Great place for pooja items too along with flowers bit pricy...! My experience is I bought jasmine flower and it was fresh but the qty I received is not measured properly and cost is not standard. Since only few places sell few variety of flowers I went for it. This place has also variety of idols Hindu god. I will visit this shop next time too until I find better alternative.

A very small store and utterly disorganized. Most scariest part is the absence of pricing for any item. There is absolutely no transparency and the pricing is so random. The same item will be sold to customers for $5 as well as $15 depending on the customer's urgency and level of understanding. The store people are not at all professional and this store is avoidable at all costs. I will never ever visit this store

Worst floral arrangements ever!! Asked for 80%white 20%purple on a wreath for funeral.. It had all the colours pink and yellow and red.. It literally looked like a KINDERGARTEN craft!!!! Will definitely not recommend!!!

I went to this store all the way from Waterloo to get Pooja items for homam, service is horrible, the lady in the store was very rude. I got the items I was looking for but found way too expensive, for the quality of the items they offer. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Not Recommended. This shop was recommended by one of my friend and its my last visit. Flowers are very expensive. One garland of mariegold is $20. Banana Leaf $4. Its hard to explain as shop owner as they won't understand English language just few words or pointing the product. Only Tamil.

Called and spoke to a lovely lady. Unfortunately she did not take card payments and told me to call back in 30 mins. I wondered why nevertheless, I followed her instructions. Upon calling in back she had a telephone number ready for me with another company who could help. This was truly an exceptional company and my experience was nothing less than fantastic.

NEVER SHOP HERE!! The three men working here were drunk and creepy. I ordered 2m of jasmine flowers, when I came home and opened my preordered wrapped package, there was only one metre inside and the flowers were old!!

Writing this review standing outside the shop. I went in asking for jasmine (which was right at the counter) which the lady refused to sell. And for some reason they completely did not even acknowledge my presence. Had to eventually walk out after an awkward silence. This could be based on just an one-off incident, but this was the only time I went there and am definitely not going back there.

They had good collection and seems to have everything a typical puja store should carry. BUT, they charge 5-6 times more. We bought artificial marigold garland, they charged $15 each plus taxes. No credit card accepted. We bought it and to our surprise we found same garland for $2.5 in another puja store just 5 Kms from their location. What are they doing fooling people like this. How are they still in business. Never going there again and will not advise anyone to visit.

Good service. Texting might be a better option for communication however via phone was fine. My girlfriend loved the roses and the delivery was on time and that's what counts.

walked into an empty store and asked a lady for assistance but she was too busy with something, left the place immediately and went to another pooja store close by. Expect zero customer service from here! .

One stop shop for all your puja needs. English is not there first language, so communication is often an issue. Seems to me that this place has a monopoly in this niche.

This place needs a complete revamp. First off, the lady in the counter is not polite/courteous. If I let go of that , ok she's old and working hard - the prices are exorbitant! When requested about it, there's neither price match nor some sober reply (she shouts in front of other customers) - ok she's trying to make a point for all, in front of all - let go... The most important thing - her products are super lower quality stuff. This is intolerable for me. I can't let go of value for the price. When this is hit, everything else is an added problem.. if not, else is ignored. So 1 star is a lot.
