I was very unhappy with the fact that someone ordered us flowers from out of town and this company came by once without calling or any notice then left a note on my door. Whomever paid for the flowers paid for the delivery aswell. I had to drive out of my way to pick up the flowers that were supposed to be delivered. Also, it's not like they refunded the person who paid them extra for delivery. I was very unhappy to go pick up my flowers that were supposed to be a surprise. This company shows as a flower delivery service, a service I did not receive.

I sent my mother flowers from Creations By Mom & Me. (Teleflora's Jeweled Ornament Bouquet) I was taken by the beauty of this particular arrangement. Mom called to say that it was just beautiful and that once the flowers were gone, she was keeping the vase. Gorgeous! Well done, Ladies!

My mom and her sister lived 5000 km apart but had a very special bond. My aunt is alone and each Christmas, my mom would order her a special Christmas floral arrangement to keep her spirits lifted during the holidays. Before my mom passed away in 2017, she asked me to continue this tradition in her memory. That's when I found "Creations by Mom & Me". That year, and each year since, I have sent a 'Thomas Kincade" arrangement to my Aunt - who then calls me with such unbridled excitement - explaining the arrangment in vivid detail and noting how hospitable the driver was when they dropped the arrangement off. I am so thrilled to be able to bring such joy to someone special and to have found a florist that understands how the work that they do, and how they deliver that work to the public - can make such an impact on someone's life. Thank you "Creations by Mom & Me" for making a lonely senior so happy - particularly in the midst of a pandemic! Merry Christmas to you & your team!

I have ordered with Mom and Me via their website around three times. They always impress. I once bought flowers for my mother who was at KGH, but she got moved to the ICU (no flowers allowed in ICU), and Mom and Me issued a full refund with no fuss. It was kind of them to do this at a really stressful time for our family. The latest bouquet I purchased (Mar 2018) for my mother was customized by their staff (they were out of a particular flower, and phoned me to ask if I had a preference for replacement. I said, use your best judgement!) See attached photo for the result (amazing!) Five days later and the flowers are still sparkling. My mother says she has gotten lots of compliments on them at work. :) 5/5, will continue to order amazing bouquets with them!

Called in an order from the States late in the day, their customer service was super understanding and super helpful. They could have put the order over for the next day but they understood the importance of delivering the same day and they came through. Will definitely order from them in the future! Extremely poor service on the following accounts: -last minute notice of order being not in stock, when payment had already gone through, with very limited options for replacement -missing portions of delivery, (chocolates that were paid for, were not actually received, only flowers) - only offered very limited delivery window of "in the morning, but after 10am" -very rude customer service rep that did not seem to care that she had the impact on the special day of someone who was only excited to receive flowers on her anniversary

Poor customer service. Ordered and paid for the arrangement 4 days prior, and when I went to go pick up the arrangement looked nothing like what I had asked for. Now they did fix it after I started to get upset over their rudeness, but it's now been 7 days since and they charged my credit card a second time! I live in Grande Prairie, Alberta so I can't just simply go down there again to deal with this and after multiple rude phone conversations with them I hope this matter is resolved and they refund my credit card. I find it very worry some why they would even still have my credit card information more than a week after full payment and pick up, let alone a double charge. I will never deal with this company again until they get their act together and organized and learn to deal with customers in a respectful and courteous manner! I can accept that mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for talking to customers in the way I was talked to.

I just love the flowers from these ladies. I prefer to call in and ask them to be creative instead of ordering from the website and I’m always impressed. They also make all my bouquets cat friendly.

Mom & me is a nice local florist that has a decent range of flowers, including the cottage-style selection I tend to buy. The problem is that their blooms are very often past their best, so they last only a couple of days. I’d like to be more positive-they’re nice folks who create good bouquets-but the quality is too bad to recommend.

Glad someone has had a good experience with this place, I certainly did not! I live in WA state,my mum lives in Kelowna, it was her 89th birthday, ordered almost 10 days before, chocolates, balloon and 2 african violets in a BROWN basket with dk purple ribbon and beautiful butterflies, instead, for her 89th birthday she received an ugly round white basket, pinkish ribbon and ugly butterflies not at all like it was pictured OH and NO chocolates, NO balloon?? I had emailed with no response 2 days before, called, talked with someone rude then cancelled order, the owner called me assured it was a beautiful arrangement, I said okay keep order as is . I am Canadian and I love it when americans say canadians are the most polite people, well NOT in this case. I am glad my mum sent me a pic or else I would not have known. There is only my sister and I left so I know she would have known it was coming from me NOT a surprise, she did agree not to call as the weather is fine to leave on covered porch. After I chatted with my sister she said " I quit using them a long time ago" wish I would have known that before I ordered . and once again FAIL Ordered through Canada Flowers NOT knowing it would be fulfilled by Mom and Me 90 Year old Mother's Day this is what I ordered MOTHERS DAY 2016 This is what she received THE UGLY DARK CHEAP one!!! and I UPSIZED it to premium GO somewhere else!..said they were going to call me NEVER did GO ELSEWHERE!!!You would think 10 days would be plenty of notice to get an order correct especially a SPECIAL day for my mum. Funny thing is, they are right around the corner from where she lives. Look around before jumping into an order here.The beautiful blue one is what I ordered and upsized it and this is what she got UGLY! Pics are next to their name on site of the one I ordered and the UGLY she got PATHETIC and I am in Kelowna they are virtually 2 blocks from my mum

Their flowers are nice, but I got flowers from my long-distance boyfriend which were supposed to be a surprise, which I would assume most people would kind of realize that if a guy is sending a girl flowers, then he probably wants it to be a surprise... but they called to tell me that they had a flower delivery for me early on a Saturday morning and to confirm me apartment number and name...... Seriously? I love my boyfriend for the gesture though. It's not his fault that some people are kind of dense.

LOL, I am laughing at the young lady who suggests this floral shop is "kind of dense" because they ruined her surprise flowers by calling her first. Hello. I have been ordering flowers from this shop exclusively for 18 years. BEST service, most fabulous mother/daughter team as owners and quality products. The flower shop can't be expected to deliver flowers to folks that may not be home, They charge per delivery and if the shop has to make repeated visits to the home "hoping" there will be someone there each time, it causes numerous issues including the risk of the bouquet losing it's integrity. I love when I get a call I have flowers coming and I spend the time leading up to their arrival being excited and grateful someone has thought of me with this kind gesture.

Wow! Been going there for a long time and am always amazed at the beautiful arrangements. The designers are so creative, not just the boring half balls of carns and mums...although I guess you could get that if you asked. I personally love what they do with tropical flowers and orchids!!! Friendly and easy to deal with. They sure know Kelowna !

My flowers were delivered to the wrong place. When I phoned to inquire about when my flowers were arriving I was told, very rudely, they had already been delivered. There was no apology or offer of a refund. To my surprise about an hour later a delivery of "remade" flowers showed up at my door step. The mending gesture was ruined by a rude delivery man who arrived without an apology for the late delivery or the mixup. Overall a terrible experience. I would not recommend Creations By Mom & Me to anyone.

Very disappointed. Ordered a birthday cake made out of flowers. There was trouble with my credit card but we got that resolved, but the arrangement wasn't done. I was called several hours later and left a message that they couldn't do it. I called and was told a funeral cleaned them out of the flowers needed to do the cake. I don't know why my order was not a priority after all it was only my sister 60th birthday. On top of it all I was charged a delivery fee, but they had my sister drop by and PICK IT UP!! Really? I ordered a "modern yet traditional" bouquet for my sisters birthday September 29th and that's exactly what she received. UPDATE 10/7/2021 8 Days later and my sisters' flowers still look great!

Flowers never made it on time for my friends bday. They said they tried calling but never did. Also the recipient spoke to them on the phone and they were very rude with her. It cost over 100 for this delivery and was not worth it at all

Terrible communication, absolutely zero customer service. Would not recommend to anyone and will most certainly never be ordering from here again. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and explicitly stated in my order that I wanted them delivered on Sunday (Mothers Day). Their website would not allow me to select the Sunday, but I thought since it was Mothers Day, one of their busiest days of the year, they would be making an exception. I included all this in my delivery instructions and asked them to contact me if they did in fact not deliver flowers on Mothers Day. Never heard a word from them and the flowers turned up on the wrong day. Awesome. So I contacted them to let them know how unsatisfied I was with their service, they asked for my delivery address and recipients name and they would get right back to me. That was the last I heard from them. Believe all the bad reviews people are leaving, it's no coincidence or mistake.

What an absolutely amazing company, with wonderful service. As a bride you stress a lot about these details that go into your wedding day. I changed my mind a couple of times on the order for my Wedding flowers. They were totally fine with it and were happy to help and change it to my dream bouquet. They also arrived on time to deliver all our flowers and were easy to work with. The flowers turned out to be exactly what we pictured (colors and the way they were arranged) Thank you so much for making a part of our wedding day so smooth. It always helps to have companies like this especially on a such a busy crazy day! Definitely recommend them!

I will never be ordering from this business again, and was extremely stressed and dissatisfied with the entire process. First, they were 4 days late for an order that was for an important anniversary of a loved one lost. They were disorganized at first and had no idea why they weren't delivered. When I called the owner, she said she would call my mom that minute, and set up a delivery time. She lied and said she called my mom, when she didn't. Ended up that my mom had to personally pick the arrangement up (4 days late). The owner had horrible customer service and was incredibly rude. She offered to "wave the $10 delivery few on the $60 order for the inconvenience" even though it should have been waived anyways as it wasn't delivered.. And she offered to " freshen it up and make it look nice, add new tulips in" which is a basic expectation when you order an expensive arrangement from a business and it was late on their accord. She was incredibly rude during this process and couldn't be bothered to fix her mistake in a fair and appropriate manner. The flowers ended up looking like an amature made them, and nothing like the picture on the website. Terrible business and less than acceptable experience.

I would like to Redact some of this, and change stars as they did now make effort to contact me after reading review and send the flowers with an apology which was appreciated and did make up for some of the issues stated below. Used this group about 4 times , but I have to be honest, there has being no reason other than it was the first google search to show up. The first 3 arrangements were either not remotely like the photos or quite frankly just "alright" however this last one will now be the last and has prompted me to write this review. Placed online order for an anniversary arrangement to be delivered on a specific day (clearly). I left a special note as I do have a dog in yard that if they were not comfortable to just leave it at edge of yard by our mailbox. I also left my Wifes number. I received an email at 11:30am saying they could not reach her, and I promptly responded via email that her phone had died, but that she would be available all day at home and it would be fine to go ahead with delivery. Received an email at 3:30pm saying sorry, email inst used at the shop and their driver had went home for day, but ...Lucky me! they are closed Sunday but will drop off on Monday...just 3 days after anniversary. So what can I say, thanks! appreciate the lack of caring, lack of delivery and using an email to contact people with zero attempt to contact myself, then saying you dont actually use email. Would not recommend this service if you care about the person you are sending the flowers to. Thanks Creations By Mom & Me, my business will go elsewhere.

Bailley made my flower crown for my maternity photoshoot and it was absolutely gorgeous ! Bailley has also arranged several bouquets for me and helped decorate a photo shoot for my newborn son using ecualyptus and other flowers. I would highly reccomend this flower shop, my experience with bailleys work has been great and I have always been impressed. Very talented staff . 5 stars!!!

Simple task, send flowers to a dear friend who moved into their first new home and wish them congratulations. Hired this flower shop deliver a prepared basket of flowers and an accompanying card to announce the message of congratulations on you new home and obviously it should indicate who the sender of the flowers and the message was. Did it ? No the flower shop failed to have the message sender identified. The recipient called me confused as to who sent the items and guessing that it was me. Couldn't believe the flower shop fouled this up. Called in to the flower shop to complain. They did not feel they had fouled this up because the sender hadn't been written in the dictated message. The employees who handled this at time of purchase never gave instructions to sign a name in the dictated message or even ask if this was what the sender wanted. I assumed when you sent something like this, the sender was identified. This was not supposed to be a guessing game once the delivery happened. I was not happy with the response to my complaint. Nothing was done to resolve it and the situation has been left with an very unhappy customer. I see in these review I am not the only unhappy customer. My expectations of this flower shop were to deliver great customer service and a genuine sincere resolution to my complaint. They have indicated they did nothing wrong. Beware of this shop. They have a plaque on their wall that seems to be on theme of what a great flower shop they are but based on my experience with them this is not the case. When a store fails to give good customer service and fails to respond appropriately to complaints thank goodness there is a forum (Google Review) to let the public know how they treat their customers.

I had Creations by Mom & Me send out a Christmas arrangement to my parents a couple of days before Christmas. They had run out of roses and I contacted them to inquire about it. Sarah graciously offered to send another bouquet after Christmas and she contacted me today to make arrangements and will do a spring bulb garden to send. I was VERY impressed with the fact that they wanted to rectify the previous order, and VERY impressed that they actually contacted me. In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it is really nice to see merchants trying to go the extra mile. I will use this florist again for other people I know in Kelowna. Also, the Christmas arrangement had been very nice, but I had upgraded it to include roses, since my mom loves them. It was still a lovely arrangement. Thank you very much Sarah!

Did a wonderful job arranging etc while I was away working as I called in my order and as my gf was in dire pain with bad back troubles. Ordered special of the day and was a hit! My only tiny issue is the delivery fee...does it really have to be $12???! I think $8 is the right number to charge as I am located very centrally. $8 centrally located and say $12/$14 up to KV and Blk Mtn. $14 to say Gallaghers area. Yes? Thx...N. (:

To make a long story short, previous visit got shorted flowers and had a terrible wait time whilst staff visited amongst themselves...for over half an hour. To redeem this incident I was given a credit which I used yesterday. My friend was not spoken to by cashier at all, flowers were not fresh and were handed off out of a bucket of water and dripping everywhere. Emails to management were answered promptly, and defended the not fresh flowers and disbelief that cashier ignored the customer (my friend saw her name on the flower order and pointed it out to the comatose employee). With all that said, I am for supporting small local businesses but avoid this place!! Go to Costco, Safeway or another flower shop. Over priced, over rated and under satisfying. Just finished reading other customer reviews and they pretty much speak for themselves lol!! Huge thumbs down!!

If I could give this Floral Shop more stars I most definitely would. A week and a half before my wedding a floral shop in Kelowna cancelled on me saying they couldn't get my arrangements requested together for me. I walked into Mom and Me and within minutes they took my order, offered to be in early on the day of the wedding for pick up and delivered the most beautiful floral arrangements ever. Thank you so much for coming through on my special day and so happy to have worked with you all.

New customer I guess. I haven't purchased here in years. They had no display books to choose from and if they did they didn't offer. I came for a birthday bouquet for a friend and the person I spoke to gave no suggestions just gave me a range of prices without mentioning flower choices. My only choice were cut flowers or a vase...okay. I paid said thank you and left and they came out to my car to ask about leaving a name which should have been done while I was still in the store. I have no idea tf I just paid for but here's hoping its something nice??
