There was a miscommunication and the girls at the shop got the wrong phone number yet somehow they managed to get the flowers out ON MOTHER'S DAY and completely saved the day. The flowers themselves were SO beautiful and amazing value for the money. Will def be using them again in the future!

I placed an order recently for a casket spray through Bloomex.ca. Unfortunately Bloomex did not relay the picture or item# to Wildflowers and the arrangement received was not what we had ordered (a wreath, not a casket spray) I was really upset as the memorial was the following day. I called and spoke with Jess who was absolutely wonderful and offered to have the correct arrangement delivered within hours. The casket spray was beautiful and just as we had ordered. Many thanks to Jess and Wildflowers for their care and great customer service during a trying time.

Unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered a basket for my Mother In Law and opted to add a full size card. It didn't come with a full size card, and didn't look at all as the picture shown. I expected it to differ but honestly I didn't get my money's worth, not to mention they just used a small card when I paid for the full size.

Phoned and a young lady answered and told me that I needed to do an online request that she just answers the phone and doesn’t know anything. When I questioned her about this she said that she is unable to help me on the phone.

Yesterday I phoned in an order for flowers from Wildflower Florist. We discussed the type of bouquet available for $70. It was to have more than 4 roses and lots of carnations. What I got was 2 roses and 3 carnations 1 or 2 lilies and lots of green. I called to discuss this but was told this was to value. It didn't look anything like the picture on the website at all and which we discussed. The proprietor would not acknowledge anything was out of order. The comparison between what was ordered and what we go is noted below. This is really pathetic for $70.00 and in comparison to what was ordered. Not a place I would recommend at all!
