I did a walk-in visit to order a bouquet for my mum's birthday. I didn't even know there was a flower shop in the area all this time. I gave the florist an approximate budget and she was happy to arrange a custom bouquet for me on the spot, as the pre-arranged bouquets available didn't fit my mum's preferred colour palette. The whole time, she arranged it with lots of love, patience, and care. I enjoyed getting to know more about the shop (it is family owned - I believe the daughters handle local delivery) and all the different varieties of florals they offer. The bouquet was beautifully wrapped and my mum was super impressed. They do have online ordering available as well. I highly recommend this shop and would suggest you check them out!

UPDATE: I've ordered bouquets from Four Seasons Floral on several more occasions since I first wrote my initial review, and I must commend them on their consistency of being punctual with my orders, as well as the quality of the bouquet arrangements, especially with color/floral request! Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers. I walked in and ordered a large, custom bouquet on two separate days, and both were during the busy graduation week. I gave them vague guidelines ($60-70 budget for each, pastel colors for one, and bright colors for another), and both bouquets exceeded my expectations. The florists also managed to prepare my bouquets in a timely manner on both occasions. My graduating friends were very happy with the flowers, especially with how the bouquets looked and smelled. I would absolutely recommend this flower shop for any gifting needs!

Four Seasons Floristry went over and above to make a difficult time better. My husband had ordered a $300+ arrangement for a memorial service. He did not know the location of the event , so asked they be sent to a family member. However there was NO WAY my sister could transport this 2 meter arrangement it to the event. So, Four Seasons picked it back up, stored it overnight and then delivered it to the church! This glitch was not their fault, but they worked to fix the situation anyway. I am so grateful to them. Excellent, Friendly, and prompt service. My friends and I had ordered from Four Seasons floral for several occasions and they always exceed my expectations. The quality of their flowers are top notch and their arrangements are always so beautiful. Do not buy or order flowers from this florist! My daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day, she's in the U.S. and ordered online. She saw from her tracking the flowers had been delivered when they had not. They told her they had been signed for. This was a lie. She had the online site launch an investigation and now the story changed to "we left them in the foyer" another lie because I live in a secure building. After lots of back and forth with 1-888-flowers the money was refunded. Then the flowers turned up Monday evening 7.00pm. To say they were terrible is an understatement. My daughter had ordered a $75US bouquet of flowers and I got a small posy of old flowers.

Even though this was back in mid-October, I'm still so glad I wandered into this shop that I'm finally getting around to posting my review--because my experience was that good! When I went in, I was hoping to order a nice gift bouquet for the following day, but I didn't have any other time to pick one up other than that afternoon. But when I found this shop and met Shana, she was excited and ready to arrange for me right away, despite the rush. It turned out fantastic, and she gave careful attention to include all of the details I asked for, like integrating specific colours and particular flowers. As a bonus, I had a great time chatting with her while she worked, which didn't take long at all, either! She even gave me some extra flowers at no cost, throwing in two smaller bouquets of her favourite-scented flowers just as simple but special thank you! Thank you so much, Shana (and sorry that this review is so late)! I'll be sure to visit again.

DO NOT buy/receive flowers from this place.I made the mistake of receiving flowers delivered from this florist shop.The delivery came @ night & upon inspecting the flowers, I noticed a couple of stargazers did not look fresh.Delivery person said he would bring a few Gerbers to replace the stargazers, which he did that night.The 3 orange gerbers clashed with the mainly pink & white arrangement, so I put them in a separate little vase. However, when it came to change the water in the vase of the pink/white arrangement, I was VERY APPALLED at what I saw !!! 11 cut stems were taped to the flower tops; 4 stargazers, 4 orchids & 3 carnations.WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT ?! Broken flower tops(in water tubes) were scotch taped to stems.I never noticed this before because it was hidden in the greenery.No wonder the flowers were not looking that great soon after I received them & the carnations were not opening up as they should.I called the florist shop, but no one picked up. So I called the online company that it was ordered from & complained.I have taken even photos of the flowers, just in case anyone wanted proof. The flowers were ordered from family in the US & she paid almost $100 US. The flower arrangement was definitely not worth close to that amount. The only things that were decent & not taped together were the 2 roses, few gerbers, a couple of stargazers & the greenery.The rest is garbage.So upset & disappointed.A florist shop should take pride in their work.How can you send taped flower arrangements out for delivery ? Absolutely appalling & disgusting.

Thank you for the best service experience! This shop deserves a perfect score. I walked in this evening on Christmas Eve to grab a last minute flower arrangement. Upon walking in, I was welcomed and helped immediately even though they were busy. I couldn’t decide what I wanted and the kind shop-owner told me she could make a bouquet for me right there! She helped me narrow down my decision by asking for my budget and preferred colour scheme. She took the time and care to custom make my bouquet and confirm that I liked the flowers she had chosen. She even added pine cones and snap dragons for a more Christmas feel. As I waited, I got to chat more with the shop-owner and her daughter who took my name for future orders. They apologized that I had to wait but it took less than 10 mins. It made my day to discover this small local family business run by such lovely and sweet ladies. And my mom loved her bouquet!! So come here if you want beautiful arrangements made with care and quality flowers with very fair prices.

Therefore, she allowed me to choose the flowers in her cooler. There are a lot of other flower shops that I been to that doesn't allow customers to go into their coolers and select the flowers. A friend and coworker just lost her beloved dog named Chicken. Chicken was an amazing dog as he worked with children, seniors and everyone in between. He was an amazing therapy dog who loved everyone and Chicken touched so many hearts. We wanted to get some special flowers for his owner Christie. When I came here I brought a picture of a "dog flower bouquet". Tiffany did a beautul job creating the "dog flower bouquet". Tiffany made it bigger and bolder than the picture. My first experience with 4 seasons floral was when I ordered flowers for my Mother's 90th birthday two years ago. Shana, the florist was very kind and not only created a beautiful floral arrangement for my Mother, but also made a complimentary corsage for her to wear. Sadly, my wonderful Mother passed away two weeks ago on September 6. Despite the short notice, Shana and her daughters created the most beautiful, fresh, fragrant floral wreaths and sprays to honor my Mother. 5 stars from me - well deserved.

My fiancé had ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for me from this local establishment. They charged him $180 for a “floral arrangement” (see photo attached to this review) which absolutely no thought, artistry, or time was put into. Not only that, but the roses are old, quite a few already had wilting petals even though I received the flowers on the very morning of Valentine’s Day before I left for work, and many petals had withered and fallen by the next day. When paying a higher price for a floral arrangement, you expect not only fresh, high quality flowers that will last, but also a unique, thoughtfully put together piece of art. I understand charging a premium price on occasions such as Valentine’s Day is the norm, however, the quality of product/work/artistry/time that goes into a floral arrangement should also match a high end price of $180. This “$180 arrangement” didn’t even come with a vase. At the end of the day, they did offer my fiancé a 25% refund. Still way overpriced for receiving a bunch of dying roses, but they were decent enough to offer a partial refund which I suppose is better than nothing.
