Ordered a basket for same day delivery. Delivered on time and the actual flower basket looked the same as the picture on the website. I received email in the evening attached with the basket pictures they took and invoice. Very satisfied with their service.

Wow! Very Impressed with this flower shop. Willie contacted me out of Province when his staff was not allowed to deliver get well flowers to the hospital due to COVID restrictions. He kept the flowers in the store cooler hoping my aunt would be released. When she was kept longer he volunteered to remake the arrangement once she is released. Such Great Service and such a nice man. Hard to find people in service industry so committed to their customers! Can’t recommend this shop enough!

I personally recommend this cozy little place with a man named Willie at the counter. Great guy that comes with great service, as he helped me through a complicated situation of ordering internationally. He was able to help me create and deliver a gift for a loved one in Richmond, BC and basically has done the impossible for me as I was in the USA. He is on top of everything, with fast email replies, to even special personal details I wanted to include such as a hidden letter for my gift. The flowers that came with the gift he created was amazing too and I would definitely would come back to order from him when I come around again. His location is also convenient for those by the hospital as well, a place to quickly buy a bouquet before a visit. I would give him more than 5 stars, but sadly it's not possible. Either way, I would love for anyone else to go see him for his services.
