Order a deal of day flowers, with a box of chocolate. Paid 98 dollars, once I got it there was only three flowers included, it was not pleasant to even look at and they didn’t give the box of chocolate. Absolutely not impressed with what I received, considering the price I paid. Would not recommend ordering flowers from here.

Thank you! I called late in the day for an emergency delivery of flowers. The staff was extremely patient and helpful and very accommodating. They were willing to work within my price range, and deliver the same day. And the flowers were even prettier than I had expected! I'd definitely recommend this place.

I came in near the end of the day last month with a request. I told the staff that my girlfriend was having a rough couple of days, and that I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers. I was genuinely taken back by the service they provided. The incredible staff stayed past closing to put together a piece of genuine art. My girlfriend was nearly brought to tears (happy tears of course ????). Thank you again for your outstanding work and for really adding some stunning personal touches and brightening up my partner's day ❤️. Amazingly beautiful work they do here. Renata is such a beautiful person who truly went the extra mile to make sure our arrangements, wreaths and casket spray were perfect. She was so kind and gentle in the process, related to us with her own personal expirence, comforted us in time of mourning and tried her very best to keep within our budget with a very small window of time. There is not enough words to express our thanks to Renata and the owner of the shop who delivered the flowers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The guy who owns the shop along with the lady are incredible people! He will try to make sure that he can adjust to your price range without compromising the flowers or its accessories!! Been coming here for two years but today i went and he literally gave me such a great deal! I got $75+ worth of flowers for only $50! They looked beautiful since I told him which combination I want for my girl. SO he worked with me on that too. Normally I don't ever write reviews, but I think this shop 100% deserves it. I have also been to other florists in milton, and each has their own strengths but for me this store and its people are the go to.

I have been living in this complex for over 7 years and never had the opportunity to go here to get flowers up until a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love this place! :) It is great if you are looking to deliver flowers to a loved one. They have a wide selection of vases and flower arrangements to choose from. I ordered the the hugs and kisses bouquet for a friend's birthday, and it looked exactly as shown on the website. I also love that they tell you the height/width of the item prior to ordering. Everything was delivered beautifully, wrapped with a bow, and the handwritten card was perfect. They also do not charge you until the delivery date, which I really appreciated it! The owner also called me because her delivery driver had let her know that my friend wasn't home and to confirm with me if the flowers could be left outside, which I really appreciated.

Google said that this flowershop was open to go inside during the pandemic but when we got to the door it said online and curbside pickup only. The gentleman at the door asked what kind of arrangement and price range we were looking for and I wish we had ordered online to make it easier for them, but even with some miscommunication they were still able to have flowers arranged in short notice. the flowers are fresh and beautiful and great customer service!

I called to order flowers for Mother's day early in the week. I asked for AM delivery, and as of 2 pm, they have not been delivered yet. I called the florist and was spoken to very rudly and when they finally called me back at 2:30, the flowers were just being deliver. Very bad customer service, and I will never order from them again.Oh by the way Happy Mothers Day, my mother in law received her flowers at 3pm. Not happy!!!!

I bought a money tree from Milton Flowers and Gifts and it was already turning brown/dying upon arrival. It also did not look like the picture-- the base was a cheap plastic planter instead of the nice one shown in the online image. After only a couple weeks, the money plant is now completely dead. I spent about $100 on this for a birthday gift and it was too expensive to have had this experience, not to mention embarrassing to the person I bought it for.

Absolutely STUNNING FLOWERS for my wedding. Renata was the person I worked with and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. The service was amazing and she catered to my every need, including my budget. Her upbeat and positive demeanour eased any anxiety about the big day and she met with me several times to discuss my vision. Even when I couldn't find the perfect picture to show her of what I wanted, she somehow made my vision a reality. She even let me see the bouquets, flower crowns, corsages and boutonnieres, and the gorgeous ceremony arch flower piece the night before the wedding to ease any worries I might have had. I WAS BEYOND happy with this company and would recommend using Renata for any event, especially a dream wedding!

Ordered a specialty bouquet for Mother's Day. Requested a specific colour, was assured it would be no problem. Was promised a call back to confirm. I had to call 3 times to confirm they recieved enough of the colour I wanted. They didn't, then they charged me for a more expensive option. When my mom got the flowers they looked half dead. 120.00 for 7 flowers and some greenery. I will never order from here again. It felt more like work then an experience.
