Never Ever shopping here again. After repeatedly giving this place a try hoping for better service and decent flowers. I tried again b/c its nearest to my home, yet again I walk away extremely disappointed. Owner is very rude. She uses practically dead flowers in horrible design. She doesnt seem to realize that these flowers are given as gifts. All i wanted today was a simple boutonniere, but I guess she cant do anything right. I wouldnt let her cut my grass, let alone make any arrangements for me. Save your money and your time go somewhere else.

Don't be misled by how busy this place may seem, popularity and busyness of a place may not always be correlated to quality. My family ordered many floral arrangements for our love one's funeral and we spend a significant sum and a significant number of them did not turned out the way we wanted. The arrangements did not resemble the ones that we selected from the brochure which we expected as the matching flowers may not be in season, etc. so we told them that if they cannot recreate it, we would rely on their expertise to substitute it for something equally as nice and of course compatible. For a flower shop that specializes in floral arrangements, boy were we all disappointed with how off some of the arrangement looked from a poor choice of color combinations to the lack of freshness of the flowers. Additionally none of their arrangements even took in any of our special requests for specific flowers or colors! The arrangements couldn't be compared to other ones that we received from other shops which were for almost 30% cheaper so I urge you find another place to bring your business as you probably will not find a deal here. I will not be coming back again and recommend that you stay away from this place for any serious purchases as the only thing they seem to consistently succeed at is disappointing your loved ones.

Today I made sure I woke up early so I could go purchase some flowers. I drove to this location and it said it opens at 9:30am and also said this on the door as well. I wait and give it a few minutes knowing I might be late for the event 10 minutes go by no one is even in the store I try calling and no one answers. If you are looking for a service that is not reliable then by all means make sure to wake up early and come here.

The flowers were a disappointment. The flower arrangements contained flowers which were already “drooping” on the day of delivery. The colour combination was also different from what we had asked for. I will not be going back to this flower shop in the future.

Horrblie service, not even fresh flowers. I went in to buy flowers they made me pay for it first, the man did a horrible job wrapping them. If you can’t handle customers you should be working. Bad man

I have used this florist twice in the last 2 years. She has reasonable prices compared to other florists in the area, and a decent selection of flowers and ribbon for corsages and bouttonieres. If you are unsure of what you would like Sharon is able to give some appropriate suggestions. The flowers have been ready when expected. I will be back in the future.

My fiancé bought me a bouquet of roses on the Valentine's day, 14 Feb 2017 for $44 but to my disappointment 2 of the flowers were already dead when I arranged them into the vase. What a disappointment! This florist sold my fiancé some unfreshed flowers and when he went back the florist told him that he needs to dehydrate the hydrangea flowers. Dehydrate the flowers on Valentine's day? The flowers were already dead! This florist gave lame excuses for their unfreshed flowers. And instead of compensating him the same flowers they offered some cheap tulips! My fiancé is a regular customer and he will never go back there to buy flowers again.

I just ordered a vase arrangement today, and the owner Karen was so pleasant and helpful! I asked her to use her discretion at a certain price point using Fall colors, and the finished arrangement was truly exquisite, full of a variety of lovely blooms, colors and textures. The recipient was absolutely delighted. I can't recommend her work enough! Thank you again!

I'm all for supporting local businesses but for $60 I expect more than a single rose, some carnations and a couple daisies. I can literally go to Safeway and get a dozen roses (fresh buds at that) with Baby's Breath, wrapped, for under $30. This is just very poor value.

Went to get my mom a birthday bouquet. The woman who helped me was fantastic. She listened to what my mom liked and didn’t and made the most gorgeous arrangement that I know my mom will love. The price was also very good for what I walked out with. Will come back for all other flower needs in the future.

My family and I have been using this florist for years for Mother’s Day, birthdays, housewarming gifts, etc. The other day I placed an order for two bouquets and left the arrangement/flower selection up to them within the budget I gave them. They both turned out beautifully and were delivered promptly the same day. Karen was super patient and had a great sense of humour over the phone even when my payment didn’t go through the first time. Overall a great experience!

Should really have known to stay away when the lady on the line asked me how much I want to spend even when I kept asking them what their vday packages are, repeatedly. The flowers delivered were some of the worst and cheapest looking that I've ordered and I order flowers for my wife every year. I asked how many roses will be in the bouquet and she simply just said "don't worry, we make it look nice". I'm all for supporting local businesses during covid but it's hard not to feel like I got scammed when $100 dollar boquet only has 3 roses and the rest is pretty much filler cheap greenery that's worth nothing. Chadged me 25 delivery when I litterally lived 3 minutes away. Stay away and save your money.

I've gotten flowers from here and they were OK. The reason for this review is solely based on the customer service I received yesterday. When I walked in the store, the gentleman working there simply said "come back later, she's not here, come back later" with no eye contact and very bluntly so it came off extremely rude. Thankfully there was a store that was willing to help up not too far away, "Coquitlam Florist", who were great!
