Horrible - ordered an arrangement online for a funeral, not only did the arrangement arrive an hour into the service, but what we ordered online was not anywhere close to what we received. when you pay a premium you expect premium service. heartlake flowers made a difficult day even harder. I would never recommend them.

I had my sears order delivered here for pick up. The indian lady working there is rude and have no orientation for customer service whatsoever. Perhaps because they can't make much being a pick up store for sears catalogue orders or something but every experience of mine is distasteful. Unfortunately for me this is the closest store and i have no option but should i have an option i would avoid this lady at all costs

Ordered balloons from Heart Lake Flowers they were delivered on time, but the balloons did not last even 24 hours. The balloons were on the floor the next morning. Called them and they would only replace them, but they were cheap quality didn’t want replacements. The dollar store has better quality and cheaper.

I was extremely pleased with Heartlake Flowers, they have made several arrangements for me and will be doing flowers for my son"s Confirmation this weekend. Probhat and Kiren were so helpful in providing ideas for my arrangements for they knew how important it was and spent quite some time with me on making sure I was happy with the end results! No NO NO! Never again. Make sure to have the person send you a picture of what they receive. Sent flowers and they looked nothing like the online picture and several were already dying. When I called to complain the person on the other end was rude and was not at the store directly just some answering service. Then they made the person return the flowers to them in person in order to credit us and then they also refused to refund the original delivery fee which was significant. 0 stars is the accurate rating.

I wanted an exceptional arrangement made around a gorgeous plant with golf momentum used for a sympathy arrangement. They surpassed my expectations and truly did what I had requested and more. The message sent to me from the receiver was “ The florist just delivered magnificent, exotic orchids and anthuriums arranged with fresh flowers. This is the most beautiful plant I have ever seen. It also contains a figurine of a golfer” I have ordered from here before and place your trust here. It is definitely worth it and they will surpass your expectations. We met with Karen who listened to our needs as well as offered suggestions to create floral tributes suitable for our mother. Do not order flowers from this florist! Delivery and customer service was a nightmare. Customer service rep was not empathetic, especially as these were a suprise delivery. My fiance bought me flowers as a suprise and we needed to change the delivery location and time as I could not be home in time for.the delivery. She was very rude and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. I would not ever order from them or suggest that anyone else does!

Karen put together a wonderful stand display. The heart shaped display was full of assorted flowers and was very colourful. The flowers were fresh and large and beyond my expectation if quantity and quality. I will definitely be returning here and will never go anywhere else.

I recently had a bad experience with a well known florist in Toronto. I had ordered an arrangement for a funeral and the floral arrangement that I ordered came with dead flowers in it. I was horrified to say the least! So this time I decided to ask the funeral parlour what florist they recommend and they told me about Heart Lake Flowers. I called and explained what happened to me previously and I was given the reassurance that this would not happen with their service. Heart Lake Flowers worked within my budget and even sent me a photo of the flowers being sent. I was not able to go to the funeral and see the flowers. This immediately put my mind at ease! Thanks to Heart Lake Flowers! The arrangement was not only stunning but the family sent me a message telling me how beautiful the flowers were! Thank you for going that extra mile to make me feel confident I made the right choice in picking your company over the many floral shops in Brampton!

Really fast delivery service that comes with at the price of really bad flowers. Took 45min from time i order to them being at the persons house. Looked nothing like the picture, this place is a joke, don't order from them you will be extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. I wrote a delivery instruction on the order to ring the doorbell and leave at the door. I was then later called to be informed that the flowers were not delivered because no one answered the door. I was told I can either come pick up the flowers myself (which I paid $20 for delivery) or pay another $20 to deliver again. They did not read the note saying to leave at the door. During a pandemic and Covid, I would have assumed a small business would do their absolute best to make their customers happy so they would return. I will NEVER buy from this store ever again. The owner did not listen or take responsibility for her mistakes and out the blame on me for not calling... even though I left clear instructions for the delivery!! Never again will I buy from them and I advice others doing the same.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt I must for this shop. I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Heart Lake Flowers. I called about half an hour before their stated closing time to inquire about having a sympathy arrangement delivered the next day (Sunday) for a wake. The lady I spoke to said they do not deliver on Sunday but offered me an option to have it delivered same night, despite the fact that they were about to close. I was surprised and so appreciative of her accommodations and speedy service. The sympathy arrangement she created was beautiful. I will definitely order from them again!

Heart Lake Florist is the only store I use in GTA area for all occasions. My most recent purchase was for my mom's birthday and trust me when I say that, every year flowers from this shop make my mom feel the most special mom in the world. Went in to place an order for 2 funeral arrangements on June 11 for an out of town funeral on June 15. 1 was for "sister" and 1 was for "aunt". Upon arrival at the funeral home on June 15, I discovered that my 2 arrangements were the only 2 picked to sit in the chapel with the casket during the service. The traditional "Mother" flower blanket adorned the casket. The requested banners "Sister" and "Aunt" were beautiful, contrasting and large enough to by read from the back of the chapel. Upon entry everyone knew who they were from. As I said, THEY WERE THE ONLY 2 PICKED TO SIT IN THE CHAPEL. I hope I never have to buy another funeral arrangement, but if I do(and I know I will), I will go no where else, or for any other arrangement for that matter. Thank you to the staff for a job well done.

I was recently very disappointed in the quality of flowers received after spending time choosing a nice arrangement. The arrangement on the left is the catalogue version, the one on the right was the one received. I paid over $100 including delivery and taxes. Not sure if it was worth it. I forgot to mention that I clearly asked for delivery on May 10th and you opted to deliver one day earlier. I understand that current station of the nation, but then you could have added some other types of flowers to make it worth the $$ spent.

Let's just say your response says it all. Your customer service over the phone was terrible your tone and attitude when speaking to the customer left something to be desired. You should take a lesson or two in how to speak to customers so that they might actually come into the store and give you their business.

I ordered flowers for my niece on her birthday. I paid premium price for roses. The roses she received were totally wasteful and ugly and some of them were dull. Customer service was blew me off. When i called the guy he started yelling at me and refused to accept the apology. Think twice before you order from this place. The worst experience and total lies.

And it was supposed to be a surprise, but they ruined everything by calling the recipient and trying to confirm delivery details..If someone places an order with you and you receive money for it, don't ask any additional questions, just deliver the flowers!

I had the most incredible experience here. I came in 20 minutes to the store closing on a Saturday afternoon looking for something epic to gift my mom for her birthday. Not only was I met with sincere and genuine kindness, but they were so helpful and gave me wonderful direction and feedback. They had several extremely fresh, already prepared arrangements (in a variety of dollar amounts) for me to choose from, but were also willing ( at 15 minutes to the store closing now) to making me whatever I wanted. I chose a beautiful pre arranged assortment and as it was rather large they asked me to pull my car up to the front of the store so they could help me load it in. After doing so and going back into the store to help them carry it out, they were adding even more beauty to the arrangement to ensure my mom's flowers were out of this world! And they were beyond perfect! They not only helped me load them into my car but made sure they were secured and would not move while I drove. The staff here are so kind, to the point I had to hug them when I left. They treated me with so much care and kindness and with the quality and variety of their flowers I will most certainly be giving my business again and again to Heart Lake Flowers and Gifts. Thank you agin so so much for everything! My mom was blown away :)

The service was very helpful and very quick, unfortunately the quality of the flowers was quite poor- the roses already had slightly wilted ends. If I wasn't in a time constraint I would have asked for better flowers or went to a different flower shop. Hopefully this isn't the normal quality they provide. Glad to see the owner willing to replace the flower's, unfortunately they have already been given so it's to late now. I will keep this in mind the next time I shop here. There service is always good!
