Floral arrangements are reasonably accurate compared with their reference photos on the website. Staff are pleasant do deal with, and accommodating. I had a bad experience here, but staff went above and beyond in reaching out and resolving the issue. Definitely recommended.

I ordered some flowers delivered to a friend from this flower shop and I have to say, from start to finish the experience was absolutely perfect. The people I spoke to on the phone were so helpful, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The bouquet the florists put together was stunning and everything I could have asked for - my friend cried when she received them! Without even knowing, they used her two favorite flowers in the bouquet. I would highly recommend. :)

I ordered dozens of roses on Valentines Day to be delivered to my girlfriends work ( I placed order online and didn’t add it was a business) and when I enquired about the delivery time was told that they would arrive after she had left for the day . Kristen called the driver and had him re routed for my flowers and delivered them before she went home . Now that’s excellent service . Thank you Kristen , thank you .

I went there purchased Fat Paint. Before I made the purchase I told them I use Annie Salon Paint and they lady told me: It is the same paint just different brand. I went ahead brought the paint and then find out this Fat Paint takes more prep and sanding than the other paint that I use. So I went back try to return the paint and was told the paint is final sale!!! I wish they would just told me that all Paint was final sale!! I paid full amount for a product. I know the final sale note is on my receipt and the final sale note is behind all the paint can. But a friendly reminder would be nice from the salesperson.

Best Florist in Maple Ridge. Received flowers today and they were delivered on the correct day, they were beautiful, staff was easy to work with and very polite. They called and we did not pick up so when I called the store to say we were in fact home the driver came back right away. Great service and so polite. This is such a different experience compared to Floretta Flowers that was used last December and delivered days late and argued with us about it. If you want to shop local for your flowers use Maple Ridge Florist they have been around for years and years and have never gone wrong for us.

Maple Ridge Florist provided the floral decor for our wedding in April! We got floral for our arch, bridesmaids bouquets, and everything else to decorate the barn for our rustic and romantic themed wedding! The only floral we did not get through them was my bouquet as it came with my elopement package. The service was wonderful and our floral was dreamy! We also just love their store! One of the best customer service experiences! I messaged them on Instagram on a Sunday morning asking about specific flowers. They were very helpful and prompt to respond. Called them next day to reserve and pickup. Smooth transaction and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. They have a gorgeous selection too. Definitely recommend and worth driving down from Surrey for their gorgeous flowers.
