Great staff very knowledgeable. Got flowers delivered on two separate occasions the first time everything was perfect the second time they didn’t honour when we set up the delivery day (was a week in advance and they said that it’d work perfectly) they did end up delivering it just took 2 extra days Edit: Purchased two arrangements last week. One was dropped on the way to my apartment and the flowers were broken and squished because of it but since it was for a sibling out of town they were “unable to do anything” about it. The second arrangement was for my fiancé here in town and the arrangement was NOTHING like the picture and the roses that were used were brown and not pink. I emailed them bring the fact I was dissatisfied to their attention but took two days and was told I was to bring the arrangement in and they’ll replace it. So I brought in the old arrangement in at 11 and he was very rude. Told me that the flowers were frozen because they weren’t wrapped. Then was told that the water should be changed but there was only a leaf floating on the top because we changed the water daily. I then brought to their attention that it didn’t look like the picture or even fit the feel or style. It was supposed to be a pink, white and green theme and they had blue and the brown and green which didn’t have the same feel that I wanted and the vase was different. He told me there was a policy on the flower replacement on their website which I couldn’t find at all and I asked where it was and he just told me it was on there with no direction. So I left in a bad mood and was told that they'd call when it was ready to pick up. 5 hours later I CALLED THEM and asked if they were ready and he sounded annoyed that I was calling and told me they’d be ready for 5/5:30. I waited at 5:40 I called AGAIN and asked if they were ready, once again sounding annoyed I called, they said it was ready. I went to pick it up and once again the roses looked definitely more brown then pink and brought that to their notice and I was told “they should look like that”. So I waited almost 7 hours for an arrangement that I didn’t want as I didn’t fit the feel and with dead flowers and TERRIBLE customer service. Made it feel like it was my fault even though I got them and they were dead and wrong. They didn’t care about how I felt about the arrangement and just wanted me gone. DO NOT SUPPORT HERE THEY ARE AWFUL

We ordered two arrangements over the weekend, one was dropped on the stairs upon arrival, no apology, they didn’t even acknowledge it happened, they just hoped I didn’t see it happen or notice the broken flowers. The second was a $120 arrangement that arrived with dull browning flowers, VERY different from what we ordered, when we expressed our disappointment, we waited days before we were told to bring them back and get new ones. If that wasn’t enough of a hassle, the man at the store was unbelievably RUDE. He blamed us for the flowers being brown and not correct, when he saw one little leaf in the water he freaked out saying it was because we didn’t change the water enough (i changed it daily) I don’t understand why as a business you would put a 7 day satisfaction grantee with your arraignments if you give nothing but blatant disrespect to customers who try and use it. We have used bloom box for years but because of terrible customer service, we will never return.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday from Saskatoon Saskatchewan, while she was in Brandon Manitoba I got it so that the flowers where delivered right to her room. The arrangement looked exactly like the ones I order, very fragrant very beautiful the note was exactly what I said.

I guess I should have waited a day or two before I reviewed your sub standard product. Arrangement was wilting or dead within a couple of days, including the filler that tends to rot before it dies. Complete waste of money. Terribly sad when you are trying to brighten someone's day during a pandemic. Sorry I tried to support the local businesses. Do not recommend this place at all.

Ordered a bouquet from out of province for my parents anniversary (they are in Brandon). As you can see the arrangement advertised looks nothing like the arrangement they received. With flowers of a different colour than wanted, to randomly added flowers. We wanted purple pop, not pink. I understand with covid that some things simply are not in stock at the moment, however I was given no notice or "heads up" about the several changes that were made. To add to this I received 2 invoices. One when ordered and one when the flowers were ready for pickup (several days after my card was charged). The first invoice was for 84$, and the second was for 94$ with a surprise 10$ service charge. It's not like the flowers were delivered, we had a family friend pick them up for us. Why is that not reflected into the price of the flowers instead of a surprise "bonus" not even shown until a second invoice AFTER we had already been charged. At this point the only reason they got the second star was because the people I spoke to on the phone were friendly, and the flowers (albeit not what we wanted) are in very good condition.

The BloomBox provided beautiful customized arrangements for our Mum's memorial service. Everyone loved and commented on the flowers and we were very happy with what they added to the service. Whenever we need flowers while in Brandon, we'll definitely use The BloomBox.
