I am recovering from surgery. I was thrilled to receive this beautiful bouquet. The flowers are so fresh and colourful, the little blue bird in the centre of the arrangement was very thoughtful. The florist actually called first, to confirm there would be someone home to receive the delivery. I would highly recommend Arbour’s to family and friends.

Wonderful staff!! Heat flowers. Very knowledgeable. Good pricing. If in the area always buy directly versus randomly online as you avoid the FTD charges! You will love the flowers. Buy some today for that somebody special in your life!

Horrible experience with this flower shop!! I ordered what I thought was an extravagant arrangement to surprise my mother for her 60th birthday. I spent $170 on this bouquet which I purchased online for it to be delivered and I specifically marked off that I didn’t want any substitutions. When my mother received the bouquet she sent me a photo of the arrangement that was delivered, it was NOTHING like the picture showed online. The vase was wide and cheap as if it was purchased from a dollar store whereas the one in the photo was slim with a nice design and looked like it was made of proper glass. The flowers were not only completely different colours than what I had ordered but there were way less than advertised. I definitely did not get my money’s worth for the bouquet and I was furious that my mother received such a sub par bouquet, quite frankly I could’ve made a nicer arrangement myself with flowers purchased from a grocery store. I kept my composure and called the shop directly to tell them my mother did not receive the bouquet I had ordered, I was told they would “look into it” and call me back. Two hours later I got a call back from the manager who is completely unprofessional and would benefit from taking a course in customer service. She admitted that they made an error because they “didn’t see” the no substitution box checked off on my order. Despite admitting that they made an error, rather than being apologetic and trying to help and make the situation better, she spent ten minutes arguing with me and giving me attitude for their inability to do their jobs properly. I have shown at least 50 people the picture of the arrangement from the website compared to what was delivered and EVERYONE can agree there is no comparison whatsoever. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, no accountability for their actions. Do not order from them, they will rip you off and deliver gas station quality flowers.

I was searching online for a last minute birthday gift for my sister who lives in the Midland area. I didn't want flowers, I wanted an actual gift basket delivered locally. Considering they seem to be the only place in the area that actually does same-day gift basket deliveries, Arbour's Flower Shoppe didn't just do the job... they went above and beyond! My sister received a package with a candle, wafers and jellies, caramel popcorn (she LOVED that!), wasabi snacks, truffles, crackers...the list goes on! As others have said, customer service at Arbour's get 5 PLUS stars. The lady was concerned I get full value for my dollar without spending a fortune, and by the way my sister raved, I obviously did. Thanks Arbour's!!

Having arrived in town, I needed to purchase flowers for a funeral. When I arrived at the shop, it was closed. While driving past the shop, the owner saw me standing at the door. She stopped to inform me that the shop would be closed all day. Without me explaining, she parked and said that she would open for me. She saved the day for me without even knowing it. Very disappointing. I spent $100 on an arrangement for my boyfriend's birthday. Our couple's massage and dinner had been cancelled due to the outbreak. I wanted to do something special. When the arrangement arrived it was 6 blue Rose's, a few yellow daisies and some greenery. Very disappointed!

Last week Arbour's Flowers prepared the casket bouquet for our Mom. It was fantastic and exactly as we detailed our thoughts to florist. A magnificent cascade of spring flowers with mums, baby's breath and an array of beautiful refreshing flowers. The majority of other floral tributes also arrived from Arbour's Flowers. This florist provides quality customer service and outstanding creativity.

This shop is amazing! I've used them a few times and they always impress. Recently, I placed an order and received a call from Arbour's. They didn't have the flowers I'd picked and wanted to make sure I was okay with substitutions. Very friendly to talk to, and the bouquet they made was even better than what I'd initially ordered! Thanks so much for your kindness and creativity, I look forward to my next order. Wow. So much can change in a year. Ordered a week early due to Covid, recieved a confirmation. Day of delivery - celebrating my deceased grandpa's birthday by sending flowers to my grandma - I am notified they can't deliver to senior's homes at this time. Understandable, but you had a week's notice, Arbour's. We could have sent a card. Heartbreaking.
