I just wanted to share my experience with Brantford Blooms. I went in early September to book them, pay our deposit and have them do my bouquet, the boutonnieres and we had later added 2 roses for the ceremony. That day I paid we talked about what I wanted and Olga suggested I send the picture I brought in to her email, which I did when I left. A week before the wedding Sophia called me told me what we owed and asked what I wanted my bouquet to look like, I advised her I had sent a picture of what I wanted and she said “Okay great I’ll go find it” no issues at this time everything was great. On the day of the wedding when my Dad picked up the flowers and dropped my bouquet off, I was shocked when I opened it. It looking NOTHING like the picture at all, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I emailed Brantford Blooms advising of what happened and what they initially said was “we are so sorry you weren’t pleased with your Bouquet” which I was surprised it was followed up With “how can we make this up to you”. They also advised me they use the picture as inspiration and put their own “spin” on it. Please please be aware when you order your flowers it won’t be exactly what you want. I really don’t want any other bride to feel how I did, as we only get one day and the flowers can make or break your pictures. I decided to go with them based on all the good things I’ve heard and how I felt when I walked in. Had I known my bouquet would have been something different I would have went elsewhere.

The flower arrangements here are beautiful, very fresh, very reasonably priced, and online ordering is a breeze. Two different arrangements so far and both have surpassed my expectations! I'm happy to be a repeat customer.

We were recommended this place from many friends who had booked their weddings with them and we were not disappointed. They sat down with us and took our small budget and used their incredible gift to make our wedding day beautiful. Our daughter who lives in PA sent us the most beautiful arrangement for Valentines. It is the first time we have received something from this florist. It is the most beautiful arrangement we have ever received filled with fragrant white flowers and greenery. So creatively done. They delivered around 7 p.m. apologizing for the late delivery which we were not expecting at all. He was friendly and kind. Our home smells beautiful. Excellent customer service. Easy to order. Quick delivery. Gorgeous arrangement. Saw that Brantford Blooms uses the teleflora network. Usually I'm all about ording online for the convenience, but I think teleflora takes a huge chunk in commissions, up to 27% and it's a US company. So, I decided to call and order instead. Called to order some get well flowers for a family member. As I know nothing about flowers, I let the lovely lady who answered the phone know about what flowers my family member loved and which ones they did not love. And to include some autumnal filler. Had to call back a couple of hours later to amend the note, which was done so easily and without any fuss over a last minute changes. The results were stunning and the family member loved the surprise. Thanks so much to Brantford Blooms. Will be back for any flower needs.

Extremely disappointed in the online order I received. The picture below shows what I ordered vs. what I received. From the vase, to the missing flowers to the uneven arrangement, the arrangement that was received looked NOTHING like the one that was ordered and it cost over $100 with delivery! The only positive thing I can say is that the arrangement was prepared and delivered on time. I will not be using this florist again and do not recommend.
