My daughter, who lives in Ottawa, ordered the Mother’s special for which no picture was available. It was very clear why a photo was not available, as it was worse than grocery store quality. It consisted of poor quality short stemmed red roses and yellow and red tulips which never opened up but just curled up and died. For this pathetic arrangement, she paid almost $80. They will be receiving a visit from me!

I went here for the first time looking for a gift that would cost me less than twenty bucks. I was pleasantly surprised! I got a beautiful gerbera rose that was floating in water. It was perfect. Wendy helped me pick it out and was SO helpful and amazing. I will be back for sure. The icing on the cake was the beautiful thankyou card she sent to me after my purchase. Great customer service!

I ordered the “Florist’s Choice” bouquet for $50 (see photo) for my friend’s birthday and was completely disappointed. I was expecting a nicer colour pallete with more care put into the arrangement. While I understand that the availability of flowers might be impacted by Covid-19, a business shouldn’t take orders that they can’t fulfill. I could’ve purchased nicer flowers at the grocery store and arranged them myself. I contacted Forest of Flowers directly and received a call the next day explaining that the bouquet included the freshest flowers they had on hand.

I ordered flowers for mother's day via teleflora. The flowers were arranged so poorly, I could have done a better job going to Fortinos and arranging a bouquet on my own. Not to mention the cost of this arrangement was 88$ including the delivery fee. I was embarrassed to see that they were arranged so poorly. If they couldn't handle how busy they would be for Mother's day, they should have capped the number of orders they were accepting so that they could produce quality arrangements rather than leaving their customers with a vase full of flowers that were carelessly thrown together without even being trimmed properly. I feel like I wasted my money and was mislead. Clearly from other reviews on Google, this is not a rare issue with them.

After I posted this review, I called the store and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They remedied the situation right away and within minutes, my Mom was delivered a beautiful pink bouquet of a dozen roses. They could not have handled it better. ???? I ordered this arrangement for my mom's birthday and this is what she received for $75 plus tax and delivery. My order came to $98 and this is absolutely unacceptable for the price. I would have gone anywhere else but this place. If I could give this zero Stars I would. I am completely disappointed. Not only that, but I had to tell my mom how much I spent, and I had to get her to take pictures. It completely ruined the whole idea behind it. Completely 100% dissatisfied.

I first popped into Forest of Flowers on King George Road looking for hard-to-find white tulips. They had them! They not only wrapped them beautifully for me but gave me a $10-off coupon for my next purchase. When I went back, I brought my own vase for measuring purposes but the owner (regretfully, I forget her name) arranged the flowers in it for me and boxed it beautifully, free of charge! She and her husband were both so friendly and kind. I will be back!

My husband called and ordered flowers for me on Valentines Day and advised them that the delivery location was a school and that I would be leaving by 4. The gentleman said no problem they will arrive before the end of the day. Come 4 pm the flowers did not arrive. I called the shop to ask where they were and the women had said they didn't know it was a business and they would be coming some time later in the afternoon. We had to cancel as I live out of town. The friendly women did offer to deliver them to me over the weekend but obviously I wanted them for Valentines Day.

There is numerous florists in the city of Brantford. I personally won’t be using this one again nor would I recommend them to anyone. If you can’t fulfill the commitment to deliver then don’t take the order and the money.

A happy, welcoming and friendly couple who make their shop special. If I'm in town and need flowers, this is the only place I go. We tried to order flowers for our daughter online and there was an issue so we called the florist direct. I wasn't sure what to order over the phone so I asked about the florist pick which I was told it was whatever they had in the cooler on that day. I asked if lillies were an option and they said they had some that day they could add to arrangement. All together I paid 81.00 including tax and delivery. When my daughter received the flowers and sent me a picture I could tell she had just put them in whatever vase she had. The flowers looked ridiculous in her small vase. I was angry and called the store and asked why there was no vase included. The lady who answered the phone said she was just filling in for the day and the owner was away but she owned the same store in london and it would have come with a vase. She left a message for the owner to call me back. Next day I called owner back as she did not return my call. I will say she offered to send a new arrangement and take the old flowers back which I thought was odd because what was she really going to do with old flowers. I told her I was not looking to rip her off but felt like since I was 3 hours away that they tried to pull a fast one on me. She said the florist choice service was the florist's choice and it didn't necessarily come with a vase. I feel that is something they should tell you in advance as when you are sending someone who is sick flowers as the card said "feel better" that they should not have to worry about arranging flowers. After all was said and done she refunded me 13.56 for the delivery charge. I have never written a negative review before but this was definitely not a good experience.

Ordered flowers online for my mother for Mother’s Day. Picked an arrangement and decided to go with the “deluxe” version for $70 instead of the standard. I chose to have them delivered so all together the bill was just around $90. I am completely dissatisfied with the flowers she received. For $70 I was expecting something big and beautiful but instead I got small and kind of messy. I know for a fact I could have gone to the flower shop inside a Fortions and gotten a better arrangement for cheaper. There are not very many flowers in the arrangement, completely not worth $70 at all. You can see for yourself in the photo. I can’t believe that this place thinks that that arrangement is worth $70 and has the audacity to charge that much for something so small. I will not be ordering from them again. 100% do not recommend this place.

Rectified my delivery experience.... flowers were always beautiful never were a issue, outsourcing delivery was the issue probably embarrassing for the store and us.. Happy the florist took the issue seriously offered compensation which I declined once I knew more info about the delivery situation..

I didn't like what was delivered. It was a dozen roses and very plain. The website showed a bouquet of bright sunny flowers. Very plain and boring. I would not recommend. If I wanted roses delivered I would have ordered roses. Bouquet did not match advertising.

Honestly I bought the flowers because I loved the purple and the daisy's in the arrangement...but when I saw a picture of the flowers sent I was disappointed as the flowers were Burgundy not purple and they weren't daisies. Whole reason I ordered those were because of the colours

I received the most beautiful flower arrangement in celebration of my mother who passed away. The arrangement was delivered to my work place. What a surprise! It was breathtaking - I kept turning the arrangement as each view was so unique and out of this world. The special touch was the butterflies. Alex did the flowers for our wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with them! I would recommend Forest of Flowers and Alex to anyone. Her pricing is SO reasonable compared to other companies, and she was a delight to work with. Alex attached the arbour swags in a way that we could disassemble and move the arbour to the reception hall for our photo area, which was a huge hit! Truly can't say enough good things!

Terrible experience here because the manager was very condescending and rude. Would not recommend this particular flower shop for this reason. There are many more businesses in the area who are more deserving of your time.

Contacted them for my wedding. Got a quick reply to make an appointment ASAP to talk about arrangements. I emailed back right away with a time and made a comment about how it was a same sex wedding. They stopped replying. 3 emails later and nothing. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
