I was looking specifically for a flower arrangement with sunflowers and Gardenia Flowers truly delivered. I had these flowers delivered to my girlfriend provinces away and she loves them! The design was perfect and looks even better than the estimate featured online. Will be using Gardenia Flowers again in the near future.

I received a lovely fresh and beautiful Gardenias bouquet ordered by my family in the Okanagan. The amazing thing was that Gardenia delivered the bouquet on a Saturday night after several valiant attempts to find the address (driving all over the lower Mainland with confusing directions supplied during the ordering). Suspecting a problem I called 2 hours after their closing time to leave the correct delivery details on a phone message, and was amazed to get a live body on the phone as they were still working. They then came right over with the bouquet! Both I and my family in the Okanagan really appreciate their care and diligence, and I love the beautiful arrangement! Thank you, Gardenia Flowers.

The arrangement was lovely upon arrival but by the next morning the hydrangeas were limp and looked dead. I returned the bouquet to the shop and in an email to my daughter she said that I should have cut the stems of the flowers. This is impossible to do on an arrangement of this type. She took this personally and accused me of not liking her as an owner. She offered a Refund of half the price to my daughter. I am very dissatisfied with this shop and will not order from her again.

Honest and customer-focused. I had originally placed an order for Valentine's Day. On a whim, I checked Gardenia on Saturday and saw that it was not open on the weekend, according to its Google profile. I emailed Gardenia immediately to cancel my order. They responded and clarified that they were actually open, just a bit short-staffed. They offered me a refund right away. While I didn't get my flowers from them this time, I will certainly do so next time. Thank you for understanding.

I ordered gifted flowers to my friends several times from this store, and all my friends were impressed with their flower freshness and the quality of the flowers. I called late this afternoon from Mn USA and ordered an arrangement to be hand delivered yet today. And Tina said no problem! She took all my information and made a gorgeous floral bouquet, balloon, card and chocolates for our daughter in law who just gave birth to our first granchild! The arrangement arrived at the hospital in about 2 hours! We were so pleased! I will definately use this great small shop again!
