We live out of town from Brantford, and I have repeatedly used Flowers By Gerry for family gifts there. We've used the web ordering system without a problem on multiple occations. The arrangements have always been beautiful, the delivery is timely and professional. I've never been disappointed in selecting the florist's choice arrangements.

My friend and I send flowers to a friend after her Mother died. Not being in this town, you never know what you will get! Turns out, they were beautiful! And included a purple butterfly and she said her Mom would have loved the purple butterfly. And fast delivery. You couldn’t ask for more! Thanks to Gerry!

A very poor experience with Flowers by Gerry. I had gone in a few weeks before my date to order a boutonnière and corsage for my prom. I told Gerry, himself what I wanted, my name, and the date. Gerry wrote everything down and then said "I will put it in the system later, I hate computers". On the day of my prom I went to go pick up my order a few hours beforehand. When I got there and asked for order, both the two ladies in the front desk and Gerry himself were telling me that I have the wrong place and that I never placed an order with them. They proceeded to gang up on me and telling me that I needed to leave and find the right flower shop. To the point of holding back tears, I then told my exact conversation that I had with Gerry to these "adults", to which they then admit that that sounded like a conversation that I had with Gerry. When they found my order slip, they no longer had the original flowers I asked for, resulting in me getting slightly welted and unwanted flowers for my prom, and waiting a half an hour for it to be made. Gerry then insists that I still must pay full price. I demanded to pay way less, and after an argument, Gerry agreed to $20. I would never recommend Flowers by Gerry

They sent the flowers within 2 hours of placing an order but the flowers were very wilted + extremely different than the image on their website in regards to size/quantity. Would not recommend.

Randomly fell across this florist shop one day and they blew me away. The staff are so knowledgeable, professional, polite and fun. Every arrangement I have seen that comes from this shop stands out from the rest. They have an incredible eye for detail, they listen to what you want and make it happen well above and beyond what you had hoped for. In addition to the flowers, they have a beautiful gift shop. Well chosen, unique items. I have to say, they have this customer for life. Thank you.

Bought flowers for Mother’s Day and the flowers we’re dead the next morning. When we called we were offered replacement flowers but had to give the basket the flowers came back. Why we had to give the basket we paid for back made no sense. The replacement flowers look like the came from Wal-mart. What I had order contained roses and lilies so not equivalent to say the least. When we again called Flowers By Gerry to indicate our dissatisfaction We were asked if we wanted the dead flowers back. I would in good conscious NOT recommend this place for any of you flower needs.

I phoned Flowers by Gerry from out of town to order a funeral arrangement. The woman I spoke with was warm, professional and very helpful. The arrangement exceeded my expectations! The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was breathtaking. Highly recommended.

They go above and beyond to make the arrangements specific to the occasion.
