Called this place to finish a bouquet for us. Looks nothing like the picture we sent. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE work. Avoid this place at all cost. When I asked for refund or even a partial refund, he declined. Made a huge mistake and paid $170 for this garbage!

Ridiculously high prices for a dozen roses that had some brown petal edges. Quality of the roses was less that the $30-40 I usually pay at my favourite florist for the price of $75. Do not recommend.

Wonderful customer service. Polite and friendly. Ordered for a funeral and the arrangements were beautifully done and well taken care of and promptly delivered to the funeral home. They even called me to confirm the delivery. Would recommend and use again for sure.sure.- Jenn

Could not stop myself to share how I had a complete and positive experience with OMNI FLOWERS. I need to send a special arrangement to a very dear friend and wanted to speak to an actual florist rather than just order online.At omni flowers I got a knowledgeable, polite gentleman on the phone who gave me a perfect recommendation after asking me all qualified questions and worked diligently to be sure that every task was perfect. Terrible place with extremely high prices! Bought 5 balloons for a birthday, paid $40 and they started blowing off after 30 min. The next day, they got deflated already. Flowers are also terrible. The worst place I have ever been to. For balloons always choose the Dollar store right next door, the prices are way lower and they last for almost a month.

My cousin's wedding was last month and we would like to decorate our Groom Car in a traditional way. I searched on google and findout that OMNI Flowers do this Car Decor with fresh flowers. The staff at Omni Flowers was very professional and explained us various packages that they offer in this catagory. OMNI FLOWERS decorated my car in a very traditional and safe way with fresh flowers and they were right on time. I also got wedding Garlands/Jaimalas and boutannieres from them at a very reasonable price. They made my back home memories came alive. I am glad that a flower shop is offering this kind of service in Brampton and GTA area. OMNI you have made our wedding Day a memoriable event for ever. Keep up the good job. I will strongly suggest to go to Omni Flowers if you like to get your Car Decorated in a traditional way.

I was nervous placing the order here for my wedding bouquet but Davinder ended up exceeding my expectations! The bouquet turned out amazing and bigger than I expected. I also got a white rose boutonnière for my fiancé. I received many compliments on the bouquet. It matched his tie perfectly! The flowers did look a bit wilted when I picked it up but after soaking it before the ceremony, it was fine. The owner told me not to expect to be perfect after the day; it did get wilted at the end of the day but I have them soaked in water now and still looks pretty! There were short stems due to the design of the bouquet but ultimately it was perfect for my civil ceremony and photo shoot afterwards. I requested white roses, lilies, hot pink roses and a different filler flower other than baby’s breath. He added tiny roses and it was beautiful! Also have to mention how good the flowers smell! There were: 6 pink lilies 6 white roses 3 large hot pink roses Approx 4 little bunches of hot pink small roses (filler flowers) Approx 2 little bunch light pink small roses (filler flowers)

Please go to Sobeys or Metro for fresh beautiful flowers that costs 1/3 of the price you'll pay here. I don't mind paying the price but the quality should reflect it. This is a fraud business. The quality of flowers from this florist is unacceptable and heniously overpriced. Bought a small bouquet of red and blue roses ($52 for 6) and a blue rose bulb snapped at the top about an inch or two down the stem. Three to four pedals had fallen off the same night as well. I would recommend your money elsewhere for something with better quality and better prices.

They do not even deserve a star ! Absolutely THE Worst Customer Service and Flowers I have ever received. My spouse bought me 12 long stem roses on Thursday February 7th 2019 for our anniversary upon receiving them in the package they looks great. When I took them out of the paper the leaves were dry and starchy and the leaves and rose petals were falling while I was trying to put them in a vase. The bouquet itself is not worth 57.00+ CAD. The flowers are no better quality than Costco seeing my flowers from there do not die within 24 hours. On Friday February 8th 2019 I came home after work (evening) the flowers were officially wilted and dead. It made me sad as they were a gift from my spouse! I called the location and the owner accused my spouse of leaving them outside and said we don’t sell bad flowers. So this is YOUR problem! What kind of backwards thinking and customer service is this ? I have a receipt and photos to prove my purchase and yet they wouldn’t come to some resolution. Not even money off YOUR NEXT purchase. Nothing. The man was unprofessional and made me feel like my reason was stupid and not possible. I would never step foot in this establishment or refer it to anyone. Every time I looked at the roses it made me upset. I have been buying flowers for years never had an issue if the FLOWERS are not up to par. The first photo is from February 8th one day after buying the flowers. How could they be fresh and great if they look like this 24hours later? I have posted a review on another FB page which was deleted, The owner is very unprofessional and argumentative not needed when conducting a business. If you choose to shop here good luck not being accused of ruining the flowers once they die when you take them home.

The bouquet and boutonniere I bought for my wedding were both so fresh and really beautiful. Also, both were ready to be picked up the day after I ordered it, this was great since I bought both two days before my wedding date, which was October 8th. Till this day, the flowers still look quite new, but I've been following the instructions that the florist told me, to keep it fresh for as long as possible. I 100% recommend this store! P.S. Sorry, this is the only close up picture that I have of the flowers, I wish I took a picture of the bouquet by itself.

Few days back I visited OMNI FLOWERS a floral shop in our community and was fascinated by their kind and knowledgable service. I felt like I am in a world of gift ideas. They have very selective and creative items covering almost every occasion. The Staff not only understand ones needs but helped me buy the whole project. I was their to buy a gift for new born baby boy and they sold me creatively designed flower basket with teddy. They also recommended matching Balloon, card and chocolate. The walk in cooler was loaded with variety of flowers and blue hydrengias and Blue Roses were also there. I felt like I came to the right place. Really thankful to have this kind of one-stop-shop flower and gift shop in our community. I personally recommend them to all and wish them good luck ...kudos !!

Updated: And then instead of addressing the underlying issue (i.e rudeness over the phone), they respond to the Google review by pointing the finger at a potential customer. We ordered Jaimalas and a flower arrangement from Omni Flowers. Instead of doing the order online, I called the store and Devinder was most helpful. I needed a small floral arrangement had told him which one I like and he stated it would be too big for my purpose. He didn't upsell, he actually downsold me. The arrangement was gorgeous and the Jaimalas still look fresh after 5 days. Thanks so much for the great job you did for us.

Stopped over over at this place last night to grab some flowers. I wanted a bouquet 12 roses put in a vase. He showed me one that was already wrapped and said it was $30. When i asked him for one in a vase, said i had to pay $90 for the same 12 roses. I refused to pay $90 and asked him to go ahead with the one for $30. When he rang it up the bill was $45. I was in such a rush to get home that i paid the $45 and when i questioned him, he said I told you the rate was $39.99. I told him i know the sound of $30 versus $39.99. Anyways I was not in the mood to argue with the guy. I just picked my roses and let. I will never do business with people like him and I suggest you take your $45 to a place that appreciates your business. Don't waste your money buying flowers from these guys....

Minimal selection of flowers in cooler unless you are looking for lilies or gerbera. I picked out a lily and two gerbera for a photography assignment. The flowers were wrapped in plastic and not packed in water. They were also bound together tightly by a rubber band, which cut into the stems. After driving the 4 blocks home, the flowers had started to wilt and the petals were mangled and torn on the lilies from being crammed into the plastic wrap sleeve. I'm not impressed as I spent too much money on them. I'm honestly worried the flowers will be wilted to a point where I can't use them for my assignment. The store itself is overstuffed with 'junk' and you feel consumed by it when you walk in the door. I will not be shopping here again.

Be careful! What you’re quoted making a bouquet is not what you’ll end up paying!!!! He makes up charges at the cash register, and when I confronted him about it he replied “ma’am the way you’re talking to me I want to be charging you more”. A simple bouquet with 6 flowers went from $30 to $50... I think he capitalizes the fact that people generally want flowers in a hurry.

I have bought flowers at this shop multiple times over many years now. All different kinds of occasions, sizes, price points, colours and flowers. He can work with direction to make anything you want really. Although there may be some negative reviews, I believe these must be particular situations and not the norm. I have always found the staff to be helpful. The owner himself is the most knowledgeable. I would recommend this place.

I recently visited to buy some petals from OMNI FLOWERS, they showed me the size of container available and prices well in advance. The petals were bagged in front of me and I inspected them, they were fresh and reasonably priced. From other reviews it looks like people who like to cut corners in prices or looking for bargains may be disappointed. I will surely go back to them if need flowers in future.

First comment- Worst place ever just bought flower petals and it’s all dried he doesn’t show me properly in shop and after 10 min when I went back to exchange with other item he refused and gave me COVID-19 excuse please don’t buy any stuff from this shop. Response to the reply- Is that so??? In my first visit I ask you for just 3 roses and you came up with whole flower bouquet made with just 3 roses???? Which is why I refused to take it as I needed only rose pallets. After that I ask for rose pallets and you gave me by packing in a bag and I just saw the upper level of those pallets. When I saw the whole thing I was totally shocked and disappointed because almost 70% of pallets were dried that’s why I came back to show you want kind of fraud you are. Next time think twice to do that with any one otherwise their will be consequences.

Good luck, this place really needs it! *** If you're around and are looking for just roses, you're really better off at metro or any other store; prices are astonishing. If you're going to see their gifts, good luck, the store isn't organized much either. No prices listed on anything, they want you to ask for it...you know how that goes. When walking in we asked for help. Owner left us hanging by the door for a good 5 minutes at start before deciding to step out. When asked about prices of roses he quoted $39 for 6 or $70 for a dozen. When asked for an itemized receipt, we got one stating 6 individual roses... Good luck!

I have been using Omni Flowers for every occasion now for 12 years back when we decided to use Mr Aasi ( Omni Flowers) for our wedding which included all centre pieces, bride and bridesmaids bouquets. I have never been disappointed by the quality of flowers he delivers as They have always been stunning !! Mr Aasi’s customer service is next to none with his polite manner and his willingness to make you happy. This is one of the best shops iv been to I have been using omni flower shop for over a year now and the gentleman running the store never let's me down he is polite and caters to you when ever needed, I needed rainbow Rose's last minute and he was able to get them to me last minute the prices are more than fair for the quality of flowers. Under sad circumstances my family was in need of Davinder's services twice in a month. He was very personable and sympathetic. He listened to the preferences of our family and did his best to really make the arrangements shine. They were full, beautiful and delivered quickly (even when we needed them rushed!).
