I just received a 'cheese lovers' basket as a gift and it contained ONE piece of cheese. ONCE PIECE OF CHEESE DOES NOT A CHEESE LOVERS BASKET MAKE! $65.00 for 9 items not related to the theme of the basket seems like false advertising. It should contain at least 3-5 varieties of cheese. Most of the items were sugar and chocolate, none of which I can consume, so the food bank will be treated to some over-priced gourmet treats. Update: the brie is rubbery and about 3" in diameter. I cannot stop laughing at something called a cheese lovers plate not including a single item I'd include on a cheese platter.

Ordered flowers specifically for Valentine's Day and paid the extra delivery fee. The flowers arrived two days before Valentine's and I was still charged the special delivery free. After one day, a few of the flowers have already started wilting. The message I had written was photocopied and glued to the card. Worse yet, it wasn't even glued on correctly. Also, when I called to complain, I could not get through, was told to leave my number, and that they would call me back. Still waiting... If you check the Better Business Bureau website, which I should have done prior to ordering from this company, there are officially over 800 formal complaints regarding Bloomex. UPDATE: After a few email exchanges with a Bloomex representative, I was given the following options: 1) resend the order at no charge (I declined, as I did not want my girlfriend to receive withered flowers again); 2) return the dead flowers to the company IF I want a full refund (they were already thrown away); 3) receive store credit (I also declined this offer as I will not be doing business with them again); or 4) a gift basket of equal value sent to my girlfriend when their new stock arrives (I accepted this offer and thanked them for trying to rectify the situation). I was sent a Puralator tracking number, and as I checked my account this morning, the difference of the special delivery fee ($4.99) was debited to my credit card.

They didn't deliver flowers to my 82 year old, sick mother on her birthday due to some snow on the road..and didn't contact me to advise this so I could make other arrangements like possibly order from a store more local to her, who would have likely been more accountable. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund but was advised they don't give refunds and I should read their policies first. They said I could have a credit for future use. I dealt with Justin on this and all I got was a repetitive, robotic corporate script read to me over and over...I'm now out $75...and my mother receives no flowers on what was likely her last birthday....I'm beyond choked. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

I ordered 12 long stem lavender roses yesterday, was told they would be delivered today between 9 am -12 pm, they arrived after 1 pm (though I received an email before then saying they had been delivered, but they weren’t), they were hot pink not lavender (see photo) and no food packet was included. Had issues last year with order so will not use this company again. UPDATE: I was contacted by Bloomex and received an in-store credit.

Wish I had listened to the other google reviews. Spent 120$ on flowers for my mothers 66th birthday and when they arrived all of them were dead, moldy and falling apart. She said the nicest part of the bouquet was the box... they also do not issue refunds for their terrible quality flowers!!. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I cannot stress this enough... I placed an order three days ago that was just delivered yesterday. I am completely disappointed with the service and to be honest furious at the whole experience. I ordered the fall bouquet for my grieving grandmother that has just lost her brother and her best friend. I looked at many different places and local Florists to choose a special bouquet as I can't be there and chose to go with this company and purchased the fall bouquet as those are her favorite colors and flowers. As you can see from the attached pictures that is not the bouquet I received... 1st pic is what I ordered, 2nd is what I received. I also paid the extra to supersize it which it wasn't and paid extra for same day delivery which again did not happen. Also, I specifically made a note for the delivery to go through the gate to the lower door. Instead The box of flowers was instead left in the driveway on the other side of the gate in the rain and she was not even notified they were there for the day. On top of all of that it is quite sad that the "note" that was requested was attached on the back of an advertising flyer for the company instead of on a separate little card or even piece of paper. (Pictures attached as well) When I contacted them to address the issues, they responded saying that they ran out of the specific flowers and substituted. Maybe they could have contacted me to let me know that?!?!?! They did not even address the delivery issues in the response and stated that I should have purchased an actual card as that is their standard note. They did offer a $20 in store credit which was an insult as far as I'm concerned... Honestly, I would never deal with them again and I could have gone to Costco or a local corner store and purchased a $20 bouquet that would have been nicer. I am writing this review in order to hopefully deter others from making the same mistake I did in ordering with this company. Looking at their other reviews I wish I would have checked that prior to ordering with them as it looks like I am not the first they have completely disappointed. I'm not usually one to get upset or go out of my way to complain or do a review like this but All in all this was an absolutely terrible job and has now ruined what was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture for my grieving grandmother.

Don't bother ordering from here. The flower arrangement will look absolutely nothing like the photos and description on the website. They clearly replaced the nicer flowers that were supposed to be included, like roses, with much cheaper options, like carnations, which was extremely disappointing as I ordered these as a gift. I'm not even sure why they give you the option to choose the specific flower arrangement online when in the end they will just put whatever they want. When I reached out for a refund they said this is against their policy and offered me a credit which is useless to me as I will not trust them to deliver anything decent with the poor experience that I already had.

Absolute worst service and product. It's a strange feeling to receive a gift and be embarrassed for the company; their bar is clearly on the ground. AND to top it off they use Purolator. Makes sense now that I think about it - why wouldn't 2 terrible companies partner up? So my "gift" came 10 days late and the delivery guy chucked the box beside our gate onto the mud. We have a nice clear path to the house - where every other delivery person in the world puts our stuff. So thanks for absolutely nothing.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE this company! They delivered 4 days later. The flowers were frozen and limp and when I tried to talk to them about this they gave the lamest excuses and wouldn't do anything about it. The flowers were for someone that lost someone in death and they could of cared less. I was so embarrassed with the gross arrangement. So disappointed in my money spent on this as they were not cheap!

I just received my order and wow - I am truly delighted by not only the quality and freshness of the bouquet but the customer service as well. I live outside of the next day deliver zone and even though my order was rescheduled (which is really my own fault in not reading the details of delivery) it was more then made up for by being delivered in a beautiful box with an extra bonus of chocolates. I'm not sure if the $20 gift card for my next order is something that all customers receive or for my own inconvenience but I am grateful either way. That is world class service. I didn't even speak to an agent, it was all decided beforehand and I think it's little things like that which is what sets some companies apart from others. It was my daughter's very first bouquet of flowers so I might be a little bias here but you have a customer for life in me and mine! Thank you for making a regular day special for us.

I ordered for the first time from bloomex. I am not happy with their service. I will not recommend them to anyone. First, they got the address wrong and then refused to give me a refund. Then told me that I will be charged $20 extra for re-delivery. I was really stressed dealing with them. Their customer service is not the best either- not customer friendly at all. I had to pay $40 in total to get the flowers delivered finally. Also they promised on re-delivery that the flowers will be fresh, however, they sent stale flowers- they were not in a good condition. Please save yourself the stress and don't order from here.

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I could hardly believe this level of negligence and false promises was possible for a company of this size. I advise potential customers to look at Bloomex's reviews on the Better Business Bureau before continuing with their purchases. I ordered a fruit basket for my dad's birthday since I couldn't see him during the pandemic. Considering their prices and advertised excellence and daily freshness, I felt confident that they couldn't screw up a fruit basket. To our greatest dismay, the first thing my parents noticed when they opened the box was the flurry of fruit flies that scattered everywhere. The next was the smell. When they opened up the box, they discovered that the fruit was moldy and squished and bruised. The oranges were dried up inside and could be squeeze like a stress ball. Thus, the saga began. When I finally got a hold of one of their "trained customer support staff," a cascade of issues arose: 1. I sent in pictures and a message about this huge mistake the same day it was delivered and was told that I had complained too late. 2. I was then told to wait 24hrs for a manager to contact me. It didn't matter who I spoke to, I was given this exact instruction for THREE full days. 3. I was asking one of the many ladies I spoke to why they didn't have management available on weekends after they repeatedly explained to me that they were a huge company (I'm still unsure why this was relevant). During my questioning, the woman hung up on me. 4. I had expressed massive concern and stress for me and my family in regards to the rodents that the rotten fruit would attract over the many days. I begged someone to pick up the garbage they dumped on my parents' doorstep instead of other compensation. No such luck. 5. I finally got a manager on Day 4 and, while they couldn't pick up the trash or give me a refund, they were willing to send another basket. They promised me a flawless second delivery and a complimentary upgrade saying, "Don't worry, our second time is always perfect." Not the slogan I was looking for, but I agreed to play by their rules. 6. The second attempt arrived almost as bad as the first. Fewer flies but the pears were even more damaged and the pineapple was just starting to mold. I guess this was their "upgrade." The selection was still as boring as ever. 7. I sent in another complaint and got, word for word, "We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the basket you received was in accordance with our policy." Moldy, inedible food is part of their policy? I was losing my mind at this point. 8. I had to write another massive email explaining that, not only was their customer service reps completely dismissing me over and over, but they were not sympathetic to my plight in the slightest. No one would acknowledge the desperation I was experiencing trying to resolve this for my parents; the fact that they had to clear their house of fruit flies and sit with this garbage for an entire week; the space these TWO baskets of rot took up in their limited garbage allotment; how they were expected to eat mold and spore covered food or dispose of it at their own expense. It wasn't just the hundred dollars I spent sending my father two boxes of mold and flies and potentially rats, it was the emotional, mental, and time expense of trying to get this company to respond as a business should. I was finally directed to someone who could do "something." I was given the same options as usual: No refund, but store credit or a resend. Do they really not see the scam in this? Once again, I did their job for them and offered a compromise. I managed to secure half my refund but I had to threaten alternative action to get it, which is totally unnecessary and out of my character. I still lost more in the end. If only I could give half a star... Good luck to anyone who dares brave this business' services. I do not envy the adventure you're about to embark on.

This is the 2nd time I use them. They are convenient. I ordered flowers and a vase. I gave 3 Stars, because although the flowers were beautiful and arrived on time, they were packed with their stems in a green foam, and not in the vase. I assume this is because the package travelled some distance, and packaging them this way makes it so they do not spill. But, the recipient was a little surprised that they had to assemble their bouquet. I think it would be helpful if Bloomex were upfront about this, so that people are not surprised when the flowers don't arrive already in their vase. Also, people reading the website should not be mislead into thinking that the arrangement will look like the picture. The recipient will have to do the arranging themselves. Make sure you buy a vase.

My girlfriend sent me flower and balloon from bloomex as she wasn't in town. Flower were all looking like it was frozen and started to dripping water. balloon bit deflated (which I don't care that much). But I feel like the flower should've at least look somewhat okay. I left in vase and put nutrition package that come with it, hoping it would perk up. I haven't reached out to customer service but I would not recommend not to order during winter times. Believe the bad reviews. I ordered and paid extra for a "deluxe version" of flowers from bloomex three times and all three times they sent a very different version of flowers. Definitely not a deluxe version or even similar to the picture on their site for that matter. You do not get what you pay for, they just take your money and send whatever they have in stock. You would be better off buying your own flowers and arranging it yourself rather than spending money on this company. I sent them a picture of what I ordered and what I got, telling them it was completely unacceptable and this was their argument: "We do our best to source flowers as close to photos as possible but variations in computer monitors as well as what mother nature produces from crop to crop do allow for some variation. Please also note, that some flowers could change the position due to the time they traveled or/and the angle of the photo sent could made one think it is different. The florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement. The arrangement seemed quite lovely and the flowers were fresh. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." Don't order from Bloomex, you can get beautiful flower arrangements elsewhere and for a much better price.

I am very upset with this order. Bloomex promised same day delivery, took my money and then did not deliver the order. The driver returned it to the warehouse and no one bothered contacting me to let me know there was an “issue,” despite having my phone number and email address. The driver claims I gave an incorrect address and phone # for the recipient, however it is all absolutely correct. This is my childhood home and phone number, so I know them both very well. The individual I spoke to also questioned if I had actually been to this house. Which, yes, I grew up in. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my dad who, because of the pandemic, I can’t see this holiday. Now because of Bloomex, they get nothing in time for Christmas. The individual I spoke to on the phone was nice, but not able to help at all, so not sure what their purpose is. I would like a full refund and flowers delivered tomorrow. Had someone bothered to contact me earlier in the day, or to have phoned my dad, we could have resolved this immediately. Super sketchy company! Update; I spoke to somebody in customer service and they are telling me now that this is my fault. The individual who took the order got the postcode off by one digit. It shows the same location on Google maps with the incorrect and the correct postcode. So apparently I am now out $80 because of this mistake. This is an absolute joke! If they had phoned me we could have resolve this immediately. They also had the phone number of the recipient, which they had the audacity to say did not exist. At this point, I am out money as well as a Christmas gift for my family. I am absolutely devastated right now.

DO NOT TRUST your gift basket to Bloomex. Gift baskets are always for special people and special reasons. Our order was a complete fail. Our order included flowers in a vase, wine and chocolates. The flowers arrived however they were not the flowers we chose or in a vase, and the wine and chocolates never arrived. The sad part is, when we called to correct our order we were welcomed with unempathetic staff and an immediate pitch about there company policy on refunds, we will give you a partial credit, which was below a fair resolution. Buyer beware!)

I ordered a gift basket for my parent’s birthdays as they fall at the same time. The price was great from what I had found on other sites. In a rush to get order placed for next day delivery, I placed the order. I realized afterward that it was 5:00 PM and it said that the order needed to be in by 4:00 PM for next day. However since I was able to select next day delivery, I crossed my fingers it would work out. I did some googling of reviews and Q & A to see if others ever had a problem and started reading some negative reviews about the company. Now I was really concerned and just hoped all would work out. Today, the order went through flawlessly and delivered to my parents by noon. They were so happy with it and described it all to me. I was determined to write a positive review tonight to let everyone know that bloomex canada gets 5 stars from me!

False advertisement. I don’t usually complain but I was quite disappointed with my order and customer service did not help me resolve my issue. I ordered flowers for my gf’s engagement and was not satisfied with what she received as it was night and day difference. Attached is a photo of what I ordered (even upgraded to the deluxe) and a photo of what I actually received. You are better off going to the grocery store and getting a better arrangement of flowers for half the price. P.S. Careful ordering from here as they will use “they ran out of stock of the flowers requested” as an excuse.

Ordered a cheese gift basket for my sister and her fiancé. They proceeded to pack the basket with cheese set to expire within DAYS prior to them even shipping it. Such a waste of money, and insulting frankly as it was promptly tossed out. To top it off I was offered lousy credit towards my next basket. As if I'd ever trust this company on not making such a scre up again.

Easy to use, had a sale on so I got a box of chocolates free. Great for sending to my friend as a get well soon. Postage was pretty high but for a large bunch of roses and chocolates with post, it cost $60. I ordered three bunches with chocolates as the deal was pretty good. Thank you

Our family received a sympathy plant in a basket from cousins that arrived 3 days after the promised date. The plant arrived on its side in the box. There was soil, broken stems and many wilted, damaged blooms on the bottom of the box. The plant looked terrible. And the sympathy message was printed on the back of one of their coupon...how classless! Our family contacted them to register a complaint and received a reply stating that they would do nothing since it was in accordance with their policy. Obviously, their policy needs to be revised. We recommend NOT using them. Instead, find a reputable local florist.

This was the second time I used the services of Bloomex. On both occasions I have been fully satisfied with the provider. The floral displays were excellent and lasted longer than expected. The chocs are nice too.

Such a quick an efficient service. I'm based in London UK and was able to send my sister a beautiful gift. I was nervous at first, being so far and not keen oh chasing internationally. But when I saw how quickly and regularly the tracking email was updated, it put me at ease. They all of a sudden it said it arrived. Thank you so much.

I ordered a large gift basket as a birthday gift, it did not arrive on the day that it was scheduled. I understand weather issues delayed the delivery, but when I finally got a human agent in the chat-bot the next day (after nobody bothered to return my call), I was assured it would be delivered by end of day. It was not. During this time I received around 20 emails saying the status was "in transit" or " delivered". Only after requesting a refund with another chat-bot agent today was it finally delivered 2 days late. My order was a "Fancy Feast Gourmet" basket which is supposed to be "full of gourmet cheeses, crackers and seafood". No cheese whatsoever. Horrible customer service and disappointing product. Next time I'll find a local store and contact them directly.

Just ordered my second flower delivery after being so impressed with the first. Great selection of arrangements, bonus free gifts and a very easy to use website. Flowers lasted ages too. This is now my go to site for bouquets in the future. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.
