Absolutely amazing! Brookswood went over and above for us... I'm in Ottawa and needed flowers AND a baby gift basket done up for a Langley friend. Brookswood not only did an amazing bouquet, but they were able to go out and custom create a gorgeous basket for the baby. They were so helpful and friendly - would recommend to anyone! THANK YOU!

My bouquet was not at all what I ordered. I asked for exotics, orchids, birds of paradise, etc. and I got a bouquet of vanilla basic 25.00 grocery store flowers for a 100.00. I would not recommend this flower shop.

I recently ordered a floral arrangement and chocolates for delivery. Given that I live in Ontario it was difficult to select a company from so far away. What I can say is that I received exceptional customer service from Brookswood Florist, and that they took the time to ensure that they fully understood what my wishes were for delivery. I received a call from the loved one that I sent the delivery to and she stated that the flowers were absolutely beautiful, but that she had to remove the flowers away from the window as the humming birds were attempting to get to the flowers from outside of the house.

The day I moved to Langley at stopped at this local florist to buy a bunch of Casablanca lilies. They have been a weekly must for my home since I was 18 years old. The owner had some tightly closed stems in her storage freezer and I was delighted. They had five Flowers per stem and I purchased my usual three stems. The price was within a dollar of what I am accustomed to paying. I continued to pick them up every week for about 5 weeks, until one day I send my husband instead. He came home with three stems with only flowers on each. I was a little confused, but assumed it was merely an error, although the price was the same. The following week, it was 3 flowers on each stem when I went to pick them up. I asked if she had any with 5 flowers (like I had been getting for the first month), and she said she had never sold any with 5 flowers, only three. I was having a little trouble understanding her accent so I tried again - and again she denied ever selling me stems with 5 flowers. Okay, math is not my my strong suit, but really? She wants me to pay the same for 9 flowers that she had originally been charging me for 15? I've only been back there to get flowers (for a gift, not myself) once since that. Getting cheated and then treated like a dumb white girl is a really icky feeling.

I called Brookswood Florist to order a sympathy floral arrangement and Mihee was so friendly and easy to chat with. I asked for a bright floral arrangement with an emphasis on daisies and that's exactly what was received. The arrangement was beautiful! What was most impressive is that the arrangement was received the same evening! I wasn't expecting it, however it was such a nice surprise. Top notch customer service! I will go back any time I need flowers.

Beyond impressed, Mihee went over and beyond. I ordered flowers for the MIL from America. I was able to speak to Mihee directly to discuss the potted Orchid arrangement for same day delivery. We had concerns with them being delivered in the cold. Mihee called me directly to make sure the flowers were received (after she knocked and phoned the MIL upon delivery & was unsuccessful in reaching the recipient). I am beyond impressed with the customer service provided. On top of that, the arrangement exceeded my expectations fully. I love that I can order direct and don't have to deal with the giant floral distributors that have screwed over me and the smaller florists that they represent.

Brookswood Florist is a terrific florist shop. They did an absolutely beautiful arrangement for me recently for a family member's birthday. It was so colorful and had such an interesting mix of flowers that lasted and lasted. And the people at the shop and the delivery person were so helpful and didn't mind having to attempt the delivery a second time. I highly recommend them.

I tried to place an order for a ~$75-100 bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister’s grave in honour of her birthday. The cemetery referred me to this florist. I needed the flowers to be dropped off to the cemetery’s caretaker at the gate, but the woman on the phone kept asking for my sister’s phone number for delivery, despite the very obvious fact that she isn’t exactly able to take phone calls. We went back and forth a few times regarding a service (there isn’t one) and my sister’s phone number (again, there isn’t one). I was already on the verge of tears when she stated she was confused and “that [sister] is the dead person, right?” When she said it the second time, I couldn’t keep my composure and hung up. Placing orders via the phone can be confusing, but it seemed straight forward to deliver the flowers to the cemetery’s office. I hoped for better tact and care when dealing with loss and something so personal. Instead I was brutally reminded of my sisters death every step of the way.
