My Aunt ordered a Christmas bouquet on December 9th to be delivered December 21st. She ordered and paid 163.50 (ok tax delivery included) What was received was not even close to the picture online, not as many flowers, no bow, no frosted pine cones, and much smaller (She even upgraded) so she sent an email to complain. To her credit she did call my Aunt, when she expressed her disappointment and embarrassment for the bouquet, she finally assured her she would send out something to replace it. The flowers were received and again not even similar and yet again disappointing, but wait there’s more, she actually made the delivery driver take the other flowers back!!!!!...not sure why...maybe someone else will get it. We will never use flowers by Nan again and if you do ask for a picture from the person receiving them!

Not even one tiny bit of a star. I was absolutely horrified. I asked for some very special flowers for my daughter's birthday. The price was totally exorbitant and ridiculous, but at least I expected a gorgeous bouquet - I was paying for 34 imported roses. They were shoved in a vase without any care or foliage or ribbon. They were already a bit wilted by the next evening - although the person from the shop said they would last a couple of weeks. Don't make the mistake of buying here. Truthfully a fraud.

I have been buying flowers from Nan for years now and have never been disappointed. Nan is a floral artist with a great eye for colour, species, height, composition and just plain ole creativity. She listens to what I am looking for - and sometimes I'm not even sure - and always manages to come up with something incredible. She respects and values art and the concepts, all which show in her work. When Nan says it'll be ready at "x" time, she means it. It's such a pleasure to do business with someone friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and affordable.

Our family would like to thank you for the inspiring casket and flower arrangements for our father's funeral. In this difficult time of Covid when we could only have a small graveside service, the garden of flowers on the casket were a "garden of a life well lived" as we requested. You captured our feelings in flowers . Thank you. I have attached a picture of the casket arrangement you had sent me for final approval - I regret I did not take a picture at the grave side.
