Had a private event and have them tuning the program! We had a lovely Plant night, by the end of the evening we had something to take home as well. I highly recommend them. They are professional, friendly and a family business! They came on time and we’re very organised. The program was great and very informative!

I went in to get a corsage and boutonniere for grad. The owner that we were dealing with was very rude to us and her own employees. She got angry with the man that was helping us because he told us wrong information. He seemed fairly new to the shop, so we didn't mind, everyone makes mistakes. I showed the owner a photo of the style of corsage that I wanted and she said she could do it, but with different flowers, which was fine since only certain flowers are in season. My only request was that I wanted mini roses/Camellia flowers in my corsage. She immediately told me no and that it would look ugly and that they would die fast. Every idea I had for MY corsage she told me no. I ended up just sending her the photo of the corsage style I found online and leaving it at that. The day of my grad I came to pick up the corsage and boutonniere and it looked NOTHING how I wanted. It was a sphere of roses the middle a red strip of roses and the outsides white roses. Needless to say I wasn't happy and it was definitely not worth the $100+. I will never be coming back and won't ever recommend people to come here, especially after how rude the owner was to us and my corsage looking nothing like what I wanted.

Unfortunately there were problems with the arrangement, what impressed me with Wascana was how they went out of their way to make it right. I will definitely order from them again.

I recently went to Wascana Flower Shoppe with a friend looking to order a graduation corsage. The first woman we encountered was very friendly and as we were paying for our chosen orders, we both asked if we needed to keep our receipts in case of a mistake. She reassured us that there would be no mistake and that we could dispose of the receipts. These corsages were about $60.00. The day we were set to pickup our orders I went to the shop and immediately was met by a sales associate who was condescending and snarky. I gave her my information and after not being able to find my order, she asked for me receipt. I explained that I didn’t have it and she proceeded to accuse me of making up my order and rolling her eyes. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting for her to look for my order, she finally realized there had been an error and they had forgotten to make it. She immediately became apologetic for her rude behaviour. My flower was late and after the mistake she became annoyed when I said I was unable to pick it up later in the day. I would never purchase from or reccomend to anyone due to the poor customer service and organization, combined with the extremely high prices. I would also suggest anyone thinking of ordering flowers to check somewhere else before making your decision.

I made the mistake of trying to go into the shop on a busy day to get information about a small order of flowers for my wedding. The girl who looked after me was very sweet but didn't have the information I needed and recommended coming back a different day. When I returned a couple weeks later on a slower day, the shop was still extremely busy because of multiple wedding orders approaching. After getting very little help from the other staff, the owner finally came over to give me a bit of information on booking an appointment consultation for my order. A week later, I decided to call to try to book an appointment for the following week, the woman on the other end was a bit awkward. I told her I was calling to book an appointment, she then asked if I was a registered bride, I didn't know what she meant by that, and I told her I was just told to call to make an appointment. When she finally looked through the book and gave me a free date and time then asked if I filled out the online form. I didn't know what that was because no one had told me about it the previous times I visited. She went on about how they do "600 weddings a year and they're the busiest shop in the city, etc." and I felt like that was her way of trying to excuse away the fact that I hadn't been given good customer service/information. She then confronted me and said "Are you sure you want to book this appointment, you sound hesitant?" I thought that to be slightly uncalled for but I kept the appointment. After going through their form which looked like it was catered to a larger scale wedding than mine, and felt like this was just too much work just to get information/make an order. I decided to call back to cancel as all I wanted was a very small, specific order. When I called back to cancel, someone new answered the phone, I let her know I wanted to cancel an appointment I just made. She put me on hold and someone quickly answered in a snapping tone saying "YUP WE'LL DO THAT", I asked if this was who I was speaking with earlier, and she said no it was the owner. I told her that I was cancelling because it just seems like she doesn't have time for a wedding as small as mine. And maybe if I'd had more of this information earlier, it wouldn't have been so difficult. She then said "We cater to wedding of all scales and sizes, your feedback is noted" and hung up. I understand that they are a very busy shop, but I feel like, as a first time customer, they were treating me like I should know how everything works, instead of listening to what I was trying to say and realising I needed guidance. I'm glad other people had great experiences there but mine left me feeling cheap and like I wanted to cry a little. All I wanted was help with a small order for my small wedding. I feel like their customer service is very hit and miss.

Excellent customer service. Went to pick up a bonsai for my father in law and was given over and beyond service. The new renovations look great and the store is in tip top shape. They even gave my wife a flower when she mentioned I don't buy her flowers from them anymore since we moved. Will be opting to buy her flowers from this store again in the future as the selection is much better anyways.

I ordered the $100 bouquet for a 10th Anniversary surprise for my spouse who was visiting Regina on business. Surprising what a small, grocery store boquet one can buy for that much. The flowers were all cut to the same level reducing them to a small bush. Surprised to see so many mums placed in a three figure arrangement but at least they spared us the carnations and baby's breath. I also learned that autumn on the prairies apparently means a lot of pink. Next time, I'll save and just ask Regjna's Safeway to send over a $15 arrangement.

Not impressed. Ordered flowers for a friend and was asked how much I wanted to spend. I said roughly $50. When I checked my credit card, I had been charged for $69. Not only did they choose something more expensive than I wanted but they also misspelled the cards. It was supposed to say “things will get better” and they put “thinks will get better”. To top it all off the flowers died after 2 days. Way better off to spend my money on Safeway flowers.

Wascana Flower Shop produces beautiful flower arrangements! More importantly, they stand by their products. I purchased two flower arrangements from them for Mother's Days in 2018. Both arrangements were beautiful, however for some reason both started to wilt very soon after purchasing. I contacted their shop, not to complain or expect a refund/replacement - but to see if perhaps I was mishandle the arrangements in any way (I've never had this happen with their flowers before - so blame my ignorance to plant keeping!). I was pleasantly happy with the courteous response I received, and even more surprised that they offered a replacement for both of the arrangements. They definitely didn't need to offer this, but sincerely appreciated this customer service. Highly recommend!

I needed flowers by 6pm and I called at 2pm the same day. The gentleman I spoke with asked what I needed put me on hold to stop the delivery man. We discussed what I wanted over the phone. Got everything paid by Visa gift card. I even got the flowers sent to a local restaurant. I saw a picture of the flowers later and they were absolutely beautiful. I did all of this from Toronto and Wascana flower shop exceeded my expectations. I spoke with another flower shop the same day and they said there would be no way they could do it. I guess Wascana Flower Shop provides miracles.

Absolutely horrible experiences twice. They delivered poinsettias which I paid $100 for, from Canada Flowers. They were worth at most 12 dollars apiece. Today, I received a bouquet from family for my birthday. A grand total of two roses, two pink unidentifiable flowers and a putrid looking central exotic flower. A bit of greenery and three white plastic balls. I feel so badly that my family was charged, no doubt excessively, for this. Years ago, I saw a wreath here for $300. I bought the same wreath elsewhere for $50. DO NOT use Wascana Flower Shop. A disgrace that a store can operate like this!

Long story, a couple weeks ago a delivery driver flipped me off in traffic for absolutely no reason so I called and they said they would call me back the following Monday, never got a call back, okay whatever maybe this man was having a day. Forgive and forget, I went and bought my mom some flowers and asked for a time frame to be delivered and they were two hours early so I didn’t get them that day, sure okay, but the following day was quoted they’d be there for 4:30+, PERFECT, but due to my surprise of them being delivered at later 2pm early 3pm I was not overly happy, I received these beautiful flowers, not super surprised they’re already dying and falling apart. Not impressed. I know flowers die but I’m not super keen on the amount I spent for them to not even last a few days.

I received a beautiful arrangement for my birthday from Wascana Flower Shop. A day after a received the flowers, I contacted the shop to notify them that a few of the flowers began to wilt. They asked if I could swing by the store and they would replace the flowers that were wilting. Sadly, I was leaving town that Friday and did not have time to go into the store. I told them I would be back the following Monday and could stop by then. On Monday, when I returned from my work trip, I was so surprised when they redelivered the flowers to my office. I did not ask them to do this, but it demonstrated that they stand behind their product and have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend using Wascana Flower Shop!

Very poor customer service. I went there for the first time this morning to purchase flowers for mothers day. I kid you not, the lady actually yelled at the customer before me. This lady was so rude I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. At first, I wasn't too sure if the guy before me was being a dick to her or what not, but then the second she started speaking down to me for browsing and asking for suggestions on what I could get, I knew instantly something was wrong. The first customer left the store awkwardly with his son and I said to her straight up, that the way she was treating me and that yelling before with the other customer was wrong and that she shouldn't treat people like that. In frustration, her partner from the back heard me complaining to her and came out front and told her to go to the back room. I vented my frustration to the new girl and she didn't do anything except stand sternly behind the counter and said "WE'RE TRYING OK?!" . I mean seriously, I just wanted to buy some fricking flowers. So disappointed. On the plus side, I immediately went to Victoria Square Mall Safeway for flowers. They had a bigger selection and cheaper prices. Plus I didn't get harassed for browsing. I'll make sure that none of my friends ever goes to Wascana Flowers. Also, check out Gale's Florist. I've been treated very well there before, would've went there today except they're closed on Sundays, hence I tried this awful place. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

Top florist in the city, no question. Excellent product, great quality, but also expensive. Some of the items are worth the price paid, but others are very over-priced. Service in-store ranges from okay to outstanding depending on the day. Delivery has always been good. Their display room is gorgeous.

Have to admit I’m rather disappointed in Wascana Flower Shop I called to have some flowers delivered for my moms birthday Found a bouquet online I liked and called to have it delivered She did tell me there was a bit of a flower shortage but would make a few substitutions and would make it look as close as possible. Mom sent me a pic of the arrangement to say thank you and it looked nothing like the one I had picked. We did call to let them know and they were kind enough to exchange the bouquet for a new one and it looked like the one I had picked. The flowers in the first bouquet were already wilting by the next day. Saw the charge on my credit card and had to follow up as there was an extra $21 on my card. They charge $14.50 for delivery. Should have been on the website the cost of delivery. I would have had a family member pick it up for me. I did not order on line I did a phone order Maybe something the lady I was talking to should have mentioned The very expensive delivery charges Regina is not that large of a city to warrant that delivery charge !!

I was asking to create me customized bouquet.First of all,designer has absolutely no imagination and can not create something completely unique and new. Second of all,when I was rejecting her suggestions nicely and calmly she started to yell at me and throwing away the flowers from the bouquet all over the place. I paid 110+$ and was as not happy as it possible. Furthermore, this place doesn't have a good selection of fresh flowers + overpriced. Will never come back here.

I had bought my coworker a plant on Thursday and specifically asked the staff how to care for it as I wanted something very low maintenance. The plant the staff member suggested said it barely needs watering, minimal sunlight and do not water it until it dries out completely. After 3 days the plant had completely died and dropped over. I took it back to the store and the employee went and got the owner. The owner came out with another lady and took the plant out of the planter and said “it’s completely dried out that’s why it’s dead”. When I tried to explain I was following instructions she just walked away from me. She was so rude and dismissive that I will never return to purchase anything and this store. I will also never recommend the store to anyone in the future. I left feeling very poorly treated, although they did replace the plant.

Rude & abrupt. I ordered flowers by phone for a grieving friend. The woman who I spoke with was clearly annoyed that I called, give perfunctory answers to questions about the arrangement, and was generally unwilling to have a constructive conversation. Sounds like they might have nice flowers, but what an unpleasant way to drop $150.

I don't know much about flowers, but my mom loves them. For my parents' 50th anniversary I requested a spectacular arrangement for around a certain dollar value. The lovely lady at the desk listened very carefully and asked a few specific questions to figure out what I was wanting, including whether my spending limit included taxes or not. They were able to accommodate my mom's scent sensitivity! A beautiful arrangement resulted for pickup, focused around red roses (love) and showing a few subtle and classy touches of gold for the "golden" anniversary. Well worth the money. Thankful for their attention to detail and customer wishes, even if the customer is clueless like me. My mom is over the moon about the flowers, including the Proteus that she loved.
