I was sure I had chosen a Sunday delivery, but the driver showed up on Saturday when no one was home. After checking the invoice, I realized it was a Saturday delivery. The driver called me, I told him there was a mix up, and asked if there was anyway he could deliver the flowers on Sunday. He said that he did not live far, that he'll take them home, and drop them off on Sunday. The flowers arrived as promised, the driver wished my girlfriend a Happy Mother's Day, and the flowers were exquisitely arranged and my girlfriend was ecstatic. I was very impressed at how the driver went out of his way in order to ensure that the flowers were handed to her in person, and not just left on the doorstep overnight. After ordering flowers from a big market chain last time that showed up half-withered and survived for about three days, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the flowers and customer service of Kamloops Florist. Will definitely do business with them again in the future.

First, I very much appreciated the ability to simply order a bouquet, designed by the florist but with the option to be able to provide instructions for color preferences and any other special details. I just heard from my mother who recieved her birthday bouquet today and she's thrilled and stated "It's absolutely beautiful" and then listed all the colors I had specified in my instructions. I am new to Kamloops and so far have experienced good customer service from various shops. As well, I try to only leave positive reviews from various companies that I support. However, this one is not the case. I walked in the other day trying to look for a white flower arrangement (it was memorial). From the moment I walked in, I was yelled at to not only use hand sanitizer but also asked rather rudely what I was looking for and the lady literally went into the back and did not come back out. The arrangement was for myself to mark a passing and as it was already a hard day, I do not appreciate being treated this way. If you are so scared of Covid, I suggest making appointments to come into the shop instead of yelling at and forcing potential customers to leave. I WILL NEVER FREQUENT this shop again or recommend this business to anyone and I do a fair amount of travelling downtown to conduct my business. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I truly do not believe the lady in the shop wants customers or business. Perhaps others should think twice before visiting this location as well.
