HORRIBLE. The company took my money and didn't tell me they couldn't fulfil the order. It is now the day that I need the flowers and I'm stuck out $67 and no flowers. Please, take my advice, do NOT order from here. Reporting as fraud with my credit card company and telling all friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. They won't even send a confirmation email that the order is cancelled. STAY AWAY.

WOW AMAZING! If you are looking for a real local flower shop in Brampton dont hesitate to use this Brampton Florist! I send funeral flowers to Mississauga Onterio for a funeral service and my sympathy flower arrangement was by far the most beautiful floral arrangement! Great florist, best prices florist and very friendly. I will being using this floral shop again to send flowers to my family members in Brampton! Thank you to the flower designers and the flower delivery driver for going above and beyond for our family to make a beautiful flower tribute for the funeral home. I was very upset when I saw the flower arrangements that were done for my grandmothers funeral. The spray arrangement that was made for the top of the casket was not what we expected at all. For the price we paid, we received a small arrangement with roses that were already dying (brown). The ribbon had the words literally stapled on! Not printed....stapled. We had to order a new spray from a different company who made it 3 times the size, with beautiful fresh flowers, and delivered it within 2 hours, day of. The other two arrangements we had ordered from them were really small and not what we expected (also with dying/browning flowers). Compared to all the other arrangements sent from other companies, these were extremely....different. The lettering on one was written in glitter glue, that was also coming off. When we called to complain, they were unapologetic and said that we should be happy that we were charged Canadian dollars and not USD. To my understanding, all floral arrangements done in Canada should automatically be charged in Canadian dollars. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again. If I can figure out how to add photos to this, I gladly will.

I am so glad I chose this company. Their website was simple to navigate, plenty of options with sale offers. I chose a beautiful bouquet that was delivered the same day. I contacted customer service & they were so helpful in adding in an additional message. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I was sent a photo and was so impressed with the arrangement. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my wife in mid January for delivery on Valentine's Day. They were quick to take the payment... But did not deliver flowers. In fact, still waiting for the delivery... The next day. I wasn't even contacted about the mishap until 11:00 am the next day and given some bullshit excuse about being short on delivery drivers. On the busiest day for the flower business... You plan ahead. Hire more drivers, or heck... Hire an Uber driver! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN A LOOOONG TIME. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.

Ordered Flowers for Valentines Day (yesterday - Feb 15th as we were having our Valentines night on the 15th). Chose the Always My Love arrangement, also added $5 tip for driver, and added the love dog teddy with Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Only received the love dog teddy with Ferrero Rocher chocolates. No flowers at all (the main part of the order). I have on camera of the delivery driver only delivering the add-on, and no flowers. So out of my $160 order, I only got the $45 add-on. Very disappointing service, especially when adding the extra delivery tip to hopefully make sure everything is fine. I tried calling before placing my order, after placing my order, after only receiving the add-on item and no flowers, and this morning as well. Out of the 5+ times called, no one has picked up my call, and as of now, the voicemail box is full, so cannot leave a message. Would NOT recommend this place for your flowers, stay away, very bad service!

UPDATE: I called the flower shop and was greeted by someone who basically just cut me off every chance they had, and said to me, "I will not apologize to you". That's the type of customer service I paid over $200 for. Don't waste your money on this place. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SYMPATHY FLOWERS BECAUSE IT WILL DISAPPOINT YOU AND WILL JUST MAKE YOU ANGRY AS YOU GRIEVE. I ordered flowers for my childhood friend's funeral, and was deeply disappointed in the arrangement as it came up basically bare, and nothing like the picture advertised on the website. I even specifically ordered premium flowers in her favourite colour to honour and celebrate her, but this arrangement was completely the opposite of that. If you go on their website and select Pink Standing Spray, what you get is basically a lie. I even placed the order 4 days in advance. ON TOP OF THAT, on the website it said that a card was included. There was NO CARD of SYMPATHY, but instead our heartfelt messages were simply PRINTED ON WORD, CUT OUT AND JUST PASTED onto a piece of paper. This is simply unthoughtful, and disrespectful especially for sympathy flowers. I wouldn't even give this place one star.

I had made an online order for 2 dozens of flowers but due to the high deman of flowers it pushed my pick up date to Tuesday. Just this weekend I had ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers that showed up looking NOTHING like what it looks like online. I understand and agree completely that it will never look the same but the picture was a full bouquet with very few greens, instead the filler was little small flowers. The filler in the bouquet that was sent was a bunch of green leaves. If I knew it was going to look this bad and off I would have saved myself the embarrassment rather than having someone receive a vase full of green leaves and a few visible flowers. I would go in store and specifically go over what you want, online pictures clearly do not get shipped even close to what they look like

See pictures. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I placed an order for two mothers day arrangements and what I received was definitely not worth money I paid. My husband and I were sorely disappointed. The arrangements are SO SMALL. I ordered two country garden bouquets and I got something I could have paid $20 for at Foodland. I paid $140 for these arrangements and I'm so heart broken. Also, if you decide to still order from here don't let them write on the card, they copy and paste whatever you want but printed, cut and pasted. Nothing heartfelt about this place.

We ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day and accidentally gave the wrong house address. Despite having successfully delivered the flowers (to the wrong house due to the wrong address given), Memory Lane Florals created a brand new bouquet and delivered it to the correct address at no additional charge. We were very thankful that they did so and that my Mom received her flowers in the end.

Do not recommend ordering flowers from this place for any busy occasion. I understand Mothers Day is very busy for any Floral Shop. I ordered this from BramptonFlorist.ca which I guess is tied to Memory Lane. The site claims call before 12 and they will take your order, no one answers this phone number. Ended up placing the order online and got pushed to Thrusday which was 3 days away. Which is totally fine. Went to pick up the flowers and online it did state that flowers may vary but what I got was nowhere near what was ordered. When I called back and asked they said they do not have flowers and will have them the following week, and what I received is what I ordered. If the person called me and told me that I would have told them to cancel the order or that waiting till next week is fine and I will pick it up then. Pictures attached of what you may get if you order what I did. Don't think the pictures are even remotely similar in colour. Definitely not worth the money.

Wow! Should have checked reviews before using this place. They seem to be ok in taking orders but have trouble on the delivery part. I am from out of town and purchased flowers on 2 occasions for my girlfriend. For both I asked for them to arrive before noon as she works in the afternoon. It was fine when taking the order but not when delivering. First occasion (birthday)they arrived latter that afternoon and missed her so they got delivered the next day. Of course I got those excuses. They did not look as advertised. On the second, this past Valentines day, knowing what happened the first time and thought I will give them another chance, I ordered over a week before, called the shop a couple times to verify the order, then I called the shop before she was leaving for work and was told if there is a problem I would hear back. Got a call from girlfriend says thx for flowers but that she would be receiving them at work around 3pm (which she can't accept deliveries at a medical fac.). They actually arrived at 7pm. During these calls it was difficult to get through, person was rude, hung up then wouldn't pick, then picked up after 15 min. and put me on hold. They offered to reimburse me but not looking for free. I see on site to call so they can correct. Damage is done. Need to correct before. These are special occasions if you can't manage than don't say you can and take peoples money. Be honest and say you are too busy. Needless to say I will not use them again. I have never written a review but this time I had too. Not trying to damage a business but they seem to ruin peoples occasions and not seem to care. Hopefully they will do better in the future.

Boyfriend paid over $100 to have flowers and chocolates delivered on Valentine's Day. It didnt arrive until late in the evening when they said it would be there in the afternoon. Chocolate covered strawberries were soggy and the water in the clear vase was dirty with coins in it(!). Terrible value and service for $. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered December 8th, 2020 a chocolate bouquet o be delivered to a friend since I am out of town and COVID. My friend NEVER received the delivery, so I called 2 days after, and was told the owner or florist would call me back. 2 days later, no returned call, so I called again. Same thing, someone will call me back... It is now December 21st, 2020 and my friend never received anything for his birthday and Ive lost 60$. I do not recommend this place. I understand things are hectic due to COVID, BUT 2 WEEKS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO CALL AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER BACK! Tried calling for Jill a few times after posting this review. Left a message since she was not available, but it is now January 26th and I have yet to hear back...

I ordered flowers for same day delivery to a Brampton Funeral Home for a funeral happening the following morning. I ordered well before the cut off for same-day delivery. The flowers did not arrive on the same day and only showed up after the funeral had ended the following morning. I ordered the PREMIUM version of an arrangement and what was sent looked smaller than the standard version on the website (I double checked the website just now to be sure). The arrangement was supposed to be in a basket and it wasn't and when I tried to call Memory Lane, several times, to address this with them directly, no one answers the phone. I had no notification that the arrangement would be late or smaller than ordered. A big disappointment and I will not be using them again OR recommending that anyone else uses them.

Honestly I ordered flowers in a tea cup and it came completely different then what the picture and price it was worth. It did not look like the picture, it was a lot smaller, just a regular sized tea cup, most of the flowers were missing that where in the picture, and I am not happy at all, as this was for Mother’s Day and instead of looking like something that cost total of 74.99 with taxes and delivery it looks quite bad tbh, you can see the glue that they used to glue the cup to the saucer, looks like a kid did this and I felt embarrassed when my mom brought it inside... I would not recommend this place at all, and do not follow the pictures they have on their site as they are misleading. I wish I could post the pictures so you can see at how bad this is, honestly you guys ruined this special day for us.... I have uploaded a picture of the tea cup flowers on to google so u guys can see. I’m actually super upset about this, as it was a total embarrassment...

Honestly so pleased with the Mother's Day arrangement that I ordered (The tea cup). Not sure why anyone is complaining about the size as I read the dimensions when I was looking at it and so I knew what I was getting. People READ the description before ordering so that you know what your paying for (it's very simple) Oh and for the person that wrote that your Mother's Day was ruined.... really??? If that ruined your Mother's Day than clearly this day is not that special to you to have to rely on flowers only lol... During all these closures due to Covid, it is nice to see a friendly shop willing to work so hard and help people out.

The first time I ordered was for a funeral . Nadia and her staff we so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. The flowers we more then what I expected and were delivered on time and perfect. I have continued to use Memory Lane for all my flower needs (birthday, anniversaries, baby showers , Valentine’s Day and Mother’s day) all my flowers have been STUNNING . Nadia goes well above and beyond !!! I am now in the process of using Memory lane for my wedding renewal ceremony and what they have shown me so far is amazing . The best flower shop in my opinion. The arrangements are always better then expected from a picture as I find they always put a little extra. Professional, super friendly and dedicated to their clients always ( I know from experience). I order all my flowers from here as they last longer than the grocery store ones and my deliveries are always on time. I do my best to shop local and ordered a plant from here for a friend’s birthday. The order never arrived at the address and when I called to inquire, their answering machine was full. Also, both of my emails bounced back. Buyer beware.
