I experienced an issue with an online order due to a glitch on the Fire and Flower website. I after initially being disappointed with my order, reached out to customer support and within a week the glitch was fixed! While things like glitches will happen, I want to commend the team for their response and taking the time to understand the issue and have it resolved quickly.

It seemed like it was slapped together at the last minute, but it WAS the only place open on Day One of Canada's Legalized Marijuana. As memory serves, most staff could be heard laughing and chatting in a small office, while two clerks worked frantically to sell their dwindling supplies. Overall, the fact I got anything was good, as they ran out soon after my departure. I would go back in a pinch, but I found someplace that I prefer.

Staff are crazy nice, they always get you what you need and then some. I can go in there and just ask for their opinion and they will always help narrow down what would fit me best for my needs. Best recreational store in the GSA (Greater Saskatoon Area) hands down! Unless management style changes drastically they will have my business as for as long as I wish to buy product. I even prefer them over my medical dispensary, because the prices are very comparable.

I recommend Jimmy's over any other Cannabis Shop in SK! Saskatoon has 3 outlets within 15 minuets drive of my home but Jimmy's is the Best Bang for your Buck!! Always fair prices and usually the best prices of all shops. They often have perks like sales and free delivery! Their product is always quality with higher THC content than most!!!! When ordering online, they ID the THC % on the batch/product you are buying, (unlike many shops that just give THC % ranges,) so there are no bad surprises when delivered. Awesome, knowledgeable, patient, reliable staff with outstanding Customer Service!!! Thank You Jimmy's!!!!!!

Very expensive for the quality of bud. One of my grams I bought today was pretty much shake and stems. If I’m paying 14 a gram I expect top notch bud. I will not pay 14 dollars a gram here when I can get the same quality bud for 7 dollars online.

Excitedly drove out to Martensville one evening from Saskatoon to make me first legal pot purchase. Store was open as stated on Google. Store was low on product (due to the nationwide shortage), but I won't fault them for staying open to sell what little they had rather than shut down for who knows how long. Bought some CBD oral spray and bud. I explained to the young lady that I wanted something to help me sleep and took what she recommended (17% THC) for bud. I'm a novice with no tolerance level to speak of, and the bud she gave me is intense. One wee little nugget and 5 minutes later all I could think was "I am way too f***ing high." It wasn't a bad experience, just a lot more kick than I hoped for. In contrast to another review, I had mostly bud and very little stems in my container. Tons of crystals too. The CBD spray had no instructions with it on how much to take, nor did the lady mention anything to me. I had to take to Google to figure this one out (the supplier's own site had no such instructions either). I had also been looking for a new pipe and some screens, which they did not carry. They have a few glass pipes and some grinders, but not a ton of accessories. Asked about the vaporizer's but was only told the price. Will have to look them up myself to see how they work and if they are for me. I will likely go back. The staff were friendly enough, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going there if your only experience is poking holes in a pop can back in high school. The store gave me the vibe it is more for advanced users due to the lack of any sort of conversation about products or my experience level.

Horrible services , don't update their products on the website even a week later , cancels already paid for order ( cuz the product apperently needed to be destroyed) yet every other flower and fire in stoon , sold the exact same stuff. Couldn't call me , just emailed me and told me cannot sell it to you , if it needed to be destoryed , then it needed to be taken off the shelf , (duh) Prob just didn't wanna loose money on it , as it was on sale. Won't ever go here , was better off when it was Jimmy's and Jimmy was not around.

It was a joke. Weak strains in pre packaged amounts, and you couldnt view the product. This is dangerous for 1st time smokers to be forced to buy large amounts dictated by available stock. And the prices were way too high. Government of Canada better pay attention to these overpriced and horrible dispensing policies, because the illicit market will flourish under these archaic rules. I know my dealer is loving it . I was also carded buying rolling papers. Im in my 40s....pathetic.
