My friend sent me flowers and They were so badly done. My 85 year old grandma might have liked them. They only used pink, yellow, and white flowers so it felt very dated and 50% was made up of green leaves. There were three roses two way too low at the front and one really tall one at the back. It was just a disaster. I took it apart and made two bouquets out of it and threw out the adult size head of green stuff. Now it's ok but I was just amazed because it was flower arranging 101. No idea what happened. I wish I could post photos. Yikes.

AMAZING!! This is the only place to get flowers if you want what you're looking for. The owner is such an amazing person and business woman and she will put your needs before her own. She works very hard for herself as well as her staff. You will not be disappointed! Best flower shop in BC

I went in to order some flowers for a memorial/ funeral and was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to order flowers for another city and province. upon finding out that the flowers were not delivered to the service. It was not even their mistake that has caused it I went back to the shop and they handled my concerns like it was their own loved one. I can honestly say I am quite pleased at the outcome I recommend Prince George Florist

Very polite staff, was willing to do custom made pieces with real or fake flowers, bit hard to find as it shares alongside another store. Limited sizes of crosses and circle wreaths, a tad overpriced. We ended up not purchasing from this place.

I can tell you. The flowers delivered look NOTHING like the picture presented to buy.. terrible, just terrible Valentine's arrangement. Never again will I call , I suggest you do the same.

Ordered some flowers for my mother. My father died and I can't be there because of Covid... So wanted to send a beautiful bouquet. She did not get anything close to what I ordered. Far more greenery than flowers, quite a few less roses and a lot less color in the bouquet. Very disappointing.

The ladies here were wonderful, generous, and quick to help me. Last fall I was organizing a fundraising campaign in my office to raise money for The United Way, and I wanted to create an individualized welcome package for each employee to put on the side of their desk informing them of the week long activities. In the package I wanted to include small corsage-sized bunches of flowers for the women in the office, so I went down the street to PG Florists to see if they could help me out. When I told them what I was wanting to do, and what it was for, they could not be more excited to help out. They asked me about the type of arrangements I was looking for, showed me several different flower combinations, and asked how many I needed. About 45 minutes later they had it all put together for me, including a couple extra bunches just in case. The flowers were wonderful and they turned out to be exactly what I was imagining. Since this was already late afternoon, they had ended up working past their closing time, and even donated the flowers for the cause. I am very appreciative for their wonderful and generous help!! Thank you greatly :)

Absolutely wonderful! I live in Ontario and arranged with Margie to have flowers sent bi-weekly to my Ill sister in Prince George. My sister was THRILLED with the flowers. Can not say enough good things about how well it was set up and the personal care that Margie took. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Wonderful service! I was calling from out of province to place a birthday order and while I was on the phone I managed to lose the address! The person on the phone was very patient with me as I fought to open my computer documents to access the address and she was very kind and polite while trying to help me place my order. Can hardly wait for the birthday girl to receive her flowers and thank you so much for the upstanding customer service would definitely use this place again. ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible delivery service. Long distance order...ordered 4 days ahead and day of Birthday was still waiting at 5 pm for delivery! Absolutely unacceptable. My daughter will definitely be going somewhere else next year. Bad bad bad. She was soooo disappointed.
