I'm always reccomending Karen's when someone asks about flowers or if I need a quick bouquet. I only buy locally grown flowers. They have amazing budget accomodations too, so it's incredble even on a student budget. They let me pick and choose if I know what colours I need, or I'll let them suggest a mix. It is always beautiful no matter what. :) The staff is usually very kind. I have never met anyone rude or unhelpful who works there. Excited to buy more flowers from this wonderful store

I called around noon today to place an order for delivery, not only did they deliver the flowers much faster then I thought was possible , but i had a special request for specific colour of flowers and not once did I feel it was impossible. We have been long time customers ....My husband orders me flowers often since he travels for work. Karen's has also been our "go to" flower shop for funerals, births,get well, mothers day ect ....On one occasion my husband ordered me an anniversary plant flower mix ...with a custom Anniversary card (Dec8th )....I received a Merry Christmas basket .....not impressed! This past Friday he picked up 12 long stem roses which I'm sure he paid a pretty penny for ....it's Monday and they're dying ..When I called to inquire whether they should last longer..... I was told 4 days was the norm .....which to me is a crock !!! I was told to load my roses in to the car and bring them in for inspection ....not happening...I am not impressed at all with Karen's quality ... Even the dang grocery store offers a 10 day guaranty on there fresh flowers !!!!

Beautifully packed and arranged flowers, instructions on how to care for them included, the writing on the card was so thoughtfully done and the delivery person was quite nice. Delivery only took place between 2-6pm and not in the AM, but it was all so nicely done which was a relief for me ordering from another continent and relying on everything to be done the way I wanted it for the reciever! ☺️

Amazing customer service! I ordered some poinsettias for my mother in law for Christmas and this was my first time ordering flowers that was being delivered to another location. I had lived in Milton for 47 years and had started using Karen's Flower Shop when my daughter graduated from High School in 2006. I have never used another florist since! They have the most beautiful flowers that smell delicious, open completely, and last longer than any others I have ever ordered or received. I now live in Ohio but still use them for any occasion I have for family in Milton, which is very often! Their designs are beautiful and creative with prices that are very competitive and well worth what you get! Update: I just ordered flowers for my cousin who is not doing to well. I had no idea what to send, something cheerful, but not too loud, something pretty that when you look at them you smile. That was as much as I gave them and they created a beautiful arrangement for her! I love Karen's!

Quite disappointed at how quickly a Mother's Day bouquet started to wither. Purchased on Sunday morning and put in vase with water and powder provided within the hour. These pictures were taken Tuesday evening after my wife's disappointment to their appearance. In the past I always purchased bouquets at Metro and they always lasted a week. This bouquet lasted 2.5 days. For the price I paid, and the occasion they were for, I regret the purchase and won't be going back. On a positive note, the service was nice, hence the 2 stars.

Last minute because another local Mississauga flower shop had been unreliable and did not deliver an arrangement on my parent’s special day. What a super disappointment. Then I found Karen’s Flower Shop on a Google search. Thank goodness! They are so professional and reliable. Even in these unpredictable Covid times, they continue to follow strict health guidelines and create beautiful arrangements for a very good value. Excellent business. I would not recommend them. They delivered my flowers on the porch in below zero temperature and left. Yes, they rang the bell, but with no car in the driveway they should have confirmed that someone was home. Extremely disappointed by this shop. Have ordered a number of times from them since they are a local Milton service and found out that they were not delivering what I had ordered. I would pay for a bigger bouquet and they would send the smaller one. I would pay for an expensive bouquet and they would send something else of cheaper value. My loyalty to this fellow Milton shop came to an end when I was informed that the person who delivered the bouquet I had ordered for my niece on her 16th birthday was rude to her and my family for no reason. It was at this time that I had also learned they were not honest in delivering what had been paid for. Unprofessional and dishonest; will not return to this shop nor will I recommend it to others.

Very disappointed. Flowers were to be delivered to a special friend for her 40th birthday. We asked about them that evening as we had not received notice that they had arrived from our friend. It was only AFTER we asked (around 8:30 pm that evening) that were were told the driver could not deliver them and that they would be sent a day later. It would have been very nice to know that before 8:30 pm so that we could have either made other arrangements or at least notified our friend that her gift would be late. Very disappointed in the impression we made given this.

Went out to Karen's Flower Shop to buy flowers for the girl friend for her birthday. I did not have a budget - as long as it looked nice. Walked in and was greeted right away (empty store) which was great. Asked the store rep can make me a bouquet and she pointed me at the pre-made ones. She didn't seem too excited putting one together so I just went and picked 2 pre-made. Price was not bad considering it's out in Milton. Now... the unacceptable part. The bouquet was combined, therefore, taken apart. Girlfriend got her bouquet with two broken large flowers. I've never had a florist put together a bouquet with broken stems (at the head). This is actually... rather embarrassing. :(

Do not order from here! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day a week in advance and found out at 8:30 AM on Sunday (mother’s Day) that they won’t be sending the flowers because they aren’t in the delivery area. I already got a confirmation that it was sent!!! Such an unreliable company!!! I can’t see my mom become of Covid and now we can’t get her flowers because this company is unreliable and LIED about sending the flowers! I’m livid.

I spent a considerable amount of money to surprise a dear friend and share a little Christmas cheer in a vase. I called the order in to make sure the information was correct. The flowers were left outside by the delivery person even though the recipient's phone number was provided yet not used. Part of the order was missing and Karen's offered to refund the cost but no, I wanted what I ordered to be fully delivered. They refused until the next day even though I contacted them around lunch time. The last upsetting issue was, the card was signed incorrectly. I fully understand the busy season and small business in Ontario needs our patronage as we work towards recovery but this is not the way. Epic fail Karen's.

Too lazy to do this review on my phone and show you the picture, but I got the Designer's Choice Elegant Whites [$125 + $20 delivery charge]. Ordered at 9 am for delivery at 6:30 pm the same day. I don't know how much other florists in Toronto cost, but I think this was worth it. I think the $165 option will probably be extremely close if not identical to the picture. My $125 one was around 85% the same, which is fantastic. You're paying for seamless service. The flowers were pretty much what was in the picture, the customer service was prompt (the girls on the phone were nice), the price was good, what more can you ask for? You pay, they deliver.

We spent over $800 on flowers for our mothers funeral at Karen's Flower Shop in Milton that didn't arrive on time and the store had three days notice. We even offered to pay more if needed because we wanted to ensure that the flowers were spectacular. The funeral was in Waterdown and this store assured me they were making the arrangement and delivering it themselves to the funeral home. They even put us on hold while taking the order to check with a supplier who was in the store to see if they had the flowers we wanted. When I called from the funeral home with all of our family members present three days later the owner says they're going to fix it because the flowers weren't there. When I asked where they were she casually told me they subbed out the work to another florist and they had already closed so they would follow up the next day. Of course I never heard from her again. The next morning I had to leave a house full of guests to drive from Milton to Waterdown to view the flowers before the actual service. I couldn't even make them breakfast. The flowers were just adequate, not at all the quality I was looking for for my beautiful mother who deserved so much better. With a visitation starting at 1 p.m. there was no way at that point that I could do anything and I knew I certainly couldn't count on Karen's Flowers to help so we had to make do. I would never give them my business to them again and frankly neither should you if you need a shop you can count on. On the worst days of our lives they took advantage of us which is inexcusable and despicable.

I decided on Karen's Flower Shop because (in addition to what everybody else had) they offered the option to have them creatively design an arrangement for you based on a theme. I chose the pastel colours. The flower arrangement was beautiful. My wife loved them, and so did I.

Would never order flowers from here again. Could not even properly wrap the flowers so they don't get damaged during transport. This is how it was handed to me since we can only do curbside pickup. Asked for primarily yellow flowers as that's what my mother likes. Buying a bouquet from a grocery store would even be better than this. Not worth the price.

Paid 85 dollars for a rather small bouquet. No card included even though I filled one out online. Edit: After reading my review and reaching out to me, they were nice enough to send more flowers over and the card that had been missed. It was done very quickly and efficiently. Top marks for their customer service. The flowers are beautiful as well.

I googled flower delivery gravenhurst , placed an order for mothers day , received an order confirmation within minutes of the order . 24 hours later received a call saying they are actually in milton ontario and use a third party to supply in that area , third party wants an additional $30 to deliver the flowers . Although they did refund , this isnt cool and is somewhat deceptive , google search says Same day flower delivery in gravenhurst by your local florist

Just picked up a birthday arrangement for my Mom. For the money we paid the arrangement is small and we were better off waiting at a grocery store lineup and grabbing 2 big bouquets for 1/2 the cost. This gift is supposed to be from me and my sisters family so we chose deluxe and it doesnt look like a deluxe. Also asked for my invoice to be emailed to my personal email as the work email on file is not available since my company had to close and called back today cause I had no invoice.
