There was a mix-up on the delivery date for some flowers for my mother's birthday...(delivered 10d too early). When I called, Buckets was very apologetic, understood the problem and made it right. My mum loved her early arrangement and was pleasantly surprised when Buckets re-delivered a Christmas plant on her actual birthday. Great people! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I always love going into buy flowers for any occasion. You can go in and make your own bouquet (if you're feeling creative) or choose and already made one. The flowers are reasonably priced and last a long time. I always receive amazing customer service and always feel welcome. I had the flowers for my wedding done here and loved them.

Well yesterday, March 11th was the day - and am I ever glad I did. What a great experience! The moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, smiling lady who made me feel very comfortable - and who was obviously very proud of their store. Their flowers were very fresh, and she made sure to tell me that the owner purchased fresh flowers twice a week. For a little shop, they maximize their space, and I felt more at home there than in larger flower shops. Add to that the fact that their pricing was fantastic - and it's a win/win! Hey, this place is great. They have an easy to use online ordering system and no delivery charge. The order was delivered as requested, and they even phoned first to make sure that the receiver was home. My Mom loved the arrangement that they made. They also followed up with a confirmation of delivery and a photo of the arrangement. What's not to like.

I had to order some flowers and when I picked them up, they were exactly what I expected. If you need a bouquet or a single rose, this is the place to go! Buckets is amazing! Our prom was cancelled last year due to covid so we hadn’t booked anyone for our corsages and boutonnières but then we decided to still do a small prom with our close friends and Buckets did the best job at doing exactly what we wanted! She explained to me when we were ordering that she didn’t think she’d have a flower that would match my dress perfectly but she’d try her best and I was totally fine with that, but come the day of, I see my corsage and the flowers matched perfectly! Great experience and a really great price for both the boutonnière and corsage.

Last Tuesday my wife started a new job, so I ordered an arrangement to be delivered. Today is Saturday and she brought them home yesterday. They still look amazing, and I am very impressed with the quality, both of the flower arrangement itself and the quality of the flowers too. Very fresh and long lasting. I think they look even better today, than they did on Tuesday when they were delivered! ???? Thank you for the beautiful flowers! She was thrilled, and everyone in the office loved them too. TLDR: Very fresh and beautiful and flowers here, same day delivery, 5 stars for me.

Wouldn’t waste my time coming here. The large woman who works there was extremely rude. Customer service goes a long way my dear. Drove to Costco and picked up much much nicer roses with better selection for $21.99 for 24 roses. Check em out yourself. I wouldn't come back or refer this place because of the one rude interaction I had. She shouldn’t be working there in my opinion and if she owns the place, I have no idea how they can continue staying in business because of that attitude. Social media does go a long way unfortunately. Scroll down and you’ll see the bad reviews on the customer service and judge yourself. Actually mr owner, u are incorrect. You are clearly referring to another customer not me. I take it this employee has many problems with different people as my experience is not what you are talking about. This is my personal opinion and may not reflect other customers interactions with this woman and place.

nice Mother's Day bouquet, however fertilizer pouch was missing and the green twigs with white flowers were not fresh. One was dry and they all dropped the little white flowers already. somewhat disappointing.

If you're thinking of sending flowers to someone, Buckets should absolutely be your first choice. I had a disappointing experience with another flower shop long ago, so was prepared for a similar experience after randomly choosing the closest florist to my girlfriend's office – I needn't have worried. Since we met, I've kept track of the types of flowers my girlfriend likes, and passed these on to Oscar at Buckets, who took note of every detail and assured me they'd be delivered this afternoon. They arrived on time, and when Kirsten sent me a photo of the absolutely gorgeous bouquet he put together, I felt a flood of relief and appreciation. A big thank you to the Buckets team for renewing my faith in florists, and for making Kirsten's day with your talent and attention to detail. I won't hesitate to use your services again.

Got up to the till and they rang up at a lower price than what he had quoted at first- and he honored the difference. The flowers were beautiful. Would buy here again.

Been coming here for a long time and th service was not really good this time. Lady gave me a hard time with the Groupon, watched me pick out flowers then just handed me the bouquet, didn't even offer to wrap them. Then other guy had to offer to wrap them and got kind of snippy with me. I was super disappointed and felt I was treated didfernently because I had a Groupon. And here was not 2 packets of food with flowers like I was told. Will not return after 2 years.

My daughter in England sent me a flower arrangement for my 60th birthday. The arrangement was very dark and depressing, more suitable for a funeral than for a joyous birthday. In addition the roses, carnations and freesia had no natural perfume, but rather smelled like a moldy basement. I tried to leave a review on their webpage, but it was deleted.

Love, love, love this place! The flowers I purchased lasted so long and were so fragrant. The owner is great to work with, the staff are friendly and helpful as well. They have the most amazing multicolored roses that will be my next purchase when I stop in. They have good promotions and specials, but their regular prices are great too!

Such an amazing bouquet that looked almost identical to the photo. My friend was so pleased. I really appreciated that I was able to order from Alberta for this to be delivered to my Grandparents in Abbotsford for their 60th anniversary. I spent some time looking at other flower shops but kept seeing the formulaic roses and more formal bouquets and I was specifically looking for something unique and vibrant and I found it here. I was a little nervous about not seeing the finished product prior to it going out (shout out to my type-a personalities out there!) but my grandmother shared a picture on social media and it was everything I wanted it to be. I also was really impressed with the level of communication I received from the shop. I highly recommend!

This review is long overdue.. Buckets Fresh Flowers is the go to florist in Abbotsford. I called in an order for delivery that day and they were so accommodating. The arrangement was delivered within hours! The recipient of the arrangement was overwhelmed by the colour, beauty, and freshness of the product. She was so elated that Buckets matched her favourite colour bang on! The lady that took my order was kind and professional. She knew exactly what I wanted and suggested options within my price point...and she nailed it! They called me to let me know there was an issue and the delivery charge was over estimated online, and they will correctly process it. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER service!
