Angela gave me a call first thing Monday morning to ask for permission upgrading the arrangement with fresher, more suitable options which I really appreciated! I wanted to get some flowers for a friend yesterday and needed to find a flower shop in her area and I am so glad I found this store on google. It was super easy to order online and their arrangements looked beautiful, but what made me write this review was their customer service. Right after my order, I got a call asking if it was alright if they could deliver the flowers the next day instead of in 3 days (which was how long the website indicated) because they just had fresh flowers just come in. She asked if she could upgrade some flowers that would last longer and also told me she'd upload the arrangement onto Instagram if I wanted to see what my friend would be receiving. I appreciate the extra care they took and the flowers look beautiful.

I wish there was a zero star option with this place. I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral and given the sensitivity of the timing and so on asked to pick it up but was exhorted by the manager to get it delivered to the mosque. We never received the flowers which was meant for the casket and when we called, they told us that it was delivered. When I approached the owner, who I think is an absolute low life with no emotions, he told me that they did their job and its not their problem whether it was delivered to the right person. How could you possibly be so indifferent to people's pain? Absolute worst service ever.

I'll start by saying this review could have easily been a 1-star review, but Imperial Flower Shop owned the mistake they made and more than compensated. Mistakes happen. That's life. How the response is handled makes all the difference. I ordered a bouquet last Wednesday to be delivered to my fiancée today. Imperial mistakenly delivered the bouquet the day I ordered it (1 week prior to my requested delivery date). Instead of ignoring me when I brought the mix up to their attention, the Imperial staff apologized not only on my first call but also had a manager call back later the same day to apologize and let me know they'd be sending the bouquet again (a second one) today as originally ordered. I've waited to leave this review until I've confirmed that it was delivered. Both bouquets are beautiful. This is how you own up to your mistakes. Next time I want flowers I will be buying from Imperial, and you should too.

Great experience. I called yesterday to place an order for my sister's bday but missed the delivery cut off time - Melody overrode that so that the bday delivery date could happen. The driver called later to say nobody was home - I said it was OK to leave the flowers outside. My sister's son had an injury at daycare and she was late getting home. The driver had left the flowers in the backyard so they would be safe and in the shade. Very thoughtful.

Where to begin!? When I got engaged I was referred to Petals by Imeprial to use for my floral. After meeting with Angela once, I knew without a doubt, that it was going to be everything and more.....and it defiantly was!! She was patient, and offered great suggestions. We were so happy with the service we returned the next day to order more flowers (from his grandchildren, and from our mom/his wife). Petals by Imperial was our florist for our wedding this past July. They were the obvious choice after seeing their work through social media and hearing great things about Imperial Garden Centre. Communication was okay and going well, until a few days before the wedding day, when there was a bit too much request of confirmation back and forth over the exact flowers that were already confirmed. I think this was because I was very specific about which flowers I did not want in the arrangements and they just wanted to be sure I’d love the result. We had a vision for our rustic-chic themed wedding and the bouquets, centrepieces, and table floral arrangement all turned out SO beautiful that it was exactly what I wanted (including the not-so common colours)! A few flowers in the bouquets started withering a bit early on in our long day but otherwise, everything was stunning. We would definitely recommend Petals by Imperial.
