My fiancé and I have been looking for wedding flowers. Horrible, horrible service! Avoid this place at all costs. The lady has a very arrogant and stuck up attitude and clearly, this place is purposefully catering to the uber-rich from Mainland China. And their flowers are expensive compared to many other places.

Beautiful flowers! I walked in early Sunday morning looking for a birthday gift for the same day. Even tho it was last minute, the florist took the time to create a beautiful bouquet in a vase. I couldn't have been happier. Flowers are gorgeous! I recommend this shop and will definitely be back -- but I promise to give them more notice!

My mother always ordered flowers from here to send to family in Richmond. When she passed away we remembered how much she loved the flowers from here so we order flowers for her memorial from Florist on 5 Rd. They did not disappoint the flowers were incredible. We received so many complaints on the arrangement of roses. Thank you so much for your advise, customer service and incredible flowers, it all helped make a difficult day more special.

Awesome place for last minute decisions. I bought two dozen of roses for my girlfriend and a few bundles of Lilie's for my dog's funeral. But my other dog decided to eat both the roses and lilie's.

Some other reviewer said there was "poor customer service". I don't see the problem...you walk into a flower shop, pick what you want, and pay. Its a FLOWER SHOP, not rocket science.

I came here on Thursdaymorning around noon as it was recommended from a friend. BIG Mistake. We were looking for some floral arrangements for a small covid engagement and maybe something for Mother's Day. I bought pictures to show them. I walked in and said hello and the two girls in front said sorry come back another day we are too busy. They didn't even listen to what I was looking for. Just booted me out. Either they're racist or don't have any customer service skills. I'd avoid this place there are so many better florists in the area Update to response below. See attached image. I think you should talk to your customers properly before making assumptions

Ideal place for buying beautiful bouquets with excellent quality! Store is neat and service is superb. They have great deal during special seasons, many choices of bouquet and prices are reasonable. Love their bouquet styles and combinations, decorations for the bouquet are so cute and pretty. Delivery service is great and helpful. Convenient location with a parking lot.

While the flowers are nice here, I can say otherwise about the customer service. I have been here twice and both times, they have never greeted us while we were inside and never bothered to even speak to us as we were paying for the flowers. Maybe they should try and work on their customer service skills because there are none at this place.

Flowers and wrapping never disappoints me. Always recieve a lot of compliments on their flower boutique especially their rose boutique. Great varieties to choose from. Every flower boutique I've bought in the past from here is always fresh and last at lease few days to sometimes a week before it starts to die. The girl who works there is very friendly and has great customer service. By far my favourite florist and worth the price I pay for.
