Purchased a corsage from the store, and was very happy with the result. I forget her name, but the staff member was very friendly. I didn't know what type of design I wanted, so I gave her the colors, flowers and creative lead way and she did a phenomenal job. Very satisfied with the price as well.

Bought a corsage for prom, the corsage advertised came with 3 flowers where the one I received only had 2, they’re we’re a few differences in the two aswell, like the ribbon and the rhinestones.

Ordered flowers for my moms 60th birthday online as I am out of the country, paid to upgrade to the deluxe and to add a balloon. I call to make sure they got the order and they would be delivered on time and they inform me they don’t have any helium for the balloon so they offer to put some chocolates with the flowers so that’s fine. My mom FaceTimes me to say thank you and shows me the flowers I immediately can tell they are not what I paid for. I ask my mom to send me a pic of the flowers and sure enough I have been charged for the upgrade to deluxe but only given the basic bouquet. 3 roses in the basic and 5 or 6 in the deluxe so it’s pretty obvious and I’m not happy, not to mention there’s no baby’s breath or filler so compared to what they show online is very sparse. I call to talk to them and they offer to reimburse me the difference which i accept but also point out I’m not happy with. They didn’t offer to send a new bouquet which is what I think should have been done. The money wasn’t the point the point was it was a big day for my mom and I couldn’t be there and wanted to be able to do something nice. Very disappointed with the situation and don’t feel it was rectified properly. I will add pictures of the difference.

My husband bought me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. He told the woman that I love purple.The vase was a deep, dark purple, and the variety of flowers were different shades of mauve, purple and pink. She even put a mauve ribbon/bow around the vase. All of the buds have opened up and have made the arrangement even fuller. We both agreed that it was the most beautiful arrangement he has ever gotten for me. I think he may be going back in the future.

I had roses from my husband delivered for my birthday at 830 am and by 10 am they already started falling all over the counter. I callled them and they replaced them with another bunch from the same batch which lasted for 2 days when i returned them the lady wanted to replace them with carnations, and i refused telling her she should let her supplier know. paying 70 dollars for a dozen roses that lasted 2 days is not good. she should have gone out of her way to do something but she didnt even care we wont be going there again and i have pictures showing people the flowers. not good customer service

Not very impressed with this company. The delivery was good, but definatly got ripped off on flowers. I ordered and was told one thing , when flowers got delivered it was completely different . will never use them again.

Since moving to the Brantford area, we have gone to Passmore's for our flowers. They are friendly and helpful (and I love their dog ????). This Valentine's Day my husband sent me flowers as he was away on business for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, some of the same kind of flowers started to wilt by the next day. My husband contacted them and they were wonderful, Twice over. Thank you for being so Wonderful. Your customer service is exemplary! If you want a reputable florist who actually cares, you won't go wrong with PASSMORE'S

My Valentine's Day arrangement was so gorgeous! The two people who delivered them to me were so kind and thoughtful. My SO asked for orange flowers for me and they were all so beautifully arranged. I would absolutely recommend!

Ordered a premium country basket. Very disappointed that the flower where not in a basket but in a wooden box. Flowers should have been more plentiful for what I paid also delivery was so late in the day 6:45pm.

It's always a treat to receive flowers from Passmore's. Their bouquets and arrangements are top notch and absolutely beautiful! Their delivery is excellent as well!

The flowers that were delivered looked great, but the service was very poor as the employees ruined the surprise. The delivery was scheduled a week in advance for the morning of mothers day weekend. The flowers did not arrive on time so we decided to call to ensure delivery would take place. During the call we were informed that the flowers would arrive in the afternoon, which was understandable seeing as it was mothers day weekend. What was unacceptable was them calling the recipient a few minutes after our call informing her they would be late. The call to the recipient came 30 minutes before the flowers arrived. When we called asking them why they had called the recipient, the reply was simply “ok”, and an excuse that it was not explicitly specified to be a surprise. My question is, who orders flowers for someone on mothers day not as a surprise? As a matter of fact, who orders someone flowers in any situation to not be a surprise. Overall, the flowers were nice, but the service is very poor and the employees cannot own up to a mistake, but rather make excuses. For the price you pay, the service should be much better.
