First time customer and will be the last time unfortunately. I came in 12:05pm today to order Valentine flowers, chose my design and paid the same time. Wife is off at 5pm and I know they are busy, so i said I'll come pick up about 4:45pm and the plan was to bring it to my wife's workplace to surprise her. And here comes the worst part: when i go back at 4:45pm, my order is not being made at all. I had to stand there and waited until 5:05pm to get the flower. When I arrived at my wife's work, everyone left and she's standing outside waiting for me. Imagine how embarrassed i was on a Valentine's Day... I'm not being an unreasonable customer, but I'm very unhappy about my first time experience on a special day.

I've been on the receiving end and the flowers from here are fresh and beautiful. My bouquet lasted a solid two weeks and as time went on I removed the dying flowers. By the time I threw out the last flower it was well into about the 6th week. Just placed an order yesterday and they put together an amazing baby bouquet. Not being a local, I did some research on flower shops in Vancouver, BC and came across Lotus Flower Boutique. I wanted flowers for a girl I've been seeing so i had went into Natalie's boutique with an idea for a bouquet and I ended up something even more amazing. Natalie is awesome and has a lot of patience. I spent about 20 minutes in her shop, bouncing off ideas with her on different flowers, colors, and even the wrap. I gave her my order and went back to pick up the flowers in the evening, after my movie date. Here's were Natalie is such and awesome person. I had shown up minutes after closing time and Natalie reached out to me to see if I'm still picking up the flowers. Then she came back to the shop, reopened it, just so I can pick up bouquet and present it to my date, that same night. Thank you for everything Natalie. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for flowers.

I have used this flower shop at least 3 times since Jul or Aug this year, this time is absolutely disappointing!!! I called them at 10:30am to confirm the order just in case because it is an important occasion and I am working out of town. I would like to ask about the approximate delivery time and to remind them making sure to call the receiver number when arrive. It is also my first time using their website to place an order. The lady answered my phone was polite and confirm the order and the special request about calling the receiver when arrive. On the phone, she said the flower is already ready and waiting for delivery. I was like this is great! It’s only 10:30am. I asked if she could let me know an approximate time for delivery, she apologized and said she can’t tell me the time due to the fact that today is Saturday. I was a bit disappointed but at the same time trying to accept the reality. However, I asked if the flower would be delivered around 12pm, or 12pm to 3pm, or 3pm to 5pm, the lady said “between now to 5pm and for sure before 5pm”. I was like ... okay it is what is it and hopefully it will be early otherwise my wife would have to wait at home for the delivery pretty much the whole day. I had no choice and have to tell my wife that flower is coming anytime from now 10:30am to 5pm so she won’t missed it. Waited until 4pm and I called again since it has not arrived. Sound like the same lady answered my previous phone call and she said the driver just came for pickup and flower is on the way. 4:30pm my wife called said the tenants from upstairs texted her and flower has arrived. What the hack?! The tenants live upstairs have a new born baby, that’s why I specifically wrote on the order for special instruction to call the number when arrived because our unit is at the back of the house with a separate entrance. The last frustration is our house is only less than 5 minutes drive from the flower shop. I will never go back to this flower shop again!

Best place to get flowers in Vancouver! My boyfriend and I had to buy some flowers on the behalf of a friend and Natalie was super helpful and patient with us! We absolutely had no idea what to pick but she magically pulled together a beautiful bouquet and I was extremely pleased (I wish I could have kept them for myself haha). Natalie was super sweet and the flowers were such a great price for the service we got. Highly recommend !

Natalie helped a group of our photography students at Langara College a little while back with a styled wedding. It was so easy working with her and she was so accommodating to our needs and the concept/ mood board we showed her. We were able to quickly narrow down the type of flowers ad greenery, as well as display/mounting options through clear communication. The final delivery of the flowers and greenery were some of the highest quality that I've seen in Metro Vancouver, and that's speaking from experience working years in the wedding industry. Whether it's for a micro- wedding, or flowers for Mother's Day, I would highly recommend Lotus Flower Boutique to anyone in the future. Thanks again for all your help!

No greeting upon arrival. No one asking if I needed any assistance until I approached the front desk. Bouquet variety is very limited and the designs are uninspiring. Pricing is not on par with the level of designs. This place may be for those with time to pick and choose their own flowers for a bouquet but I'm certain the price will be higher than the preset designs. The shop is clean and spacious hence two stars.

Bought a rose arrangements for my girlfriend's birthday. She has experience as a florist and described the arrangement as hideous. The roses were all blown out and about to die, there were about 40 dead petals that should have and would have been removed by any decent store, many of the roses were pulled from other arrangements with the stems not even reaching the water, lack of overall skill in arrangement and presentation. Go here is you want to ruin your girlfriends birthday..

I wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day and wanted to order it the day before. Was told by the first lady that the price would be 24.99 for a small bouquet of flowers, she said if I didn't come in that night, the price will change the next day....fair enough it's valentines. Told her I was busy and couldn't order then, called back in an hour and another lady picked up the phone, she quoted my 29.99 for the bouquet. When I told her that I was quoted a lower price, they claimed they have been raising the price since morning. I've purchased flowers for Valentines Day each year and never have seen a place like this changes the price by the hour. Never coming back and will detour my friends away from this place.

Natalie helped with my wedding and she made my bridal boquet EXACTLY like the photo. It was so impressed with her care and attention to detail. My budget was not too extravagant so she had some good tips for me so I can have my boquet as wished and was flexible with the bridesmaids. Overal they turned out beautiful!! And smelled amazing too!! Her boutinairres for the men were the best Ive seen so far. I LOVED my husbands boutinierre. It was so nice in photos- nice colour and nice accompanying wax flowers. Loved them!!

This is my favorite flower boutique in the neighborhood. Got a beautiful money tree from this shop. Had some issues with the tree as we transitioned from summer to winter. I didn't know if I was over or under watering but the plant looked sad. I contacted the boutique, sent some photos and they were able to assess/diagnose the issue. I followed their instructions and the tree is now thriving. These people truly care about their plants and offer great customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I’ve been ordering flowers from Natalie on numerous occasions over the years - time and time again she does not disappoint. Her staff are diligent, professional, courteous and very helpful. From floral suggestions to orders on a very short timeframe, I’ve always walked away being in awe of their arrangements. Even during peak periods (ie. Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) when the store is very busy, the quality does not disappoint! Highly recommend if you want a stunning floral arrangement for a fair price!

Advice for the guys out there who may be, like me, couldn't pick the right flowers or care for plants to save my life, she is always willing to help and knowledgeable! Prices are also more than fair! Awful customer service. Who wants to go to a flower shop to by flowers for a joyous occasion and get treated rudely? No one. so avoid this flower shop as they are only concerned with money. As soon as i went in i told the lady i needed a bunch of flowers. immediately she pointed me towards the 80$ bunches. When i informed her my budget was $35 her attitude changed. Can you believe she told me, Only 35$ i cant help you sorry. Even though there were lots of bunches available. When i informed her i can go elsewhere and get a $35 bunch she told me 'i don't care' and carried on with her trimmings. I couldn't believe it. It ruined my day. To be honest I've been to this flower shop before and the young lady was super nice and helpful . But the older lady serving today was extremely rude. I will never go back to this flower shop again

I was very unhappy with my experience. As I live in Los Angeles, I called this store to have flowers delivered for a very special birthday. My order was placed by 10 AM this morning, and I received a confirmation at 10:04. I was not emailed until 12:30 that my card had not gone through, and when I phoned back at 1:26 with another credit card, I was told I had missed the 1:30 deadline for delivery today. Even explaining that this was a special birthday did not cause them to honor the so-called 1:30 deadline. I was able to find another Richmond florist, but I was surprised that any store could be so inflexible and indifferent to customer needs. I will not use this store again.

My Fiance ordered a bouquet of flowers for my surprise proposal and what he received was a disappointing looking bouquet. Luckily my friend who was at the surprise proposal had a beautiful bouquet that she gave to my Fiance to use in place of the one he bought from Lotus Flower Boutique. Both bouquets were about the same price yet it looked completely different. I understand that certain flowers dictate a certain price point like roses cost more but the wrap job at least should look nice but it wasn't (the red rose bouquet is what my Fiance purchased and the bouquet with the purple wrapping paper is what my friend purchased). They wind up using the rose bouquet as decoration on the small side table.

Great atmosphere, bought many plants here and have had them from a few inches now to full grown. If QUALITY is what you're looking for instead of the cheap Safeway/Costco B grade stuff, this is where you should go. Hours are great! they close later then most shops as well. And close to Vancouver/Burnaby Boundary. Thanks for all your advice and help!

She was the florist for our wedding and WOW was I ever impressed. I was at Lotus Flower shop on mother's day, I asked her if they have any flowers left (last minute order) and she stayed longer for me to come. Flower was very fresh, and color she picked was beautiful, I have been to many flower shop but this shop will do the best for you even if you order last minute.(I would prefer to order previous but when ever you need last minute flower this shop will do the best for you or for your loved ones. Flower was reasonable priced (even though I ordered last minute they didnt over charged me wich is very rare). Lady who wrapped flower knew what she was doing and very passionate about her job, they even give me a small letter to write message. Flower was wrapped very nicely with 2 colors that was matching with flower color with nice ribbon. It is very rare to see these shop these days and I am thankful that this flower shop is around us. Thank you again for beautiful flower, you have made my self and my mom very happy! I would definitely come back!
