Wonderful customer service. My husband bought me flowers for my birthday while we were visiting Niagara. They were very nice to him and helped him get exactly what he wanted. He unfortunatley did not know how to properly set them up for me and within 24 hours they were all wilted and dying. Called the florist and they were very good to us. They taught us about what my husband should have done when he got the flowers back to the hotel and they replaced my dying flowers. If we lived in Niagara we would use their services again.

Our experience with Dobbie's Florist was fantastic. My fiance and I bought all of the flowers for our friends' wedding as our gift to them. Dobbie's designed and delivered all of the centre pieces and the bouquets for the bridal party and we recieved so many compliments on the flowers throughout the event. The floral colours and design were perfect for the outdoor summer wedding. The bouquets complimented the bridesmaid dresses beautifully, and they really popped in the wedding photos. At our first consultation, Bruce, the owner, was professional and accommodating. It's clear that he has a great deal of experience in floral design and he listened to our ideas and offered some great suggestions. The bride and groom were very happy. We have been back to Dobbie's since then for Mother's day flowers and other gifts for small occasions, and we are looking forward to our floral consultation for our upcoming May wedding! I'd like to add that Dobbie's went above and beyond for our Wedding at Polonia Park on May 28th. We had a unique layout with 20 foot long tables and they created the most stunning centre piece designs that ran the length of the tables. We were looking for a casual but elegant look with a wildflower feel and Dobbie's exceeded our expectations. Their ideas sounded brilliant when we discussed them, but the bridal party bouquets, boutonnieres, centre pieces, arbour and stage floral decor, when it all came to life was jaw-dropping. The flowers were bright, beautifully designed and colour co-ordinated, they completely transformed a simple venue into an elegant one, and they set the fun and happy tone for the entire event. We were beyond thrilled with the talent and service Dobbie's has to offer!

Was visiting Niagara Falls from out of town and wanted to make arrangements to have a dozen roses delivered to my hotel room waiting there for my girlfriend. Called this place to help set that up and they were so accommodating. The guy I spoke with on the phone (can't remember his name) was extremely helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. As expected, arrived last night with the roses waiting in the room and they looked fantastic. Would highly recommend this place for anybody wanting to do what I did or just ordering roses in general. Thank you guys for that service!!

After looking up reviews on this place I felt comfortable that I could trust them to take care of a simple order for my son's wedding in Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, after giving details of when I wanted the flowers delivered and the Bride and Grooms name, they messed up on both fronts. They told me it was set for delivery to their hotel between 1 pm - 2 pm which would be when they were out of the room. It was supposed to be a surprise after the ceremony. It was delivered at 9:30 am to my son who was in the room. He texted me and said thanks for the flowers....and told me they got her name wrong. This is unacceptable. I paid over $100 for balloons, flowers and a snack basket and quickly called Dobbies. I spoke to an older gentleman on the phone and explained what happened. All he kept saying was that he didn't have the order in front of him. Makes no difference, they got the time wrong and got the name of the bride wrong! He gave me excuses about "human error". Well guess what, you're not sending a man to the moon, you only have to get the delivery time correct and especially the BRIDES name correct. I asked if they would sent a small arrangement at the time they should have and to put the brides name on the card this time and I was told it would cost him $18.00 to send another delivery. Well I paid $100 and they totally messed up everything. Not good. Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Update to this review, after receiving the order slip back from their driver, I received a voicemail from Dobbie's saying that there was an error and that they could send a second flower delivery out at the proper time, which they did so I have changed my rating because they did the right thing by offering to make amends for the errors in delivery and name. I just wish it could have been handled at the time that I phoned and was so upset. I do appreciate what they did to try to rectify the situation though.

We were so scared planning our wedding looking at floral package prices along with everything else. When someone suggested Dobbies, I nearly overlooked it having grown up in Niagara. Best choice ever! I cant wait for our flowers. The bridal bouquet plan is so exciting already. The consultation was smooth, easy, informative, straight forward and of course extremely reasonably priced. Bruce isnt a surprise man and does not throw random stuff your way. He knows his stuff and helps you. Highly suggest!

We ordered our wedding flowers from Dobbies! I met with Bruce prior to our wedding and he was really able to take my ideas and create the wedding flowers that I was trying to imagine. The flowers were so beautiful and looked incredible in the pictures. I kept my bouquet in a vase at home for so long afterward and I could smell the roses every time I walked in the door.

Having received several floral arrangements this past week due to a loss in the family, the arrangement from Dobbies was by far the best! Bursting with beautiful fresh flowers and not filler greenery. Most of the arrangements wilted quickly but the bouquet from Dobbies is still beautiful a week later. Highly recommend!

My daughter ordered a Christmas arrangement which arrived on Christmas Eve. Now 3 weeks later it is still lovely. Only two of the many red carnations and white flowers have died. It's still flourishing and I think the greens may last until Easter !!! Highly recommend this florist.

I ordered a dozen roses to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday. This was the first time I used Dobbie's and was very disappointed. Some of the pink flowers were very brown around the petal edges and did not look fresh at all. I will not be using them again. Update: I did receive a call after my review from Bruce of Dobbie's. Perhaps I was a bit harsh in my initial review. The flowers were very large, they were inserted into individual water receptors. The ivory flowers were beautiful and undamaged. They delivered them at the time I requested. I am still disappointed, but to be fair, I have revised my review from 1 star to 3.

Amazing experience! I had flowers done for my wedding. I told Amy an idea of what I wanted and she put together a bouquet that sounded gorgeous, I couldn't wait to see it! Such great service, even when we didn't make an appointment (we had no idea that was the proper thing to do). We got them delivered to Hamilton, and Bruce made sure that everything went smoothly, confirming the week of as well as the day of, which I appreciated. They arrived in a timely manner and were just gorgeous! My bridesmaids loved the hydrangeas with the spray roses- bouquets that were not too big. I ordered a stand for my uncle’s funeral . The stand should be about 4-5 feet tall . I told them that I won’t be able to attend to the funeral during this quarantine period. May be that is why they cheat on my order! On the left is the photo from the website that I have ordered. On the right is what they have sent. The arrangement has no stand! It is sitting on the floor! They put in dead flowers and so little flowers compared to the sample . These people are NOT honest at all. Extremely embarrassed by this arrangement especially when compared with my cousin’s flower stand! DO NOT order from this store!

Dobbie's Florist did our wedding flowers in June, and we were extremely happy! Bruce was very helpful, and was able to work with us to find something that fit our needs and our vision. He always had great suggestions, and everything turned out beautifully– from the bouquets and centrepieces to the boutonnieres. He even designed some custom items for our reception, including a wishing tree. We had a larger wedding in a big event space, but it was clear that attention and care had been paid to each individual item. The quality of their work was fantastic. I also found it very easy to communicate with their staff, and always had my questions answered and my requests met. I have also used Dobbie's for bouquets and arrangements for family events and birthdays, and have always been impressed with the quality and beauty of their work. I would recommend Dobbie's to anyone!
