While their website claims free delivery upon checkout, the amount that they withdrawl for delivery is anything but 'free'. When contacted about this mistake, and the fact that they had taken more than I had authorized for the sale, the woman stated that the website was "broken" and it always showed as $0, while it actually costs $12 for delivery. Although I'm nearly certain what they did was illegal, I'm positively certain that it is extremely unethical. Thanks for putting another nail in the coffin of Customer Service Carm Flowers!
