I was looking for the place to order flowers for my little one birthday, found Linda's Floral Designs over google search, was not sure if to order, since I had no idea about the place. The bouquet she got was absolutely amazing! I ordered over the phone with delivery, so did not have had chance to select specific designs, just general description and it came amazing, fitting little girl style, flours absolutely fresh and gorgeous! I'm very surprised that this business has gotten a 5 star rating. If the owner isn't around nobody knows what to do. The arrangement I got from my friend was so poorly done and make sure that my friend doesn't use this florist again. customer service was so poor and the situation was handled horrible. I can't believe this was sent to me very bad quality and it looked like it was thrown together with no care.

I Googled top florists in Bradford and the 5 star rating is what made me choose Linda's. I was very happy there was no delivery charge if I ordered on-line. When the recipient was not home at the time of delivery, I was phoned and asked what I would like them to do. The flowers were successfully delivered the next morning and my friend was thrilled with the arrangement. Although the flower arrangement I had ordered was designed and created beautifully, I felt that the roses in the bouquet were not as fresh as they should be.
