving beautiful surprise flowers from my husband and now I am in tears because of this terrible experience with this flower shop. If you would like to brighten your loved one's day, AVOID this flower shop. Waste of time, money and good intentions. They are incompetent and rude!

I ordered a tropical bouquet for an engagement shoot and Esther built a beautiful one for me! She was very friendly and even when I wanted to add a bit more to the bouquet, she was more than willing to do so. She even special-order a mini pineapple to make it perfect and unique! Great experience and a great florist! Salamat, Esther!

This is possibly the best florist shop one can deal with. Esther is so accommodating and concerned she makes all attempts to please her customers. She makes every attempt to deliver the order on time and has even gone beyond as to make the delivery personally. Her prices are reasonable and her floral work is exceptional. I would recommend her service to anyone and everyone. Thank you Esther!

On my way to Mom’s to make a grocery delivery. Saw that your shop was open. Wonderful employee made up two parcels, one with pink rose for my Mom and the other a large sunflower for her neighbour. Lovely filler and cute cards. Left them on the doorsteps. They both loved them. Thanks again.

Bought flowers from this store last May for Mother’s day. It was so disappointing when I saw the bouquet, the arrangement was different from their website, it’s small & less and a lot of withered flowers. Not worth the price.
