I bought some roses for my wife on Friday, and today they have opened up beautifully. I have never seen roses like this before. The staff was also extremely friendly and personable. I will definitely be coming back.

I phoned this flower shop on a Thursday asking if they delivered to a remote(ish) location in Caledon. The owner confirmed that they did and I explained that I wanted to order some memorial flowers to be sent to a colleague who had recently lost a loved one. She explained that they had some lovely living arrangements that would fit in my budget and took the order details for me and took payment. The flowers were delivered the next day (Good Friday) and were absolutely lovely. The only reason this won't be my go to flower shop from now on is that I live 400KM away in Ottawa.

Very over priced and the flowers were definitely not worth the money. When they wrapped the bouquet the flowers were dripping wet and it looked so sloppy. Grocery store flowers are cheaper, fresher and they wrap them so nicely.

25 Years ago today I married my best friend and am looking forward to the next 25 years. Although the flowers at our wedding were not from Bolton Florist the ones I gave to my wife today were. Bolton Florist did an amazing job of get them to her on time and they are perfect like her! Thank you Bolton Florist I wish you a special day like ours! Keep up the excellent service. I came in with my mother looking for a casket spray for my recently deceased grandmother. Rachel, the employee, was very rude and dismissive of our situation. She never offered condolences or even made eye contact. She showed us only two options (through low-quality images on a Facebook page) and my mother chose one (the cheapest of the two cost over $500). Despite the high price point, Rachel was extremely reluctant to answer any questions we had, and even told us that they wouldn't be able to deliver it to the funeral home on time. Wanting to just leave, we paid and left, without hearing any "thank you" or "goodbye." We later returned to ask for a refund, which took OVER AN HOUR of waiting in the store because they could not figure out a problem with the terminal. Another lady, the manager/owner presumably, was actually helpful and not rude. We wanted to support a local business, but we were disappointed to learn they had no intention of returning that respect to customers, especially those in mourning. We will be buying the casket spray elsewhere and not returning here again.

If I could give no stars I would! I called and spoke with Pat to have flowers delivered the next day for my Mother’s 70th Birthday. All seemed fine good to go. They called my Mom the next day to advise her they would be dropped off so she waited waited and waited. Nothing ever showed up! I didn’t know until after the store was closed so I left a voicemail. Pat called me the next morning to simply say she didn’t know what happened and that they were on the driver’s list and they must have forgot!??? Huh?? Seriously? I asked what did the driver say and Pat said she hadn’t spoken with them. First off find out what happened before you call a customer and give them basically no reason. She said they would send an apology bouquet again huh? Who wants to be reminded of what went wrong on their Birthday!?? I do NOT recommend leaving anything in Bolton Florist’s hands and I will be sure to let everyone know! Rant over.

They are a talented and creative team of professionals who treat all of their customers with empathy and respect. I've decided to give this florist a second chance after they shorted my order the first time. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a special birthday and designed it with the actual person who was going to make the bouquet. I ordered a bunch of specific flowers and asked for some not to be in the bouquet. Well, once I went to pick up the arrangement.. She added what I didn't want in there and didn't add what I had paid for. Not to mention she asked me can I increase my budget so she can make the arrangement full and nice. I was so disappointment with the arrangement, that I went to the grocery store and bought more flowers to add in because I was too embarrassed to give it as a gift. I will NEVER go here again, nor will I refer anyone. Also, the flowers that I ordered for both occasions were old, brown and wilty.

This is one of the best florist in the world!! Ordering flowers from another country can be difficult but this was not the case at Bolton Florist. Shelly made this experience amazing and was very helpful with my special unique order (Carnations, Hydrangeas and Calla Lilies). She walked me through the process and even added some extra love to the arrangement that made it even more amazing. The arrangement arrived on-time and received the reaction I had hoped for. (WOW!! OMG!! these are absolutely beautiful) Thank you Pat, Shelly and everyone at Bolton Florist for helping me send a little love from far away.

I was lucky enough to speak to Julia, I needed 5 arrangements and Julia spent the good part of an hour on the phone with me going over a few different ideas, I chose "Graduation" and then we changed the colour of the main flowers , some were Pink. Yellow, Purple , and all white. They were all absolutely beautiful and the delivery person , nothing was too much trouble, made the experience just Perfect.
