I am left heartbroken today after dealing with this business. I should have gone with my instinct and not followed through with my order after placing a complicated and confusing call. After giving the ID # from the photo of he arrangement that I wanted on their website it was explained to me that two of the flowers were out of season which I was ok with. I stated as long as the colour scheme was the same. One flower ONE was all that was in the arrangement I received that was in the photo online. This arrangement was for sympathy and instead of following my directions they did up a cheap looking bouquet in hot pinks. Not soft purples. The flowers they used don't even compliment one another. I even ordered it at a price more than the Premium amount shown on the site. What I got was something that cost 1/4 of what I gave them money for. I wish I had been able to pick up the arrangement myself because there would have been no way they would have gotten away with what they did. They completely took advantage of me not being able to visit the store location. I STRONGLY suggest that if you must order from here that you visit the store for the arrangement so that you don't embarrass yourself sending something sight unseen. See photos of what I ordered versus what I got. Some of the flowers were even wilted as shown with arrow. I just wish they tried a little harder or been more honest with me to say what they had in stock to work with. When they mentioned pick I told them muted colours. This is not at all what I ordered and you can't tell me it's $200 worth of flowers. Just gutted. Heartbroken.

'Putting things right' when things go wrong initially can frequently be a miserable experience for customers but Nitin was great! Her email correspondence is prompt and professional. I would definitely use Purple Rose again and encourage others to do so too.

I ordered flowers online late Saturday evening for a delivery Sunday. The flowers were delivered on time and exactly as shown in the picture. They were beautifully done! I had no experience with Purple Rose Flowers beforehand I was looking for a florist in Mississauga online and I am SO glad that I chose them. Well done and will definitely be using their services again. Thank you again for the beautiful arrangement!

I will never ever use this service again. The contact number is a cell phone which was not turned on, when it had been turned on I was hung up on twice because the person is busy. No one replies through e-mail. The gentleman who finally answered the phone is rude and unprofessional. They completely ruined the whole occasion for my grandmother and I. There is no option on the online payment sheet to purchase "express" delivery, as in delivery before 5:00pm when most businesses are still open. I specified in my specials notes that they needed to be delivered prior to 4pm,but they were not, I was told that this is because I didn't pay an express fee of $10, which this option was NOT given to me at the time of purchase. I would have more than happily paid this amount had I been aware of it. I chose this place because they have beautiful arrangements on their website and reasonable prices. I live over an hour away from the destination and trusted this company with creating and delivering flowers, it was a horrible experience. I also had tried to use this company once before, I was visiting the cemetery just down the street, and when I went there I was told that they were closed because someone was eating lunch, and to come back in 30 minutes if I wanted flowers. I called back 30 minutes later, and was told that he was leaving for the day.
