I have received four beautiful arrangements as gifts from Fresh Blooms and each time I am amazed at the quality of work. The arrangements last a lot longer then other places. this past week, I sent my best friend flowers. I choose the "Designer Choice" arrangement and I was not disappointed. The arrangement was amazing and my friend was blown away! I will definitely come back for all my floral needs.

Fresh Blooms allowed me to send my mom a birthday bouquet all the way from Chicago where I am a student. The online chatting allowed me to ask all my questions about which bouquet, how to include a card and the details about delivery. If you get a chance to talk to Jerry online, it was a fantastic experience! My mom called me in joy-filled tears on her birthday because she was so surprised. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and was extravagantly more beautiful in person than what I imagined from the picture. I talked to Jerry about sunflowers, which were out of season, but they added these incredible taupe coloured orchids that completed the "Bamboo Sunshine" exquisitely. Walked in to get flowers for my mother in law because my fiance’s grandfather passed away this morning. I shared the situation with the store front attendant and asked for advise on selection. He curtly told me he didn’t have time to help me and turned me away asking maybe I return in a few days.... Maybe a flower shop should practice sensitivity if they want return business? Especially since you never know which customers have other big events coming up that they would potentially hire you for in the near future.. like say a wedding? Not impressed. Not much of a selection to boot.

I ordered the Budget sized flowers within the little white bucket for my mother, and had them delivered. They exceeded my expectations. The colours were beautiful, and some of the flowers are yet to bloom so I am glad my mother will be able to enjoy the flowers a little longer! They handwrite a little card for you as well, which I thought was a very nice little touch. 11/10 would recommend. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it! My mom LOVED them .

Not only did he get the color of the boutonnieres wrong, Jerry was the most unprofessional vendor that I worked with. Provided in an email was the color I had asked for and confirmed that Jerry would use. A day before the wedding, I came to pick up the boutonnieres and found it in the wrong color. His reply was very sarcastic and with a laugh, he told me yea they have a website and then laughed and said how did you get the phone number. I ordered 5 orange Calla Lilly's which were wilted the morning after I picked them up. When expressing my disappointment I was told I was given dyed orange rather than the natural orange. I was told had they known what I'd be using them for they would have provided the natural orange calla as it is of a higher quality. In my opinion it shouldn't matter what the use, quality should be priority!

BUT when I went in to discuss flowers for a special occasion, the person working there couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day... he was working on an arrangement and seemed annoyed that I was interrupting him...but if he had taken 3 minutes to answer some easy questions he might have been happy to make a rather large sale. He was very condescending and really I am surprised that this shop is getting such great reviews... I won't be going back. Jerry from Fresh Blooms was the florist at our September 2018 wedding. In the beginning, he’s been in contact with our wedding coordinator. An appointment was scheduled for us to meet at their shop and he showed us various designs and flowers. He’s very professional and very easy to work with. Not only did he provide fresh flowers on the day of but he was able to deliver them to two locations, one at the hotel and the other at the ceremony site. The flowers were amazing! Very friendly and considerate (especially given that I live in Ontario); I received a call regarding the delivery for my grandmother's 91st birthday to make sure that she received them. I got the Viva bouquet with the deluxe option sent to a friend. The bouquet was beautiful and I'm very happy with the quality. I'll post a couple pictures later. A tad on the expensive side but it's worth it for the peace of mind that the flowers will look as good as in the picture.

Ordered flower at 9 at night. Well past when they were closed but they had a online chat which worked out great. They responded immediately and we had everything sorted out and flowers ordered to my wife's work and their by 930 the next morning. I will be ordering flowers from here again.

I just called to order a bouquet of big pink lilies for a week from today - I had thought they were called Stargazers but was told this variety is no longer available. I wanted some reassurance that these would be big and the person sounded a bit hesitant but said yes. The hesitation concerned me so I mentioned that I would be at the party these were going to and he then said he really didn't know whether they would be big or not. Maybe all would have been OK but I was unsure.
