I stopped in on Saturday based on Google Reviews to order my wife some flowers for our anniversary today. I left the arrangement choice up to Nicol Florist as I'm colour deficient. The only thing I mentioned was my wife likes Calla Lillies. They were honest and said they might not be able to get Callas this time of year. Today a beautiful arrangement showed up at our door that had three calla lillies in it. Thank you for great service.

I love Nichols. It's always my go to place. Sadly however I was not able to have flowers sent to my sister (who is not in Brantford). Nichols was not able to send them for me, I had to go elsewhere. Shut down rule apparently, so not something that could be controlled.

I live in Edmonton and I was looking for something with a Christmas nature theme for my Mom who lives in Brantford . I called the store and spoke with Margaret Bekendam and explained what I was looking for and asked if they could make me the arrangement and send me a picture . She said no problem and in 2-3 hrs I had the picture . I loved it called paid and it was delivered that day! I would select 10 stars if I could. You can't ask for better service then that !! Thank you for making my Moms day great !!!! I didn't feel like it was overpriced either !!

I had a horrible experience with Nicols. And unfortunately it was on my wedding day. My mother picked up all my bouquets and boutiners and the color of all the accent flowers were not what I ordered. The mistake on the color was not the big issue. It was the fact that when I called to say it was wrong, she said "yes we ran out if what you chose and picked a color we thought would compliment well". 1) those flowers were the flowers I had my heart set on 2) WHY did I not receive a call 3) I was told that particular flower came in weekly !! The lady I spoke to was not apologetic at all and after telling me they picked a new flower (so obviously she was aware it happened) that I should have received a call. She did offer for US to bring the back and have them pulled out. (Reminder: it was MY wedding day and I had zero time for that) I am hoping to call back again tomorrow and if this is resolved. I will edit my review. As for now. I do not recommend their .

Terrible,,, Got my order wrong and charged me the price of what I ordered. Ordered a Succulent box that was suppose to be 24in x24in. They sent a 6x6 box that that was $39. Then charged my visa $61. Nothing like embarrassing people without saying anything. Sad when you have to always have to follow up. Certainly wont be using Nicol Florist in the future. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE THEY DONE STUFF LIKE THIS?

My go to store for special occasion flower arrangements. My last visit was to purchase a funeral arrangement and the lady who assisted me couldn't have been more compassionate and helpful. When I decided on the arrangement that I wanted, she asked what colour palette I wanted, and made the effort to go to the cooler and pick out samples of the different flowers for the arrangement in the colours I wanted to show me the effect. The arrangement was delivered promptly and looked beautiful, and was so fresh, it lasted over a week. The personal and extremely knowledgeable service truly sets them apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
