They have a third party delivering flowers for them. Their minimum order is high. Too many people taking their cut of the order before the flowers get to the recipient.

Terrible place to order from didn’t want to give 1 star but you have to in order to post My daughter ordered 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day online one for me the other for my mother. Only received 1 no one answers phone and can’t leave a message their mail box is full. My daughter lives out of town so I will go down to the shop myself and get her money back or they will give my mother a more expensive arrangement. I will post again of my in person experience.

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day online, charged to my Visa. She just got them today, May 18th! Mailbox has been full all week and can't get a hold of a human being. Never again!! Reporting nthem to the BBB, definitely!!

Well! I thought this was a scam but my flowers arrived at 1145pm sooo i guess success? Either way, it seems like a scam when you can't call, or leave a voicemail... Not impressed, but glad she got them.

Ruined Mother's Day. Ordered well in advance, flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day, nor on the next day (which still would not have been acceptable). Now on the third day they have charged my credit card for the flowers, and they still have not been delivered. No communication, they do not pick up the phone, they do not respond to emails. Doing business as "Mission Florist" and "Sally's Florist". DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR SPECIAL DAY.

An absolute trash company! Do not order here. We ordered online and they provided an invoice but never delivered the flowers for Mother's Day. I have been calling them trying to find out what has happened to the delivery and they won't respond or return my calls. Even 1 star is too high of a rating...

Terrible place to order from! Ordered flowers for my Mom on Saturday that were supposed to be delivered on Monday. They did not show up. I've called a dozen times with no answer. I can't leave a message because their answering service is full of messages. It is now Tuesday. Absolutely no word from them and no flowers. If I could, I would have gave them 0 stars. Please, do not order from here! It would be the same thing as throwing money out your window, gone to the wind forever.

This place is horrible I ordered mothersday flowers to be delivered and they never came. Tried phoning but the mail box is full. I don't live in mission so I can't go to the store which happens to be in the esso at 7th and Hurd. If I could give no star it would have been better then one. Even one is to good for this price of **** so called company. DO NoT ORDER WiTH THEM SCAM

Ordered an arrangement for mothers day, wasn't delivered until a week later. Phone line doesn't work and email didn't reach a reply. Flowers weren't bad, if you don't mind the waiting and inability to contact the store (which is a gas station)
