Update: Delivered. Call center lady was professional. Waiting for a response from mgmt. Update: Owner was professional in explaining the logistics issues they faced. My gf really loved the product. She was very happy with the flowers, worth the wait.

Inconsistencies in marketing, execution, and customer service. On website: "25 IS THE NEW DOZEN All Landeau bouquets include: 25 Fresh, luxury Ecuadorian roses in our signature tissue and Landeau branded box." Delivery: 24 Roses on arrival Through Email Correspondence with Founder of Landeau: "Our bouquets can sometimes vary anywhere between 23-25 roses. Depending on the rose variety used, it can often throw off the balance of the bouquet and affect the shape of the bouquet to include 25 roses. We leave it to the discretion of our florists to determine if and when it makes sense to leave out a rose or two to maintain the integrity of the bouquet." In my opinion, the explanation is understandable but the marketing needs to be rebranded from "25 roses in our branded box." Leaves a bitter taste. Hoping this transparency helps future prospective customers so they can fully appreciate the beautiful roses.

Husband surprised me with this, but I noticed that the flower was smelling a bit off, and pretty wrinkle, 1 day later, it was pretty much rotten. Quite disappointing… was hoping it would last 3-4 days…
