They were able to get my mother's flowers to her in time.. Last minute ..before a dreaded doctor's appointment and it meant the world. They went out of their way to help me pick out and get my mom a gift that she just loved. I live in Seattle So they did what I could not do. Mom said the driver was very sweet :) . Highly recommend :)

When I walked in the store I was holding back tears picking out a bouquet for a clients of mine. Sadly I had just lost a dog I had been grooming for 12 years and the two girls who were working upfront did such a wonderful job of helping me out deciding on my budget. later my client (human ) sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful! Sadly enough to say I’ve just lost another client and I would never take my business elsewhere! What a warming experience thank you girls, ❤️????❤️

I've always had great service from this florist, however I recently ordered flowers for delivery on a friend's birthday. The delivery person entered through the garage door and left the flowers inside the house, despite my instructions to ring the front door. Thankfully my friend wasn't too upset by this however I wish they had not entered her home without her consent

Excellent service, kind staff, zero real complaints. Only minor issue was they took my my visa number, but didn't clarify that their machines can't process Debit Visa cards. This was solved by an E-transfer but it would have been nice to know before hand.

NOT directly as shown: I wish I could say something more positive. There is a running joke in my family about buying cake shaped floral arrangements. On the 20th of April, I was on the receiving end. The flowers were stunning and smelled wonderful, however the arrangement did not resemble a cake, at ALL, aside from the fact that the arrangement had candles. I spoke to the florist Tammy, and I was bowled over by her response. I have to say I was not expecting an argument! It was like a Monty Python skit. "This floral arrangement does not resemble a cake" "Yes it does" "No it doesn't".......ad infinitum !!!! Finally she raised her voice and asked 3 times in rapid succession, "What do you want?" I told her I wanted to get off the phone. What I really wanted, was respect and customer service. Is this too much to ask?

I like to support "local" businesses and not use big chains. Found this shop for this Delta BC delivery to a dear friend as a Pick-Me-Up to her. I live 2,800 miles from her. Day of delivery arrived and I received an email from the shop that delivery has been done. Heard nothing from my friend for hours, to acknowledge receipt. Eventually, I had to text her to check her front door. Sure enough, flowers were sitting on front door. NO doorbell, NO knock, nothing....just drop and go. She sent photo of flowers, and for $117 I thought not good value. A lot of daisies for $117. Would not use again.

This place is great. When ordering from the US, it automatically converts the currency for you, They delivered it same day as promised, and made it special for the recipient, to the point where she cried. Highly recommended, and will do it again

I have been dealing with The Flower Shop for quite awhile, I have had terrific service at all times. The arrangements last at least 2 weeks - . Service is great - product is great. As an example I had to change two orders, three times in one afternoon - they were very accommodating and never made me feel that I was putting them out. I would not shop anywhere else.

So it’s just been brought to my attention that my daughter tried to surprise me today, with flowers delivered to my work, because she missed spending mother’s day with me. So after waiting all day for me to call and thank her, she decided to touch base with me, thinking it’s odd I didn’t call her. Long story short. I never received any special delivery’s even though I was @ work 8-5 my place of business is literally 3 km down the road and is a HUGE bright yellow building with the business name all over it, there’s no way possible, a delivery person couldn’t find my place of work. She even called them @ 2:00 to see if delivery had been made and was told they are out for delivery now? I sincerely hope that they give her the $57. She spent back, it’s no longer a surprise for me and totally disappointing to her !

They went beyond what I would ever dream a florist shop would do, ensuring that the floral arrangement I had purchased for a friend was delivered on time but also when the recipient was not home, placing the arrangement out of the rain and wind ..placing it beneath a box on the recipient's back deck and leaving a deliver notice in their mail box! Very very thoughtful...and the arrangement ...GORGEOUS!!!!!!! Would recommend this florist any time any day...and I have chosen it as my 'go to' florist as a result of their thoughtfulness, skill and CARING!!!!

I had an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and very helpful especially the lady who helped me out on July 2nd. All I had to do was explain to her what I wanted and she made it happen. To be honest I was very nervous how it was going to turn out but when I return the next day to pick up the two arrangements I was very pleased and amazed how she captured the image I had in my mind. I was soooo greatful and soooo excited to see how both looked on the head table....both looked amazing!!!! I should have taken a picture :( . My dear friends, who were having their 50th Anniversary was very pleased

The florist I spoke to was extremely helpful. She suggested the perfect plant arrangement in a decorative box. When I received pictures of what I had sent... it was beyond what I expected for the price.

I don't know where it start. So on November 3 I ordered flowers to be delivered to Annacis Island. So the website said free delivery. After the order was done my bill was $80.00 that is with a $15.00 charge for delivery. So I called the company 8 times on the day of my best friends birthday to inform them my friend will be leaving from her work at 430 pm they assured me that it will reach there before that. Since I chose the flowers that were hand picked by the staff & while talking to the staff I asked them a few times to send me picture of what they have put together they said they would. Which they didn't do it. So to end this the staff ended up asking me permission to call my friend and inform her there was a package coming for her & she had to wait if she wanted it. My friend was supposed to go her second job but ended up waiting for an hour after her work. The staff called me and informed me they will be contacting me the next day after talking to the owner. 3 days and still no call. They charged me 15 dollars for delivery I understand They didn't take a picture of the flowers I paid them for. If they couldn't do it they should have said no. They phoned my friend who I wanted to surprise and asked her to wait even though she had to go to her next job for an hour. Thank you for ruining my day & my best friends birthday. Worst company ever doesn't stay on their words & doesn't know how to keep promises to customers at all. I gave you one star because zero stars was not an option
