This shop is a true hespeler gem! From the moment I walked in the shop smelled amazing and every pot is unique. I picked a gift for a friend who has a baby and the owner Teresa let me hand pick the fern I wanted and planted it the pot I choose. Coming to this shop was more about getting a gift. It was a true experience

REALLY disappointed with Blooms of Paradise's service today. Living in a hot-spot during the pandemic has meant that I haven't been able to see my Mum in Cambridge nearly as often as we'd like. I wanted to pay extra for a deluxe arrangement to make her day a little more special, and after receiving a photo of what she received, it absolutely was not worth the cost. The arrangement she received did not remotely resemble what was advertised and paid for online. Cheap, trashy dyed flowers and green filler were subbed in, and no one from the company reached out to suggest there would be any changes due to issues of stock, etc. We won't use Blooms of Paradise again, and suggest you look elsewhere as well.

I really appreciated this flower shop. The delivery was very good, and the checkout process for these flowers was easy. However, slightly disappointed in the size and freshness of the flowers. I paid for the largest size (over $100 including tax), however it is comparable to the medium size at some other florists. The yellow flowers were also slightly wilted. Definitely a decent choice on a pince, but also not my top choice.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was just on the phone with them for over 20 minutes trying to resolve an issue that was 100% their fault and the entire conversation I was argued with, told I was the one who was wrong, and that they would do nothing for me. Unfortunately I have to put a 1 to post this review, but it was definitely a 0/5 stars experience. I needed same day arrangements for my dad’s funeral. They called me first thing in the morning after they received my voicemail and made everything so easy for me. At a time like this when it’s not easy to keep up with everything that has to be organized, they did everything I needed perfectly and also updated my order not once but twice because I had made a mistake with my original order. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mom. I called a few days before the date of delivery to confirm the flowers would be delivered as scheduled and asked for an expected delivery time. I was told that they would likely come in the morning. At 12:45 p.m. on the day of delivery, I hadn't received the flowers yet, so I called to ensure they were still on the way (because I was told they would arrive in the morning & I still hadn't received them yet). Their website also showed that they closed at 1:00 p.m., so I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to speak with someone if I called after 1:00 p.m. When I called, the lady was fairly rude, I had simply asked if I should still expect to receive the flowers today and she stated that they had over 100 deliveries and that I will receive my flowers. I tried to be very polite and understanding, however the lady seemed very frustrated and offended that I had even called to check in on my order. When I told her their website shows that they close at 1:00 p.m. she stated that they will probably be making deliveries until 7:00 p.m. (which I was unaware of). She said that I will receive my flowers by then, but wouldn't give me any estimate on the time of delivery. She looked up my order number and said that the flowers were out for delivery (this was at 1:00 p.m.). I hung around the front door all morning and afternoon waiting for the delivery because I didn't want to miss the delivery at the door & for the flowers to be left on the doorstep (it was a really cold & windy day & I didn't want them to die). At 6:00 p.m. I still hadn't receive the flowers and was getting concerned that they would never come. I phoned them again and I spoke with another lady, she also looked up my order number and said that the flowers were out for delivery. The flowers had now been "out for delivery" for over 5 hours (or more) and I still hadn't received them, which meant they were likely in someone's car for over 5 hours, getting cold and dying. They finally showed up around 6:20 p.m., but they were basically dead & all wind-blown when I received them. The appearance was brutal & the bundle of flowers was much smaller than the website showed. I had to give my mom a tiny bundle of half dead, wind-blown flowers for Mother's Day, which I paid over $45.00 for. It looked like someone had ripped them out of their garden and stuffed them in a vase. They should have at least wrapped the flowers to protect them a bit from the wind and cold. The only positive part of my order was the cute vase the flowers came in. I didn't know they would come in a vase, so that was nice. But, the flowers were sad and shrivelled. I felt really guilty giving these pathetic flowers to my mom on her special day. I wish they would have cared more about the appearance of their flowers. I understand that Mother's Day is a very busy time, but efforts should have been made to ensure people receive the flowers they paid for.

For having purchased the PREMIUM arrangement option, I wasn't overly impressed with what I received, looked like a mistake was made and I got one of the lower levels of arrangements. Wife liked them regardless they were nice just feel like it should have been fuller worth its 62$ price point. The picture on the website showed a beautiful arrangement, what I got was nothing like the picture. Very unimpressed and unsatisfied with what I got for what I paid.
