Great florist. My wife has have had two delivery's - one was the nicest bouquet she has ever had and another was an arrangement in a smiley face bright yellow mug. They both lasted such a long time - way longer than others she has had in the past. We would highly recommend.

Horrible service, lack of communication and poor follow through, always looking for the easy way out. I have paid for delivery several times for them to not deliver to the recipient but either have a family member take flowers home or dropped off to family members business instead of delivery. Still charged the delivery charge as well.

I placed an order for delivery the same day. They didn’t have the flowers in stock that I originally ordered but called me right away and accommodated my order with flowers in a similar price range so that they were able to get the order out a few hours later. Unfortunately on delivery there was a balloon missing and a few flowers wilted. However upon calling the shop to tell them this, they were extremely apologetic and sent out the balloon and a bundle of fresh stems in a separate delivery. I thought this was above and beyond just refunding me a portion of the cost I had paid. Thank you for the prompt and thorough service!
