She's been stuck at home throughout the holidays because of the pandemic and the bad weather, so she's pretty lonely these days. She called right after the delivery to say the flowers are just beautiful and that it made her day. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY MAY AS WELL BE SCAM ARTISTS I had a very disappointing experience with Brant Floral. I ordered flowers on 8/27 to be delivered on 8/28. I chose Brant because they guaranteed same day delivery, so I figured next day would be a sure thing. The local florist they contracted out to was closed on the 28th but I was not informed of this. The flowers were not delivered and I was not contacted until the 30th to be informed that the delivery would not take place until the 31st as the florist was awaiting their delivery. As of almost 3pm on the 31st the flowers have still not been delivered (although I received a confirmation email that they were successfully delivered on the 28th). Needless to say I will never use this company again as they make promises that they can not keep. Super unprofessional. Edited to add that my mom received a call that she needed Tom pick up her flowers and when she arrived her order had been cancelled.

I would give zero stars if I could! Just received a phone call stating I needed to pay an extra $50 just to have my order delivered!! The website says free delivery. This makes no sense...total rip off!

I searched the internet and could not find anyone who would deliver to this small town in Ontario, Canada. I live in Florida and wanted to send some flowers and I tried at least 4 different well-known sites and no one was able to deliver except Brant Florist. Thank you SO much!!

I submitted an order on Sunday and accepted the terms that stated they may not be able to deliver until Tuesday, though the requested date was Monday, as Monday was a special anniversary. Brant Florist went the extra mile and delivered on Monday. The dish garden is lovely and the recipient was very appreciative and pleased. The florist also sent an email letting me know when the delivery was made. I responded with an email, and the florist even answered that one quickly. I am very pleased with them, and would highly recommend them!

This is not a real store I drove to the address on the google website and it is a empty store!! This must be one of those 1-800 places! I’m glad I didn’t place my order online thinking it was the real store! Sham on you for using a fake address and why is it that I searched for Brant florist to get his correct address and now it shows me Burlington Florist??? Brant Florist is gone!! It’s a empty store

My wife order flowers for our friends following a bereavement. Their web site stated FREE DELIVERY - however after placing the order they told her that delivery was an EXTRA $50 and the website was incorrect!!!! When she complained and gave them a bad review (as listed here) rather than apologize and honor the order guess what they did ……… yep CANCEL THE ORDER!! What great business practice that is. The moral of the story - take the time and find a local florist near to where you are sending them, don’t use a broker that’s mot even in the same country!!!
