GREAT FLORIST! Sent flowers for Same Day Brampton Flower Delivery. Brampton Flowers were stunning! I highly recommend Brampton Florist when sending flowers to Brampton or a flower delivery to Mississauga! The flower arrangement was bigger and fuller than what was shown on the website and I was amazed by the great quality and freshness of the flowers! Best flower shop in Brampton. And the funeral flowers are above and beyond!

I am very disappointed and feel cheated. I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister on her birthday. I called to make sure she was getting what I ordered; the lady who took my order reassured it will look like the one in the photo the only exception would be the flower color might be a bit off which I totally understand. When my sister got her flower and sent me a picture I was so upset as this is clearly not what I paid for. I will let you be the judge. January 05, 2021- update on my original review. They replied to my review asking to call immediately. I called and until now have not received a reply. I was humiliated by the person who prepared the bouquet saying I was lying and when she realized I wasn't; she started blaming the call center. I was promised a call back by Jill and almost a month later I am still waiting. This might have been a one off but I certainly would not recommend this place. They are unprofessional and keep pointing fingers at each other using foul language towards other people in the company. I wish I had recorded the calls. if I could turn back time I would have never order from them.

*PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. THEY ARE FRAUDS. I wish I could give them a negative star. Made an order for a friend to his wife on the February the 13th for delivery next day Valentines day, which happens to be my friend's anniversary with his wife. But this very incompetent shop, still hasn't delivered the flowers and box of chocolates two days later. All efforts to try call them has proved abortive as their number keeps saying they are busy with another customer for two days now. And there's no email address on the website to lodge a complain.

The woman I was talking to was very nice However I would not be ordering from them again. They couldn't find my order so gave me somone else's flowers which was nice of them but it wasn't what I ordered. And for what you pay for you do not get. The flowers on their website looks full and beautiful the mom's lavender love. Since they couldn't find my order and I got someone else's it didn't look that great I know things are difficult for mother's day but not worth the price when I could of just went to the store and got flowers but trying my best to do social distancing especially with a baby The woman was still very nice and seems stressed but sadly if you can't fiullfill the orders then you shouldn't except anymore orders ?? Order some flowers for my wife on February 13th for delivery next day Valentines day. almost a week later and the flowers are still not delivered. I have been trying to contact them ever since but their number keeps saying they are busy with another customer. There is no email address on the website to lodge a complain or cancel the order.

Worst experience of life I had with them. They ruined my surprise. I ordered bouquet for birthday of my sister and it was delivered 3 days before. I called the company and they sent their person to pick up the flower bouquet and promised that they will deliver fresh flowers and will make it more special for my sister. On the day of delivery they delivered the same bouquet with died flowers and leaves.. this was something special they did. I called them for complaint and the lady on the phone said sorry we cannot do anything, we will inform florist. All in vain.I don’t recommend at all. Please consider this review before making order from them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Placed an online order for two mothers day arrangements (country garden bouquet). What I ordered and what was received disappointed me terribly. My arrangements were supposed to be super beautiful because it costed me $70 each... Instead I got something I could pick out from a grocery store for 2 for $20. I can't express the disappointment I feel right now.

I LOVE this floral shop!!! Every time I order they are prompt, professional and the arrangements are GORGEOUS. Valentines Day was Amazing and getting ready to preorder for Easter and Mothers Day. By far the BEST flower shop in Brampton. Would not go anywhere else. The owners care and go above and beyond every time. Five stars for sure!!!

Hello, I ordered a birthday balloon with my flowers which was an extra charge which I did not get and the flowers came smelling of cigarette smoke considering the delivery driver was clearly smoking in the delivery vehicle. I called and the phone keeps ringing. How can i get in touch with you regarding a refund for the balloon?

My brother from abroad order flowers for my birthday. To my surprise the bouquet came on 3rd December instead of 7th Dec. initially I thought my brother made mistake while ordering but then I check the complete order and realized it’s the florist mistake! I called them but they are very rude and don’t even listen you properly and just say they will let the online department know the mistake!’ I will never recommend these people as they don’t care about someone’s feelings! Not recommend at all

I can’t get over the beautiful work this florist does!! This shop is by far the best in Brampton. You can tell the florist puts attention to detail and the flowers are fresh and very long lasting. This shop was highly recommended to me by friends and I’m glad it was!
