I purchased 50 stems of flowers for my reception last weekend. I was offered a great discount because of the amount purchases. When I arrived I was offered advice on how to manage the flowers as well as a load of a bucket for transport. Upon returning the bucket I purchased a beautiful bouquet for a friend for a reasonable cost.

Horrible!!! I can’t believe they took my order only to call me on the day of pickup to tell me that they can’t fulfill my order. They had initially told me the flowers I picked are in stock and they only need a few days heads up to fulfil an order. What a joke! I tried to buy local but you won’t see me ever order from this place or even recommend it. Horrible customer service! They screwed me over royally!!!

If you want to be treated with respect and dignity and get great customer service then this is the store for you. I was looking for short term work and when i got hired on immediately i was impressed how much they value their workers and customers. Even the little things like opening the doors to customers on sundays even though they are closed. It was and is my pleasure to have worked at this flower shop i was made to feel like family i will not forget this experience.

We have nothing but praises from this florist. They took the time to explain so much and you can see the pride in how they prepare the flowers and any arrangements they make. In the past 15 years we have never been disappointed with the quality of flowers they use and the arrangements. We buy two roses every year and all our flower arrangements that are required throughout the year. We have always felt like we are the only special customers or should we say we actually feel like family. I love the changes they have done with shop. It’s been pleasure dealing with them and I know as long as we are around they will never stop seeing us. God bless them and their families. Jo-dees is great, if you want your order delivered to the wrong place and much later than they said they would do it. A number was left for the recipient, and they didn't call them to find out where to deliver even. It was an utter failure on the delivery end of things. They also stopped answering calls. My wife is across the country and I wanted to send her flowers. She did not receive them, on Valentine's Day of all days.

I was really disappointed to learn of how your company has handled an incorrect order on YOUR end. It is a crazy and stressful time but that is not an appropriate answer for not sending product ordered. Owning your mistake and offering a refund vs just assuming a different order is sufficient enough is NOT how a business interaction should flow, especially when a customer lets you know they are unhappy with the substitutions that were brought forward. If this happened for online orders at a grocery store - they would take the product back no question and offer a refund. Customers return based on their experience; if all you can say to someone is 'oh well, we'll do better next time'; customers will be lost. Someone spent their hard earned money on your product and supported a local business during a very difficult time. The fact that you did not even think about how they chose you over EVERY other flower shop certainly shows. We are all in this together, but not when you just take someones money and say 'oh well'.

Probably a nice shop wouldn't know as they appear to be using the fraudulent covid restrictions still and you can only do curb side pick-up by calling in your order first. A bit silly to be paying rent for a building filled with goodies that no one can come in and see ????. It doesn't help when you are there but don't answer your phone. I guess gone are the days of making a quick stop to grab some flowers for wife at the local shop! If small businesses would stop using covid restrictions to their benifit perhaps we would be able to support them ????

It’s a good store to walk into and get some flowers, but I would not recommend applying to work here. They will not give you the hours you asked for if your looking for a full time position. You won’t get trained properly in the wholesale part. I wasn’t trained properly how to load the trucks but my manger still expected it to be their way when myself and a few other co-workers didn’t know what “her way” was. You will also feel very under appreciated as an employee here. No matter how hard you work and how good a job you thought you did , all your going to hear from them is negative comments never any positive unless you ask. I hurt myself on the job here and still worked as hard as I could. When I got back from vacation my hours were cut drastically and I struggled paying bills because I went down to working 20 hours a week, even working full time here I only got 60 hours every two weeks if I was lucky , and I still struggled with money. So if you want a full time job I don’t recommend coming here.
