Janeil and her team really blew me away with the flowers they did for my wedding and they made it so easy. All I did was send them some inspiration photos and they brought it to life in an even more magical and generous way. Not only that, but they delivered them on the day of my wedding during Covid in a timely and safe way. They were so trustworthy and fun to work with and I am SO GRATEFUL!

I came here for a workshop and the owner and florist were both friendly and accommodating. I ended up making a lovely piece, and it was super fun. The florist was extremely kind and helpful and had a whole floral vibe going on. I loved my whole experience and I highly recommend their workshops. We went over time but the florist was totally fine with it, I'm so glad.

The worst experience with this floral. On my wedding day, I got from them my bridal bouquet and when I saw this Bouquet I was shocked!!! It was all in yellow spots and it did not even last for the whole evening! I was so upset on my big day...

I e-mailed Pretty Things Florist super late one night with an inquiry and they responded right away. I've been struggling to find the right bouquet at a price that I could afford and time was running low but Julie (super kind) worked with me to make it all happen. When I saw my bouquet I almost teared up because it was so perfect. She even included a little boutonniere for my fiance, which I am so thankful for because it really pulled the look together. Thank you so much ????????

Love this florist!! They have these flower boxes that are so unique and always such a hit when delivered to my friends!! And they deliver all over Vancouver which is great!

Their website advertises same day delivery if ordered before noon. I placed an order at 9 AM hoping that it would be delivered on the same day. I also added a note in the instructions requesting for same day delivery. After not getting any status I tried calling the shop only to receive an automated response saying the voicemail box is full. The next day we received the flowers, and they weren't anything like what was shown on their website. I ordered a forever arrangement (posted a picture from their website below) which their website describes as lasts forever and the flowers started wilting in 2 days. Outrageously expensive fraud shop ($90 for the bouquet in the picture) hiding under the guise of a small business. I understand that sometimes ordering and delivery experience is not perfect with small businesses, but I expect quality and a hint personal touch, and this business fails miserably in both. Do yourself a favor and keep looking if you are searching for a reliable flower shop.
