I bought a bouquet from Flowers & Company for my girlfriend's graduation. They asked me for my budget and what colours I'd like and they made me something even better than I could've imagined. They even asked me how long the flowers would be out of water for and provided me with a bucket filled with water to keep them from potentially wilting in the car. I'm thoroughly happy with my experience!

Absolutely beautiful arrangements but more on the expensive side. Regardless, my rating is due to the customer service. The staff have been very unfriendly and cold on the 3 seperate occasions (about 3-6 months apart each visit) I've visited. Very disappointed. I've tried to make conversation as I am very passionate about plants and flowers but they were always too busy talking amongst themselves and uninterested wanting to know my order properly.

Came in to buy flowers, had to stand there and stare at them to get any service when there was 4 employees working and I’m the only customer in the store. And the water in the vases that the flowers were displayed in was murky. Left unimpressed honestly

Love them! The non-grocery store personal touch in my own low-key budget with friendly and skilled staff has earned thanks from my loved ones. And they enjoy the arrangements longer than store-bought. Takes some actual time, but been worth it to me!

Six months ago I gave this business 5 stars. What a difference 6 months makes. Called this morning and listened to their line ring and ring. When the message kicked in, this is basically the message I heard...” we are busy and can’t answer the phone. Do not leave a message, call back later.” Busy? Don’t leave a message? Don’t worry, I didn’t. It was only a $100 order but you were busy. Also, update your website and make it cellular phone friendly. Good luck. What a shame.

Fantastic customer service! I called on short notice inquiring about a fresh lei for my Mom's 65th Hawaiian themed birthday party. Unbeknownst to me, this is not something readily available. The sales person took my information and I got a call back within 2 hours from the owner Allan on his cell phone. Allan used his network of flower associates to source a fresh lei from a shop in Vancouver (Leis de Buds) who created the arrangement within 2 days. Even though I bought the lei from another shop, Allan had his delivery person pick up and deliver to his shop in Langley so I could conveniently pick up closer to home. Allan had no direct monetary gain in this transaction, but has certainly gained a new customer. The lei was beautiful and my Mom had a great day! Thanks Allan and team!

I was getting flowers for a very special event and they were extremely helpful and patient with me. It was not a huge order but I was treated as if it were. I went in to buy an orchid for a friend of mine. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking to buy flowers to come here. He also wrapped the orchid and added a few decorative branches free of charge which made it look even better!

It was my anniversary and I went there based on my friends recommendation, however It was an utter disappointment to say the least. I could have got a better one from Save On Food. They charged me $81 which I believe is extortion lol, however my concern is not the cost, as I went in expecting it will be expensive. My regret is my wife hated it :( so did I

Wow! I called on Valentine’s Day to send my 89 year old nana flowers. They accepted my request and tried to deliver and she didn’t answer the door and I had provided the wrong number. They contacted me and I was able to contact her. They delivered at 7 pm instead of giving up- I am sooooo impressed with this company- I cannot reccomend enough. My nana is ABSOLUTELY floored with the kindness of the delivery person and the quality of flowers. I am floored with the amazing customer service and the fact that I was not a big spender. Wow. So great to know that companies like this still exist. Thank you so much Flowers and Co. for making my nana’s (Who is missing her Late Valentine) and mine. All the best!
